If I could give this company 100 stars I would. They were professional, courteous, just amazing people. They were on time and the process was really smooth. They helped at the last minute and even finished the job when it was almost impossible. I called Jay yesterday about my old SUV and he offered us a fair price considering it’s age and condition. I had called a few other companies and found him to be more personable than any of them. The gentle man was there w n 20 minutes and he was respectful and he tries to help u out . Like I just put a new alternator on my car and he's taking it off for me and letting me pick it up so I can return it for my money ... so the gentleman is a good guy all around

Great experience. I had a 20 year old car that gave me some good years but it finally broke beyond what I could fix last year. It wasn’t running and had some unknown issues and I knew it was probably bound for a scrapyard, but I at least wanted to get a little something out it. I saw the good reviews on google and decided to give them a call. I got a quote, talked it over with my husband, and we decided it was a pretty good deal for the cars condition. I called them up and they were able to come out the same day and work around my schedule. Everyone I talked to was professional and everything was well taken care of. I was always worried about selling it because of the paper work but it was a pretty painless process. I signed the car over and got cash in hand.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has a junk car laying around that they need to get rid of fast for an honest price. Hopefully I don’t get stuck with a broken car again, but if I ever do I would call them again.
These guys were amazing,. I broke down on way to Oregon from Florida. I was towed off 60 to Walmart in independence. My fl unemployment ha been screwed up for 4 weeks. walmart and the cops said I had to go or tow my car. I called my Dad and he got me a plane ticket. PI still had to get my stuff to the hotel near the kc airport. Mr jay Howard gave me a fair price for my vehicle and then charged me 40 % Less than a uber would have charged to get me to days end near kc airport He also is storing my golf clubs and old sports cards until I can get another car from Florida in a month and head West to Oregon and can pick them up. I called them today to pick up a parts car that I could not manage to take with me to my new home. They had an open slot for the day. I had the time to meet them and they picked up the car even though I had not put the engine back in. They made it work and did it with a smile. Very pleased with the service and happy to give a review.
