My aunt was donating her 1970 car to Wounded Warriors. It had one flat tire and hadn't been driven for over 10 years. WW had no problem accepting as donation and explained what I would need when tow company picked up.
I was contacted by Peddle, the company that manages donations for Wounded Warriors. They informed me that Apex would be handling the towing of the donation.
Communication with Apex was the very best. I was given options of dates, times (I chose between 11 am - 3 pm). Contacted day before checking to see if 11 am would work. Best follow up. Andrew, the driver, called me after 10 am and said he'd be there in 20 minutes. He was!
I spent a lot of wasted energy worrying about whether or not they could get the flatbed in her driveway. Her street is so narrow that everyone has to park on West side of street. Andrew didn't have any problem.
When he arrived he introduced himself. He then reviewed the title and checked over the car. After the car was loaded he took the paperwork and a picture of my aunt's driver's license.
Very professional and efficient. I don't think it took more than 30 minutes. My aunt and I were thrilled.

Called several salvage companies to get rid of a car that had rolled. Everyone except Apex acted like I was really interrupting their day! Apex was friendly plus they offered a much better price. The driver who came the next day called to give me a heads up, then arrived right on time. He was friendly, quick and efficient. I was paid in cash and the car was gone within 30 minutes! Looked around for someone to pick my vehicle up that wouldn’t start. Nice car but couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Called around to 3 companies that wanted to offer me a little of nothing and wasn’t able to look at my vehicle till the next day. Process for selling my vehicle was very straightforward and easy to understand, was able to set a pick up time that worked for me. The driver who was sent to do the pick up was polite and walked me through what was needed for pickup, even took my tag off for me because I didn't have a way to do it.
