My car was towed because I went to jail… so fast forward it took me 27 days to get my car from them.. I was told I could not get anything out of it unless I paid 200 dollars… they went threw my car had my title… stole all my key accessories, stole all my shoes stole all my perfumes etc etc and then proceeded to tell me someone might e jumped the fence and went and ransacked my car… but how would they and y’all have cameras not only that how would they get my keys to steal off my keychain…. I have made police reports and I am not letting this go after I paid over a 1000 dollars for my car‼‼‼

This review is not for me, but for a sweet lady friend whose transmission went out this evening on 24 Hwy. She called Paul's to tow it home on Noland Rd. I am a neighbor of hers and saw the tow truck. A vehicle needed to be moved so that he could drop the vehicle. Then he complained about where he was asked to drop the vehicle, which was unreasonable because he had PLENTY of room to maneuver the tow truck. At least it would be plenty of room for any competent tow truck driver.
His attitude from the time I first entered the conversation was every bit of rude and disrespectful complaining about doing his job. I would never do business with this company and would definitely not recommend someone with the attitude he had.
Paul is incredibly rude and insulting. He won't listen to you. He assumes he's smarter than everybody and knows everything. I had a brief encounter and don't understand how he stays in business with the way he talks to people. This is not a business that should be supported based on how the owner behaves and treats others.
Place impounded my car after purchasing my car 2 days prior I paid the impound fees for 3 days of storage at Paul's lot and after 3 days I retrieved my car damaged clutch is stuck to the floor my sunroof is open car is running roughand then the owner Paul himself thinks it's ok to be rude and disrespectful
Very nice people they went out off thier way to help us they help pry tje trunk open and get the plates the man was concerned about my woman got her some water and let her sit in the office to stay coll

These guys towed my car when I got into a wreck they got to me quick & went out of their way to help me out even stopped by my house to grab my spouse on way to dropping my car at the repair shop!
They are just a tow truck service. If you go there to pick up your car you need the title. Or you will not receive your vehicle. It's got a gravel in front of the building. It's not wheelchair accessible you have to call them on a cell phone to get your car out of the tow lot.
Absolutely stay away. After talking to him he couldn't understand basic directions and showed some very serious anger issues by yelling whenever he couldn't find the pick up. After finally picking up the car, he said he only takes cash which he never mentioned before. He decided he didn't want to do any more work so he dropped the car in a more dangerous place. The car was out of the way before, after his anger issues he moved it further into the street. He did more damage than good and was extremely immature and unprofessional.
I hired him over the phone. He misunderstood my directions and started yelling at me on the phone. When he got there and got the car loaded I went to pay him. He said he did not take credit or debit cards. He did not tell me I needed cash the 3 different times I talked to him on the phone. He dumped the car AND left it 2 feet from the curb so that it is in a much more dangerous place. It has already been hit multiple times and now it’s an even bigger hazard. He called me a f****** b**** and left us stranded
