Of the last 2 times I've been to this store, I've been told to try internet aftermarket parts, and today, the guy said if it ain't on the shelf they don't have it, and both times were emediatly after I checked that web site, either the employees are incompetent or the website is total BS! May as well go to autozone, at least it won't be a surprise when you find out they hire the guys that can't cut it at McDonald's! Only one star because they won't let me put zero stars!
I only give 3 because the kid that was helping me knew very little about what the store carried. But on the other hand I've had others that were very knowledgeable and helpful.
The only auto parts store i use .This location has the best and kindest employees and very knowledgeable and always looks out for the customers and does not try to sale you anything you don't need DeSotos location is 5 stars too
Good location. Not sure why the manager only wants one drawer open so 2 of his employees are completely useless. The first thing you hear when you come in the store is "I can't do cash transactions." It should be "Welcome! How can I help you?" Unfortunately our cashier didn't know what a brake drum was, it was hard to explain to the car parts expert how to find the part we needed. I think this could be a great location if the management spent more time on fundamentals of a good business and training!
UPDATE : WHAT HAPPENED.
This place use to be the go to for all your auto needs. Now it's just young adults working that won't even help you find what you're looking for. Asked where it was they said aisle 5 I said where in aisle 5. They wouldn't show me. After looking for it for a few minutes I walked out. Said I couldn't find it, they said sorry about that. What the heck. Try to give local buisnness my money but next time I'll order on Amazon or the internet.
Don't waste your time at Walmart or other auto parts stores.. O'Reillys has quality parts at great prices.
My first stop for car related issues.
We needed help and the young man working was the best .. I don't know his name had a beare but he helped us fix the vehicle so we could make it home. Just the best experience
Ordered a AC clutch the carrier dropped the ball had me I a bimd. These guys discounted a complete compressor with a clutch to help right a mistake that wasn't theirs. Can't say enough
I would like to give some recognition to 3 workers who went above and beyond their job to help me with my 2013 Cruze. Thank you so Much to Treyton Don and Kevin. You guys were my blessing and my heros. I wish they had a nomination for Empoyee of the month. Because these guys are Amazing.
Used their free engine light screen to ID 2 cylinders. They had them on hand and were able to share the needed wrench. Less than an hour we were back on the road in an RV on a Sunday morning, 8 hours from home. Thanks guys!
Truck threw a serpentine belt and Paul there was very helpful on getting me the right part and tools to get me back on the road. Definitely one of the better oriellys I've been to.
Very prompt and professional. Jason who works behind the counter, very nice and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to help me. I will difently do my business with O'Reilly auto parts again.
It was 94 degrees outside and our car died. We were about a mile from this O'Reilly store. We called them and paid for a battery over the phone. They brought it to us in minutes. Super nice and helpful
The guy working today was very rude and disrespectful. Decided to leave and went to a different auto parts store to purchase what we needed. He needs to learn how to talk to customer with respect and not be so rude.
The gentleman that rang me out was not friendly at all. Purchased anti seize lubricant,a socket and a gapping tool for spark plugs. No thank,have a nice day,nothing. I wasn't even offered or given a bag. Considering I had several small items,a bag would have been useful..
good crew....and full use of tool cart and free specialty tool rentals with 100% refund on deposit...just dont ask them to replace or mount battery if its in a Dodge Avenger...they wont help, u r on your own.
I have had them order and give me the wrong part multiple times. Wrong year/wrong model etc. When I question it they assure me it's right. I take it hope and it doesn't fit on my car and I have to return it.
Horrible store. Terrible smart mouth staff. Junk parts. Same part failed 3 weeks straight. They replied "not our problem you must be a sucky mechanic". Im ase certified for 20 years. Never had a problem like this. Never will again. I wouldn't buy oil or car wax from that dump ever again. Found others had similar problems. What a joke.
Service was great and they did their best to help me locate my parts. I am from another state and I really appreciate all that the men here did to get us back on the road. I would recommend them to anyone.
