Paid these guys a couple months back to inspect a car for me as I'd be buying from out-of-state. I'm 100% positive they took a cut from the sale because nothing they told me was true. The car has been in a bad crash and has stored OBD codes indicating that the SRS has serious issues, you don't even need to hook up a sensor to figure that out, just turn the key and the air bag light flashes three times to indicate an SRS issue.
Aside from the very obvious collision damage, there was a faulty alternator, noticeably weak power steering, and they downplayed the severity of a rodent odor. They told me the passenger-side exhaust was replaced, though there's absolutely no indication that it was. The differential is leaking, the trans pan is leaking, and the tires are on their way out. I was expecting issues with an old car and genuinely wanted to know what this car needed, but for some reason these guys acted like salesmen and painted a much nicer picture of the car. Completely took away my negotiating power in the process, and honestly I wouldn't have even bothered had I known about the collision damage.
I'm not sure how all of this was missed since they told me they took the car on a test drive as well. It's definitely odd as I caught all these issues all immediately when I started getting to work on the car; after I got a new alternator installed of course.
Edit: I had a few buddies and another shop check it out and the concensus is the same across the board. No indication there's a new exhaust, and no way even a shop hand would have missed even half these issues, especially the dead power steering pump. They described the front shocks as "aftermarket performance replacements", which was another lie. They're cheap Chinese replacements that have severely impacted the car's steering. And the stabilizer was grinding so badly that I had to take it out, just impossible to miss that. These guys had no reason to lie, so they either took a cut from the sale or are really that incompetent. I'm inclined to believe they took a cut, because what they described is almost nothing like what I'm seeing. I'm honestly lucky the frame isn't damaged, because the entire passenger side has been in a bad crash; everything from the passenger side door to the corner window in the back has been very obviously either repaired or replaced, even the hinge for the corner window and the hydraulics for the gate window have been replaced (but not the exhaust ?). I wouldn't trust these dudes with my bicycle.
Glenn's Automotive has been my repair shop going on 5yrs. I highly recommend taking your vehicle there. I won't ever take my truck to any other repair shop... AAA+ Statis!!!! The best in willard.
Took my wife's car in spent 2700.00 on a/c that never worked, had to take it to a real shop D's to find out that Glenn didn't do any of it right have hired a lawyer bottom line I would not take a lawnmower engine to this hack

These are great guys out here, they are honest, very timely, and will always get the job done right. I've had several moderate to major repairs done here and I'll never go anywhere else after my experience with Glenn. The best part is, his prices are reasonable so I never expect to pay any more than what the repair was worth. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I strongly recommend Glenn's for your next repair or scheduled maintenance because there's not many places that will do it better and for a better price.
They were going to charge me $950 for a $400 fix any where else. And they didn't look at everything I asked and told me it was all good. And come to find out I need more work done.

He told me my vehicle would be ready same day and he stuck to that and even got the vehicle done earlier than expected! Recently took my vehicle here for check engine light. They put new plugs in and supposedly installed a new Evap hose ($6.00 part). Total bill $323.00, which I thought was extremely high. The next day, check engine light came back on.
I picked my vehicle up from a REPUTABLE shop this morning, the Evap hose had never been replaced. Needless to say, I will never be back to Glenn's and would not recommend this shop.
I have never dealt with a more reputable and fair automotive repair facility in my 60 years on this earth. We are very happy to have Glenn and his staff in Willard.
