Terrible people. 24 hours but sounded like she was FREAKIN SLEEPING!!! Said she would send someone my 22 year old daughter is stranded by herself at 1215 am and less than 2 miles away.. over an hour later she's still stranded. Not a safe place to call for your daughters, sisters, aunts. Moms or Nanas. Don't waste your time. They will leave your loved one stranded... while they catch some Z's.. call king tow instead. They were there in 30 minutes, much cheaper and more responsive.
This company sold my son a used 2000 Chevy Silverado with a bad transmission. It’s his first vehicle. They put just enough refrigerant in the AC system to make it work the day we bought it.
Vehicle broke down this morning, called and the person on the phone was very patient to help find my location, told me they would have the tow truck by 45 minutes, they were there in 40 minutes, tow truck driver was very friendly, professional and quick. Highly recommend this company!!!!!!
Not really a fan to be honest .Attitude really sucks, To be honest how the gentleman wanna talk crazy,If your black I wouldn't recommend this company don't waste your breath.Ill pay more for nice easy service
I absolutely despise these people had an accident and before I could call my insurance people through my service the police call them and it was less than a mile to tow my car and it was over $700 they kept my car and everything in the car even my dirty clothes and wallet. Foul. Foul. Foul
The owner tried to steal my RZR. Told me I couldn't get it out of his lot without a title. Thing is they don't issue titles for UTV's in MO. I was able to get it out after getting the Independence police and highway patrol involved. It was illegally held racking up 3 days of "storage" and making it a very expensive tow. Very shady practice here, they do not deserve to be contracted with the city.
Expert tow has rescued me several times now and each time they were very professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout the process. I really can't say enough good things about this company!

Horrible customer service skills, attitude from the beginning. When I said we didn't have the amount they wanted, which was $2,300.00 from Feb 15th until Mar 22nd, an employee said he didn't want our wrecked car. When I said it wasn't wrecked the employee blew up at me, got in my face and it seemed like he was going to get physical. They are a company that preys on people in vulnerable positions and I bet they screw people out of their cars to auction, scrap or sell. They sent us a certified letter that already had the signature recipient part already ripped off. Terrible people and company.
We were hit by another car on a a very cold evening while out looking at Christmas lights. I have stage IV colon cancer, my husband is a disabled vet and we have an 8 year old Corgi male that was also with us. Both of us were injured butwsited until we could get our dog home to be seen at the hospital. Dave was a wonderful tow truck driver who was response was fast and he was so kind and took us home and even took our Corgi Levi in his arms and lifted him out for us. I would highly recommend giving him your business if you want great service. Thank you again Dave for being so kind
Fuel pump went out in my tuck so I have Expert a call. They showed up in less than 30 min. Dave was our tow truck driver. He was extremely nice and super professional. The tow was surprisingly affordable andvi will use Expert for now on when I need a tow. I highly recommend them.
I needed a car fixed that my son had worked on. The tow guy showed up and said a few bolts were disconnected, so he couldn't tow it. That's understandable. He then went above and beyond by calling the mechanic and talking him out of taking the car altogether.
Now I need another mechanic and another tow service. It was very unprofessional.
These people are very rude and uptight. Plus they are crooks. Told me I have to pay an extra hundred on top of the original tow bill because they had to hook it to the wench. It was a flat bed truck. They don't drive cars up on the tow trucks anyway. So then he tried to say that he had to use the wench to unload it as well. I am sure he put it in neutral and let it roll back. He said he also had extra work to do that consisted of lifting the hood and unhooking the battery. When I called to find out the total amount to bring in he did not say a word about the added $100 fee. They closed at noon. My appointment was for 11:30. So he knew that I was only bringing amount that I was told to bring. I feel like he waited to tell me about the extra fee just so that I would not bring enough money and would have to leave it until Monday, since I didn't have enough time before closing to get the money. When I spoke to him the night prior to going and picking it up, he asked what day I had purchased it. I told him December 6th. Well the person I bought it from never titled it when he bought it and the guy on front of title had sent the bottom of title in. So it said the 20th of October is when the car had been purchased and the title said December 6th. So he could have told me over the phone that my date didn't match the paperwork he collected from the state about it. I think that maybe if he could find someone willing to donate the time and effort it would take to remove the giant stick from his rear end that maybe he would no longer be so up tight. I would not even rate this company with one star if that was an option I had to choose. Two thumbs . No stars really...
Worst place ever $300 to tow it not even 5 miles. Then we call to know how much it’s gonna be to get in my car car to get my stuff out and they wait almost 2 weeks to give me a price of $800 for the storage when they wouldn’t give me a price to come pay them in the first place. When I was told not to come get it the first 3 days cause they thought I had full coverage, so they were trying to just get more money from the insurance company so they ended up charging me $200 more dollars
My husband broke down on 40 highway after the Chief's game. As you can imagine it was a very stressful event. I called Expert Tow and they were prompt and reasonable. The driver was great and towed our car to Landmark. Thank you so much for the awesome service.
Dave was awesome! He got to us in 20 minutes and was very professional. They also have great rates. I've had negative experiences in the past with towing services but this one was great considering the circumstances. Hopefully we don't have to get anything towed again but I will definitely recommend Expert Tow to anyone who needs it .
He quoted me $75. So I gently asked even if it's going a block down the street? He said we don't have trucks available and hung up in my face. His competition is now receiving my money.
I called Expert Tow this morning after one of our company trucks was involved in a very serious accident & had rested down in a ditch. They were on site quickly, recovered / loaded / delivered the wreck to our lot VERY professionally, & were also quite reasonably priced. With over 40 company vehicles, I occasionally have a need for towing. Thanks to a fortunate Google search, I no longer have to roll the dice with another towing company. They will be my #1 call from now on.

These people are great! My engine had locked up and wouldn't start for me. So we called them to tow my van to Ford to get it fixed. Chris (the driver) got it to start,, but I had it towed to Ford anyway because he said the starter could probably be bad. At least it wasn't messed up engine type locked! Chris a nice friendly guy, knowledgeable, efficient, and a credit to his company. I will definitely use their service again!
We broke down at 2 in the morning. Expert Tow was quick in finding us, very helpful, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely be my first call in the future for towing.
I'm very pleased with the service I received from the dispatcher and especially the tow truck driver. They were both very pleasant and patient with me, given that I'm an airhead. The tow truck arrived within 30 minutes and quickly loaded my car. The driver himself spoke to my mechanic about where to place it. I only paid $68 to have my vehicle towed because I wasn't charged mileage for the short trip. They make paying by credit card quick and easy as well.
Don't shop around. Just let Expert Tow handle things.
Used them this morning. Had a huge blow out. Called the office and within 15 minutes they were there. The price was very reasonable ... I've heard horror stories on the cost of towing. They knocked that out! Would highly recommend them to any and all.
I had a great experience with Expert Tow. They were prompt to respond when I needed my truck towed. The gentleman was professional, courteous and the rates were very reasonable. I would call them again if needed and would highly recommend!
I have a Corvette that I needed to have towed across town. Expert Tow got the car on the truck without a single rub. As the previous review mentioned, the person towing my car was more worried about the quality of their work, than they were with making it to the next tow. I'm not sure what the drivers name was, but i was surprised that they did not look, sound or act like what you expect from a tow truck driver. I would not hesitate to call them if my wife needed a tow.
