Great auto parts store. Great service from Eric. I try to only go into the store when I know that he is working because he generally can find me any part that I need and it's always the correct part.
An event gave the wrong directions, so I had to pull into O'Reilly's, and the two gentlemen at the. counter were kind enough to let me know where it was.
This store don't have a single person in hear with a one braincell except Brian this is exactly why I quit going to this store and would rather go to oak grove! They say they have the part u get their they don't have a clue what ur talking about
Poor management, no communication, have your vehichle broke down all day l. Order a WARRANTY PART told i would have it next day at 9:45 i show up no part. Im then told it will be there at noon, i show up no part, i call at 1:30 oh we have to reorder it it will be here at 3. Management needs alot of work as well as district management. This has been a poor store for many years. I would recommend pick n pull before i recommend OREALLYS to anyone.......
My son broke down with both of his baby girls and the employees at O'Reilly's brought them in helped guide him on what to do and let them wait in the store. For that reason alone I will only buy my parts at that store. And we will always be grateful to the employees that helped him out
My car battery died, a friend gave a jump. I called they had a battery in stock, the young woman said she could install it for me since it was easy to access. She did and I was back in business in less than 15 minutes!
Very friendly and helpul employees. Reasonable prices and service with a smile. I am disabled, and they were happy to put in the windshield washer fluid I purchased.
Each time I have been to this location Melody has been very helpful and knew exactly what I needed for parts. Prime example, I had called about a blend door actuator for my truck. The individual who I spoke to ordered it wrong but when I went in to pick up the actuator and some other items Melody figured it out, placed a new order for the right part and had it on the way for me. Good experience, friendly and helpful. Thanks Melody!!
Good place to get parts, if they don't have it they can get it in a day. Have had some issues with ppl knowing what I'm describing but that's alright! They also have a good selection of tools etc.
Home town parts store. Bought car ramps went bad. A gentleman was extremely helpful in knowledge on how to replace them at the store. No problem. Supper people.
Fast friendly and a hometown feel! Needed a part quick and the employee was informative and friendly! The store was clean from top to bottom and appeared to carry every part available! Impressive and worth the call or visit to place your order or inquire within! Thank you all and wish I had the employees name to mention or taken photos....!
I bought a battery and 8 spark plugs and a fuel filter. Found out I got the cheap sparkplugs and they was $32 for 4! So I checked Auto Zone and got all my parts there for $145 versus $256 And I got better spark plugs. But the kicker is I went in at 9 this morning he said they dont have enough cash. Okay cool. He said come back about 2pm so I went back at 445 and they told me they dont have enough money so I waisted has for them to tell me to take my stuff to blue springs or independence to get my money back! If you can take my money you can refund me my money! It's that simple.
I called and was told they had the part in stock that I needed. I went up there 20 minutes later and was told they would have to ship the part from Springfield warehouse. Also the cost was $5.00 more than quote on the phone. I had them order the part because no one else had it in stock as well. I argued with them and they gave me the $5.00 off price, that's the only reason they got 2 stars.
The staff is always helpful and willing to take the necessary time to help figure out the problem and the right solutions and parts. I've used Buckner O'Reilly's for the last 27 years and will continue to purchase my auto parts from them.
Employees very knowledgeable they go above and beyond... Visit the Buckner store any time you need parts for your cars, trucks they even have tractor and trailer items
Always get great service at this location. It's a lot closer to Independence than you might think, and significantly better parts knowledge at this location.
