I am thankful for the older gentlemen who helped me today. I called for roadside assistance he came within 20 minutes, great customer service experience. He listened to the issues I had, jumped my car and offered to follow me until I made it to the location nearby to get my car checked out. Awesome of him to do that. I noticed before I turned on his truck front bumper said "Jesus saves" I cried. His help today helped me tremendously! I appreciate you. Thank you!
J&J towing quickly arrived and carefully handled our vehicle. The service provider took care of jumping the battery and airing a tire before backing the car out the garage. I will call J&J the next time I need help!
The old man in the office is probably the rudest person I've dealt with in this area after them stealing a vehicle off private property. They are very unprofessional and cuss their customers for them not liking the responses they get. You wanna be rude im gonna be even more rude. You can't steal someone's property then expect people to like your business.
The owner of this company was so nice he even helped us with strapping stuff down along with how nice he was when he came to town our blazer from our old house to the new house. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A TOW. Thanks again for all the help you gave my son and I today.
My husband broke down on his way to work in Carl Junction today. I searched for a Carl Junction tow company and found J&J. I called at 6:00AM, and he had it towed to my house by 6:30AM and dropped it in my driveway. This was one of the best customer service experiences I have had recently. Thank you so much!

EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND KIND!! My car was stuck on the side of the road in a storm and I had 3 very impatient babies in the backseat. James was there within ten minutes and got us right back on the road. He even drove with us to the safe pull off up the road to check my car for damage and make sure we were safe to keep going. I highly recommend!

If you have an issue with your insurance instead of handling it like a decent person this company will yell, cuss, be rude, threaten to impound your vehicle all while complaining about his business issues he’s had and hang up on you whenever trying to resolve the issue.

Amazing service and without the 2 hour wait. We broke down 2 hours from home, he showed up in 40 minutes and took us to the closest town to a shop he was familiar with. Would highly recommend!
