Awful. I called at 6:30 and asked what the wait for a tow was. I was told 1 hour. At 8:00 I called and asked for an update. The man on the phone acted surprised I hadn't heard anything and said he's call the driver to check. At 8:30 I still hadn't heard anything so I called back and the phone rang and went to VM. I tried again 10 minutes later and it went to VM again. I never did hear anything from them. Luckily I had a way home but if I hadn't they would have left me stranded.
Called very early on a Thursday morning and got to me within 20 minutes! Got my tire changed for me and got me back on the road. Great service and very fair priced! Highly recommend!
I was told 15-20 minute wait- they showed up in 10 minutes. Guy was very nice and had my vehicle unlocked and jump started within 5 minutes. Hands down best experience I’ve had with a towing service.
