Absolutely the worst service company. If rating could be a -5 star that would be giving them too much credit. They have not picked up our trash, nor the neighborhood in two weeks! And even worse, this isn’t the first time. But it’s definitely our last!
I highly recommend you look else where for trash service. Poor customer service. I decided to cancel my service and they insisted they charge me a $45 cancelation because they had to send a special truck to pick it up and someone to clean it. Well the regular route truck picked it up and destroyed the whole container. It was in good clean condition but still said heartland on it. I wouldn't trust a company that will charge you to destroy their own property. AAA has been good to my neighbors and that is the route I am going.
IF they bother to show up, they dump trash all over our yards and streets. Tired of being held hostage by scam companies willing to underbid on contracts. Do your jobs.
