They do have a lot of parts, or they ability to get them. They don't seem to have parts people to look them up. Used to have great parts people that could find and get anything. Now if the computer does not cough it up immediately they can't help you. Welcome to 2025...
I ordered a part from the Willard Missouri store and it was supposed to be in today. I went to store to pick up and after ten minutes of waiting the guy says they ordered it from another store instead of warehouse. In the meantime this other gentleman behind the counter, I use the term gentleman loosely is standing there, scrounge clothes like he is lost . Let’s atleast to try to dress accordingly even you work at a parts store. This isn’t the first time I have had problems getting parts ordered from warehouse but come on, please be proficient at your job and order parts from warehouse, knowing if you order from another store it will take a few days. This is why I usually only order parts from the east Kearney store, either Cherie or Donna will get me what I need.
The parts are junk. Bought a belt tensioner put it and and it is broke. They will not warranty it. I'm done with this company. I will drive to the south side of Springfield before I buy parts here again
Love...will help you change windshield wiper blades, battery in car, and even headlight (FOR FREE)if easy to get to and NOT Led light. Knowledgeable. Our family uses often and have used for years. They can test your battery for free as well.

I Was n going to have hydraulic hoses made.Jeremy was assisting me with this he said didn't know if could the phone started ringing he put on hold to answer I said my time is important as well he told me to hold on passedme off I left
Drove my neighbor to the doctors office in her car and once there the battery was dead.
Called O'Reilly and spoke with Tyler,he had me chat with John
20 minutes later John had changed her battery after taking payment over the phone.
I know they don't do road service but we were only one block away and these guys knew we needed help and jumped in to handle it.
I'm proud of these young gentleman and grateful as well.

I have a European car that has a reputation for being a little high maintenance. Eldon was fantastic! He helped me figure out what I needed and even came out and popped the hood to help me himself. This location is lucky to have someone with this kind of customer service mindset. Thank you!
Really sad that the people workin there don’t know what they are doin. Slow. Customer service is jus poor. Ordering parts is a hassle because you never get them or get the wrong parts 75% of the time.
They were supposed to bring in a brake booster for core exchange, my husband spent about 10 to 15 minutes while they ran the computer, and then never accomplished finding what they needed in order to take the core. Needed to go back on the account, and now I'm stuck with an $18 core. That just isn't right.
Great store. Always clean and well organized but all the staff members i have ever encountered act like they absolutely hate there jobs. Every time i come here its that way. Cheer up guys! A smile and small talk goes a long way
Bought a battery they put it on my truck did not install properly and my light cane on. I was 10 miles from the store and had to turn around and go back. Someone different checked it out and got it installed properly.
Nick went above and beyond to look up an item we had purchased for a warranty return. We couldn’t remember which store it was bought at and they hadn’t put it under my phone number so it was nearly impossible to figure out but he did! Located the invoice and warrantied the failed item. Extremely helpful!!!! Will definitely return if this is the kind of management they have!
They don't know the parts, or how to work computer, one or the other. Usually the wrong parts and make multiple trips trying to get the right one. Suggest to always take the old part when you go otherwise they will argue that's all the computer shows and will end up making the extra trips.
Orielly is a good place to get your parts.because you don't have to wait on your stuff like you do at AutoZone.but I do agree that they are high but it's just like the grocery store in Willard it's the only one so they can charge what ever they want unless you drive to Springfield.
Friendly staff, always willing to help you out. I went to auto zone a few years ago to get a new battery and when I got it, it was smaller then my old one. I asked the man at the counter about it and he said it was fine. In less then a year the battery went out on me, I come to this O'Reilly they pull up the exact old battery I used to have and said yeah the smaller one didn't gave the same cranking amps as the standard size one so I was doubling the work load of the smaller one auto zone sold me that's why it went out so quick. Haven't has an issues since.
The best help I have ever had from any auto part store. This guy Jonathan helped me save a ton of money on parts and labor and believe me, I have no mechanical skills what so ever. Thank y'all so much.
