The manager at Bird’s Automotive, Riley, made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in the front door. In addition to his greeting, he offered snacks and drinks while I was in the waiting area. The facility is neat and clean, staff friendly and competent, prices reasonable. I was very impressed and satisfied with my experience at Bird’s Automotive. I’m new to the area and glad I have a “go to” service for my automotive needs. I highly recommend Bird’s and suggest you talk with Riley about your needs. He will make you feel comfortable and confident so you too, can have a trustworthy experience.

It’s tough to find a place that is honest when it comes to auto repair. I have used Bird Automotive for years, and can honestly say I would never take my 4Runner anywhere else! A shop with integrity and knowledgeable staff like Riley, ensure for quality service every time. I’m not the easiest customer to work with, as I demand perfection (in a nice, but obnoxious way) and I have never been let down!!! If you are looking for a place to repair or service your vehicle, Bird and Riley are the only place you need to go! A Very Good experience. They accurately diagnosed, quoted and fixed my Santa Fe performance (engine light) issue. Also saved me on another problem about to occur. Advisement not pressured. Will definitely return.

I had an experience wherein my 2015 Impala threw a code and was limited to 25 mph. The folks at Bird checked the codes, flushed the system, and nothing came out. They called to ask if they could keep the car overnight and drive it more the next day to see if they could get the code to replicate. Having no luck, they didn’t charge me anything, but if it comes back, or if I have any future issues, I will be taking my vehicles to Bird Automotive of Blue Springs.

I was desperately needing a car inspection and everywhere was booked! I was able to get it to bird automotive. They were quick and affordable $12! Thank you guys.

I unfortunately had a lot of weird crap happen with my Jeep Sahara (weird, right? Lmao) but Dylan up at Bird Automotive was a real champ. My man came through getting a bevy of dumb issues fixed within 3-4 days. Despite how much crap there was Dylan was very communicative, informative, and very understanding and helpful. Hey Bird Automotive, give the guy a raise! He deserves it!

Had my pickup towed to Bird auto for a no crank no start. It took them 3 days to fix what I couldn't find in 3 weeks. Each day I received a phone call from Dylan with an update. Great company with an equally great staff.

I was referred to Bird Auto by a friend who told me not only about their reputation for quality work; but that they serviced JA County Sheriff’s vehicles. I have an older Ford SUV w/ 100k mi. Fortunately the issue was the battery and was a straightforward repair. When I brought her in, I told them, she’s great but I tend to drive her hard. When I picked her up, Marcus had checked her thoroughly and I walked away w/ a prioritized maintenance schedule which by price was half of dealer’s. As a single woman who could and has been taken advantage of in similar situations, I walked away satisfied that their name lives up to the reviews. Kudos to Bird, the exception not the norm.

I’m very impressed with leadership knowing when to step in follow teammate or a customer. I believe this shop takes the extra step in helping the community just like dropping a customer off. I feel this shop creates a comfort where I can feel at ease of being taken care of. When someone is a tough position they offer a hand when someone is in need. I think with the work they have done for me has been a reasonable price.

Riley was very helpful, efficient, and professional. The job was completed quickly. I will continue to use their services.

As a girl I was scared to overpay, they looked at the Firestone estimate and took $100 off. I got a new radiator and upper hose for $670! They did it same day and had an easy drop off! I will be going back to them for any other service and you should to!!!!

When I tell you I have got the BEST service here, it’s been the absolute best. I didn’t feel like I was just being told things were wrong with my vehicle just cause. I was shown what was wrong. Dylan is amazing he took care of my warranty for my engine and I was able to get it replaced and my vehicle runs great! The whole bird auto team is amazing. A big shout out to the team at Bird Automotive in Blue Springs! Recently had a great experience with my 2017 Ford Fusion. Great customer service experience. Great technical knowledge. Even spoke with one of the techs concerning one of the issues, who explained everything. We've taken our vehicles here for several years, and their services just get better. They even offered a courtesy vehicle for over the weekend! If you're looking for a regular vehicle service center, I'd highly recommend this group!

Honest mechanics who are willing to answer any questions you have. They really want you to be satisfied with their work at the end of the day and are willing to people on the effort. Great business could not recommend more highly. Also remarkably clean waiting room for a repair shop.

Call them explain what my car was doing getting warm. Took it in the next day found it was a cooling issue with the sensor had it fixed and back to me that evening. They also done some previous work for me besides, very impressed with photos along the way calls telling me what's going on. They got my new business from a mechanic I've been going to for years.

First time I tried them and was totally impressed. I have had 10+ years working with shops as a tow driver and think this is one of the best. Didn't try to up sell like most shops do. Great job guys.

This is likely one of the best auto repair experiences I’ve ever had. Riley was, first of all, up front and very communicative about what they (Bird Automotive) could and couldn’t do. Secondly he/they did what he said they could do and in the best possible time frame for me. I also appreciate his professionalism and communication skills. In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger “I’ll be back “.

If you want an honest reliable shop with knowledgeable mechanics and staff, look no further. I’ve always gotten in in a very timely manner for an inspection, which is very hard to do, they were upfront with me not passing due to a windshield crack and got me in after my repair the same day. While waiting, I overheard them speak to multiple customers in person and over the phone about repairs and even suggestions to attempt before Coming in.

I called ahead, told them I’d be there within the hour. When I arrived I was processed and my vehicle was seen almost instantly. Communication was amazing and both polite and informative. Sadly I had to leave my vehicle there for the day but I had an Amani g time with their shuttle service. My driver, his name is Don, was excellent. The vehicle was clean, AC was on cool, which was nice on this humid day. Don was fantastic, didn’t make unnecessary conversation, was polite and forward, and drove like a person should while also getting me home in a timely manner. Don deserves a raise/10

Great place! First went in for an inspection to renew our plates. Then this last time for our brakes. They got us in the day we called about our brakes and would have been done day of if the tornado didn’t slow down the part delivery! They got it done the next afternoon. Sent a full review with photos and explanations before we agreed to services which was awesome. Highly recommend.

I will definitely take my car back because of the way Mike treated me. He was very nice explained everything and was very patient with me. My car seems to be running better since they serviced it a couple of days ago and I really appreciate all their hard work. There was also a couple of other gentlemen there who were nice as well I appreciate all of their kindness. I highly recommend you bring your vehicle for servicing there. Very professional and in-depth explanations if you need it.

Took my 2017 Ram 1500 Ecodiesel in for an alignment. At the time it was not scheduled just asked if they could fit it in and they said no problem. Service writer was very courteous and professional. They had the alignment done and steering wheel was back to being strait without any pull side to side on the road. I discussed with staff what potential general maintenance (oil changes, inspection and tire rotation) would cost and they are truly reasonable. Since they are close to home will be giving them a try with further vehicle maintenance needs.
