They were very easy to work with. Called them up and talked about what I had as a trade in and what they had to sell. Came together on a price and purchased. When picking up the new trailer they were very helpful getting the new trailer connected to our truck. Great experience.
I had The worst customer experience of my life,I'm disappointed with mechanic service,poor poor job, please stay away from here, they don't understand nothing about mechanics, I brought my truck here for repair the steering wheel so after 2 hours checking my truck they told me the problem in power steering pump and fuel pump, so they change it, after that still the same problem,when I asked them why still the same problem they told me maybe the problem in the engine, My truck stayed 2 days in their mechanic shop and they can’t find the problem exactly, that's why they don't know nothing about mechanic and I paid almost 3000$ without solution, and beware about labor price, finally I towed my truck to another shop and they found the problem just replace U-joint cost just 250$ including labors, My last advice please don't take your truck to them and don’t be the next victim,don’t trust the good reviews, I wish to give them 0 star, This my story
