My F350 broke down during rush hour on a busy highway. I called roadside assistance that selected the service for me. For safety, it was off the shoulder & into the grass creating difficulties for the tow truck. Upon arriving, the driver communicated well about the process, confirmed the details & took great care to safely load & tow the truck. Was very professional and clearly took pride in the quality of service. Did a fantastic job!
RPM was very prompt and their dispatch was very courteous on the phone. Their driver helped us and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! 5 stars!
The driver was so nice and polite/ respectful!!! I was told the he would be to me in 45 minutes but he was there in less then 30. Also I am the helpful type so I offer to help out but he politely asked me to go to my car for my safety and that he gets paid to do this so it is my job to get home to my kids! He got the truck hooked up in just a sort time. Then while at my house to drop it off he took a few minutes to talk with me as he said in a safe place! He put the truck exactly where i wanted it and didn't mess anything up!

I cannot say enough about RPM Towing. I use them for all types of towing in my recovery business. I can call them anytime 7 days a week and they will be there. If anyone needs a tow of any kind car or truck I would highly recommend RPM.
Awesome.. Professional I broke a traling arm he was able to pick my car up so it didn't damage it any further so that I was able to fix a major repair without any back yard repairs .I have called them a few times..it seems returning costumer get a little more love but ...Who's to say
I had a blown out tire and my car is lowered. I forgot to mention this to them. When they sent the driver out and he saw that the car was lowered he was honest and told me what would happen if I had my car towed by his truck. They sent a different truck out and the original driver stayed until the other truck could arrive. They knew exactly where I wanted to take my vehicle and were cautious when loading my car onto the truck. 11/10 if I could
Great experience with RPM! My car broke down - of all places - on Springfield Ave. RPM met me at Walmart in half the time they promised. It was effortless. They took so much stress & anxiety off my plate.

The worst experience I’ve ever had getting my car. The man told me to come at a certain time and when I showed up no one was there and I called and he was AWFUL on the phone and then hung up on me mid-sentence. Pathetic excuse of a man
