We had a phenomenal sales experience here. Lance Norwood was ready to help us when he knew we were arriving. He took us to the one we wanted to see right away, then offered others in a comparable budget. He knew what budget we wanted to stay in for our recreational needs and he didn't push to upsell us. He also made the sale process smooth and quick. The technician did a thorough walkthrough before we hooked up. They even gave us a gift card to utilize in their store. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We drove an hour to shop here and we weren't disappointed at all. Way more impressed with them than any places closer to us! Thank you Colaw! We'll be back when it's time for our upgrade!

We like to shop Colaw. They don’t pressure you at all. Yesterday we went to look trying to figure out what kind of 5th wheel we wanted. Lance Norwood came out and asked us what we were looking for. I said not sure just trying to figure that out. He said go check them all out gave us his card and said to call him if we had any questions and he would be back to check on us. We found the perfect camper and Lance was very willing to answer all questions. He was a great no pressure sales guy. This is our 3rd camper that we have bought from Colaw.

My wife and I have been to just about every RV dealership in and around Joplin, and let me tell you, most of them are either nowhere to be found when you need help, or they pounce on you like you owe them rent money. And the second you tell them you’re paying cash? Suddenly you have to talk to a manager. Then the games begin, “Oh, that price is only if you finance,” even though their website says absolutely nothing about that. That’s when I usually turn right around and walk out. But Colaw RV? Whole different experience. My wife and I walked in and met Lance Norwood, and from the moment we shook his hand, the tone changed. We told him we just wanted to look around, no pressure, no hassle. Lance smiled and said, “No worries at all, just tell me what you’re looking for and I’ll point you in the right direction.” We gave him our needs and our budget, and he said, “Hop on the cart, I know exactly where to take you.” And he wasn’t kidding, he nailed it on the first RV he showed us. It was better than what we expected. We still looked at a few more just to be sure, but that first one was the home run. Lance is everything a sales associate should be, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, and actually listening instead of pushing. No games. No pressure. No nonsense. Just genuine customer service, something most dealerships around here seem to have forgotten exists. While the others will hand you a popcorn, a bottle of water, and then spend an hour trying to squeeze every bit of personal information out of you before you even step inside an RV, Lance does things the right way. Look first. Decide second. Talk numbers last. Imagine that. If you’re in the RV market, whether it’s your first camper or you’re looking to upgrade, go see Lance Norwood at Colaw RV. We purchased a 2023 Flagstaff E-Pro 20BHS from Colaw. We’ve had nothing but great service from the purchase to any work we have had done on our trailer. We have even used the mobile service which saved us a lot of time and our trailer got serviced a lot quicker than taking it in.

Our experience from the first phone call to picking out the camper that we wanted was very pleasant. Sean was very knowledgeable about the campers and very patient as we looked at several units. They have a wide variety of campers to choose from. Their warehouse of parts, both new and used, was much larger than expected. Was told if you can't find it here, you probably don't need it, and they were correct. Hailey was incredibly helpful with the financing of the camper. We had a great experience with the purchase of our travel trailer from Colaw RV Sales. Aaron, Sean and Tanner were great to work with. Tanner put the E2 stabilization hitch on for us and it worked perfectly on our trip back to Texas. Aaron said the trailer was very clean and he did not disappoint. I essentially bought the trailer sight unseen on a phone call, and 9 hours away. When we got there the trailer was ready and the transaction was quick and painless. We also bought several RV products from their store and they performed nicely on our maiden voyage. Thanks Tanner for the recommendations. Even though Colaw is 9 hours from me, I would use them again without question.

I have been dealing with JPauley at Colaw. I needed a receiver hitch assembly for my Winnebago Adventurer. Mine was damaged by the original owner. New ones are not available and I didn't want a "universal" My only option was to find a used one somewhere. It took months of sleuthing online when time allowed when I finally found Mr. Pauley at Colaw. He went out in the yard and found what I wanted and after exchanging emails and insuring it was correct because there are difference between hitches between a Ford or Workhorse chassis and for ones that are equipped with a spare tire, I told him I wanted it. I wasn't quite ready for it at the time but eventually the time was right and they boxed it up and it came with all the parts I needed, particularly some spacers between the frame rail and hitch. I'm very happy with the service and communication. I want to reiterate what a pleasure it was to find Colaw. I had contacted quite a few other dismantlers and they either didn't answer the phone, didn't call back, didn't have anything or were just plain flakes. After few times of that, you start getting discouraged at the prospects of success, so doing business with Mr. Pauley at Colaw was a great experience.

Durning the covid 19 time. Pulled up and many people looking at the selections they had on the lot. We spent almost an hour but not one associate even came to say at least hello. If you you see something you like you will need to seek out someone to help you.

We have purchased/ traded campers at Colaws's several time over the years, Pete and Booker are a delight to work with, we have had some issues with a couple of the campers but they send a tech out to fix any issue we have had with no problems, when we decide to trade again we will be talking to these guys
