They were very pleasant to talk with. They continued with updates. I did not have to wait very long. The driver was very courteous and friendly. I have their number in my contact. The next time I have a problem, they will be the first I call.

They were prompt and courteous. Their up front quote was more than reasonable for what we needed. The driver called when she was en route. She worked quickly and professionally. Jaime was friendly and courteous. I hope I never need their help again, but when I do, I will definitely call again.
The driver went above and beyond, taking a short video of the issue while my van was winched so the mechanics could see the problem easily. That probably shaved a day off my van's time at the shop. Much appreciated ?
I was in a car wreck and while waiting for police the driver saw us and turned around and helped me get my car home. He was very nice and I appreciate his help!
I was in a tight spot. My truck just shut down on the highway. I called around and everyone gave me a 45 min. time frame. Mike & son did as well. Joshua was amazing! Our Kia wouldn’t start because we left a lamp on inside our car. They had the technician at our house in 11 minutes. Very professional and courteous.
They were quick, easy to work with and very professional. They got to my location what seems like under 30 minutes which is much faster than other tow services I have used. I will keep them in mind for any future tows.
My whole experience with this company was stress free and straightforward. I needed two vehicles moved. The gentleman on the phone when I called was nice, his estimated time frame was spot on. My driver was Terry, who was very fast, and his experience showed. He was very polite and extremely considerate. I'm grateful he even thought of how the next tow would pick up the vehicles before he planted them where they would be doomed to sit for a period of time.
I highly recommend Mike and Son for any hauling you need. They are local to Blue Springs area and their trucks are very pretty.
Great tow company and driver. It was a busy Friday afternnon but they got to us in a timely manner and delivered our vintage car safely and securely to the shop before closing time.
Overall a great experience, the driver Timmy was extremely nice and truly went above and beyond with securing my truck to the flat bed. I was recently in an accident, and the tow trucking company was already on site due to an accident 10 minutes prior. They were so helpful and kind. They were actually the witnesses to the accident and had no problems answering any questions, And just actually guiding through this whole thing because I’ve never been in that type of situation. If I ever find myself in a situation where I needed to and hopefully not like the one I had,
I’m definitely calling these guys!

Driver was communicative with arrival time and specific location of service. Knowledgeable of the situation and used her experience to load the vehicle as safely as possible. Not a frequent flyer on having vehicles towed, but their pricing seemed fair for the situation.

I'm a bit embarrassed about this, but I backed too far out of the driveway and ended up in the neighbor's ditch at like 5 in the morning. I was stuck good and couldn't get out, even with wife's help. I was in a bit of a time crunch since I had to go to St. Louis and be back home at around 2 in the afternoon. Called Mike & Son for help. Arrived quick, got me out in no time, and I was on the way to St. Louis.
Outstanding service! Would recommend over and over! My husband was in KC on a personal trip on his KLX and had a flat. They went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care. He also kept in contact with me the whole time, worried wife, in another state, just absolutely amazing guys!!
