Contacted Missouri Attorney General about this place. They responded within 24 hours. If you can I urge you to Google how to file a consumer complaint, with the Missouri Attorney General. The more complaints they receive the better chance we have of shutting this place down AND having their license pulled in addition to paying several fines and potentially being charged with all the crimes they are committing.
10/15/21 my bike was involved in a hit and run. My phone, watch and 3200 dollars was taken while I was fighting for my life. I thought a random bystander took my things. Only when I had my buddy and mom recover my bike, my mom found my phone case and business cards still inside, inside their lot. Close to my bike. She never mentioned to me until I saw it on a table at her house. Which explains where my phone and my tank bag went along with my money. I was in route to the bank to deposit 3200 dollars. My watch nor my phone has never been located , out my deposit but it seems I’d your possibly going to die it’s acceptable to rob me of my belongings. I didn’t waste time trying to recover anything because of how long it’s been but I’ll be sure to let other customers know where to look if they are missing anything. I run a tow service and I would never want an employee I couldn’t trust. My business barely survived after being off work a year and that deposit made it that much worse trying to stay afloat. I doubt anything is resolved from this but everyone should be aware. E have enough bad publicity publicly and it’s these employees that keep up in a bad light. I’m sure you can locate the ticket and the driver to do your own follow up.
Everytime it's a different amount yet they claim to treat everyone the same. They charged $300 for a sugar creek p.d. tow & 1 night storage because they aren't open after 5 to retrieve vehicles.and my belongings were stolen. I wasn't given an inventory or rate sheet
Police towed my car and I was sent to jail. I bonded out The same day and was told that I can’t get my car until Monday. But if you are charging daily for the car being there. That would mean I’m being charged at your convenience
Arrived promptly and had excellent customer service. Very friendly and thoughtful throughout the process. Will definitely be using them again for any further services needed.
I was in the Kansas City area with a Penske truck from a company I was working for was picked up and towed by Mark from All City Tow. Didn't know what or why, but when I got to the truck 5 days later somebody had already rummaged through and took my guns shoes clothes and even my wallet.
Had to file a police report still haven't heard from either company, drivers aren't trustworthy. Here are some photos if you happen to use their service and see any of my items.
During this unfortunate time, the proprietors were very polite and helpful. Even let us borrow a tool to take a license plate off with. I’m very impressed with them.
Wish it could be a zero, my niece‘s car was stolen & was towed by this horrible company. The police called my niece to tell her that her car was found. My niece goes to pick up her car to be insulted by their receptionist, rude, nasty, & just straight out poor customer service. And on top of that they stole her stuff out the car. The police told her what they found in the car at the time they located it and they steal her stuff not the people that stole the car in the first place but the tow lot. How she knew this is because nothing was in there then they come back out to say oh yes here’s your badge. First of all how you going to have her badge out the car…. So you took it out right with the rest of her stuff. She will be filing a theft police report against this company! Do not use them!! Get someone else to do it!! ALERT!!! You been Warned!! You guys need to get rid of her even if she’s family!! Look at the complaints here & yes reporting to BBB!! Charges being filed!!
Got my car towed because the brakes were out. They left without the keys to my car, so I had to follow them to hand them over. They bent my suspension. It took them a month to have the car towed back to a family member's house, and when they finally did that, they crashed it into a brush pile.
I definitely do not recommend.
My car was stolen and towed here. It was thanksgiving holiday weekend and they were not open for business and they charged me for 3 days worth of storage fees even though I couldn’t access the office. 2 days were waived but not all 3. Terrible company, did not know where my car was in the lot, they do grimy work here.
The woman at the front counter was downright rude the entire time we dealt with them. I called to confirm that my car had been towed to that location and she responded with," well, you could start by calling the correct tow company." Come to find out she was wrong. Just made it difficult to get any answers. If we had any choice on the company, i would not in a million years choose this company.
Melissa, the front receptionist is downright nasty, rude, and offensive for no reason. my boyfriend and I walked in and talked to the first lady on the left then she told us we needed to speak to the lady on the right which is Melissa, she greeted us with a eye roll. then she continued to give us issues saying we couldn't release our vehicle we needed to go outside and call to release it then she told us you have to prove the vehicle is yours i don't know that you could even own a vehicle like this. then our insurance adjuster called to get the vehicle and she refused to release it saying it wasn't release when it was the entire time. she has been nothing but rude and problem causing to where even the insurance adjuster said i will no longer continue any call with her she is extremely rude for no reason. might i add to you, me my boyfriend and our two small children were in a wreck where we were all injured and our vehicle was totaled and this is the greetings we got. I will say, I called to the upper hand of All Cit Tow, and they were amazing handling my concerns. they apologized over and over for her behavior and assured me that the matter will be discussed and taken care of. To the ones i spoke to about this issue, thank you for showing true customer service!

Lady in the office is rude for no reason.
Upset because I needed to get belongings, and wanted my husband to help. She threatened to just release my car to the insurance. I have never experienced such rude behavior especially when the situation could have been rectified so easily. This is a family owned business which is why she can curse and act this way and
keep her job. No compassion or
sympathy for the fact there was a wreck, injuries, and now my car is totalled. Save yourself some stress and choose a different company.
All City Tow knows exactly what they're doing, and whom they can serve in the world. They have patience enough to walk anyone through the step by step process and legal paperwork needed to successfully leave with your impounded car quickly and efficiently. All City Tow comes highly recommended, serves a large area, and is flexible on most anything they can be. They truly are the right for the job.
I can’t speak to the alleged “rudeness” of the front desk customer service because I didn’t personally interact with them, but the guy who towed us out of a cramped parking garage, Tyler B., was incredibly friendly and helpful! He was very kind to us, a couple of old ladies and one of us is also disabled. Thanks again for your help, Tyler!
Run away fast unless you like to throw your money away! Was quoted one price and paid twice as much. 200$ just to pick up car and thats after towing and storage. Like 200$ just for them to drive my car from their lot to the street, rip off. Felt like they were holding my car hostage. Gal on phone was rude. Driver was nice but that's the only good thing about this place. Never let them tow your car to their lot.
Horribly unprofessional desk clerk who is inconsiderate of peoples conditions when they come to gather their belongings AFTER AN ACCIDENT! If people bring others, especially adults, to help if they are injured, you should let them! just too much!! You would think this bus would do something about this especially since there are many other complaints! The city needs to ban them from working the scene of accidents if they continue to treat their customers this way! Definitely would not recommend!
The lady at the front desk on the right was so rude. I was in a terrible accident and my truck was totaled. She was rude and impatient. She was really snappy and condescending. The gentleman that towed my car was nice. They have the worst customer service ever!! Don’t use this place just a headache at an already trying time!
I had my car towed due to an accident but was not able to pay all of the fees up front so it was impounded all the way to Independence. I had left something in my car that was extremely important and could pay part of the bill, but they refused to let me get the one item in my car that I desperately needed. Woman on the phone was not friendly or understanding of my situation. Don't interact with them if you're poor in any way, all they care about is getting your money and keeping your car to charge you more if you can't pay immediately.
I was the victim in a hit and run, we got the car back to all city tow yard and the tow truck driver was nice let us grab all of our stuff and showed me what I am being charged, $260 for tow and $30 per day in storage. My car wasn't there but 4 hours I get in to pay and the lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful and demanded $415 after the tow truck driver showed me a $290 bill. Stay away from this place they will take advantage of you.
GOODNESS! This company was a life saver not once but 2 times today. My car died at a gas station. The next morning I contacted All City and they did a lock out & jump start for me. Later in the day I had to have my car towed and called them again. Both times it was super fast, tow truck was ready within minutes - MINUTES!!! Prices are so much better then ANYWHERE! Thank you to the dispatcher & tow truck driver. I hope I do not have to use again but if I ever have a need you will be who I call. THANK YOU.
Better known E & W towing, this company went above and beyond the level of service that i would expect in a tow service. They not only helped me in a critical time in my life with simply applying common courtesy and understanding for my unique situation, i.e. in a wheelchair due to broken ankles and crushed heels. They as a company, no a family, treated me as a member of their own. Sometimes a company does the right thing, mostly they worry about the bottom line to a fault. This company didn't. They did the Old School thing and will always be thankful to them in my time of need for making me feel comfortable and work with me through such a trying time. They towed my bike here after an accident and they talked to me to see what I wanted to do instead of just leaving and I was able to go up and look at it to see if there was other damages than what I seen. They all was respectful and helped me immediately. I definitely will use this place in the future and so should you.
Neighbor had my car towed by this company because they didn't recognize my car. When I went to go get it an hour later the person in the office said I had to call their phone number. The person on the phone told me the were not open and I would have to wait two days! I was literally standing in their office! Also the person on the phone was very rude and continuously asked if I had cash to pay. They were extremely rude.
