This is pick n pull not u pick. My experience with pick n pull. They over charge for used parts. If their staff does not know the part you worked hard to pull. They make up a part and it is ALWAYS over priced. I needed sway bar linkage for my vehicle. The lady/ Manager didn't know the part and call the linkage a tie rod end and wanted to charge me $38.00. I found 4 sway bar linkage band new in a box for $25.00. So, I won't tell you not to go. I'll tell you watch your back and know your stuff. This applies to all 3 pick n pulls in Kansas City.
It's really getting annoying getting in and out of this place. I really, REALLY wish corporate would publicize the website and Row52 app more. That way check in wouldn't be clogged up with people asking a ton of stupid questions about whether or not they have a specific part in a specific color and trim or whatever. It's a SELF SERVE junkyard. Look the car up on the web or app, pay the $2, walk out there, and LOOK.
Good organization, great helpful staff and was an overall pretty easy experience. FYI they don't allow any saws, welding/cutting torches or jacks, but nearly all of the cars are lifted off the ground.
