Couple fridays ago My friend dropped off a brand new expensive aluminum rim and tire to have mounted. Told the lady behind the counter that it is brand new and showed her no scratches on it. When he picked it up it was all scratched up and different lady behind the counter said they didnt do that. Well who did? A tire gremlin? Didn't do anything to make it right. I know he will never go back there.
Went with my Mom to get her tires rotated, they got to her right away and it was done in just a few minutes. Guys were all polite and smiling and it's always good to shoot the breeze with John. Thank you all for being a business I know my Mom or anyone else can go to and trust to do things right for so many years!
I'm fairly new to the area and had a car break down on me over the weekend. I had to drop it somewhere and my neighbor recommended Nassar. I'm very glad he did! Even being swamped the first couple days of the week and me without an appointment, they worked me in for diagnostics. They EASILY could have done the repair and charged me for diagnostics and labor/materials. Instead, they called me and let me know what the problem was and that there was a factory recall for THAT specific part. They further went on to help me get it back on the road long enough to get it to the dealership to have the recall taken care of for free. All I owed them was a bit of diagnostic time. Fantastic, honest people who look out for their customers - that's who Nassar Tire is in my book. They have a new customer here!
I called in the afternoon to see if they had time to rotate and balance my tires the same day. An affirmative answer led me up there, but I didn't arrive until the last hour they were open.
Np questions asked, (besides the usual) and they got my truck in immediately.
There was a young man with auburn hair who rotated and balanced my tires. He was great. Fast, professional, knowledgeable.
He explained that one of my tires was nearly as old as my 20 year old truck (Goodyear, kudos to you!) He also stressed to me that the tire has begun to dry rot and it needed to be replaced for safety sakes.
He also put that tire on the passenger rear, for my safety, which was thoughtful and it is appreciated.
The lady who worked the counter was closing out her day but she was friendly, full of knowledge and sweet as well.
Plus, you can buy Farm Fresh Eggs there!!
The waiting area was stocked with magazines, comfortable enough chairs, and possibly a coffee pot, though it is July, so I'm not sure.

This was my second visit to Nassar over many years, but I'll definitely be back.
They blamed me for thier mistake.
Went there to get new tires on my truck. They didn't tighten the lugnuts. I went back and was told i should have checked to make sure the lug nuts were tight. Was told it was my fault. My tires almost fell off. The studs were all stripped. Paid someone else to fix it. Was reimbursed by them, but they acted like that was too much to pay.
Came in with an emergency repair unscheduled. Jen, and the mechanics were friendly and helpful. Got 100% fixed and at a great price the same day. Never have issues with nassar.
Service was extremely slow the first time I went here. Now as a returning customer stuck at their shop on a flat, that is under warranty. Not to mention arrived before opening and still put on the back burner to sit and wait. Will not be returning, worst tire service that I personally have had.
Saturday mid morning on our way to six flags with car full of kids, eager to get to six flags. Discovered a nail in a tire and stopped at Nassar tire for a plug. They were 10 rows deep with hours worth of work ahead of me, but kindly managed to squeeze me in while we got breakfast next door. 20 min later and only $12 for a plug, we were back on the road. Thank you Nassar tire! Great service!
We have bought all of our tires here for years. We always get a great tire at an awesome price. They are great to do business with. I highly recommend trying Nassau for your next tires.
I am so grateful for this business with their quick turn-around on getting new tires on my car. They were also quick to get me scheduled for a follow up appointment. They offered me a great 60k mile tire for a low cost. Lower than another local tire shop.
I have lived in Jefferson county all my life. I have been to Nassar Tire plenty of times n have recommended my family, friends, neighbors, and people off the street to them. They are great folks n they do good n honest work. I feel they have reasonable prices. I would recommend Nassar Tire to anyone.

I think these people are honest but don't know much about electric work. My windshield wipers worked intermittently so they replaced the wiper motor and pulse board and gave it back to me with instructions on how to move the wiper switch all the way to one end and then back it off and it will work. That didn't last long. They replaced the wiper arm and wires and it worked after $700.00. They need more diagnosing and less throwing parts at the problem.
My family has always gone here, but now that I pay for my own repairs, this has gotten ridiculous. They're so overpriced. I dropped my car off here 3 days ago, and I'm still sitting here waiting for my car to be fixed. They said the back brakes were down to the metal, even though my brakes have worked fine and have made NO noise whatsoever. As soon as I picked it up, paid nearly $500 dollars in repairs, and started driving away, my back brakes were making a weird noise. Delores is rude, too. I'm so tired of you guys screwing me over, and Ik will never come back here again. What a joke.
I bought new tires in 2011 and last month, I had a flat. When we looked at the tire, there was a horrible crack in the tire and upon inspection, I had another tire with this kind of crack. When I took the car back to Nassar, I told them that I was afraid to only get 2 new tires when I had bought all 4 at the same time. They contacted the distributor and got me 4 new tires, put them on and didn't charge me anything. I can't thank them enough for going the extra mile for me.
