Super disappointed. My friends in Springfield govt and police said they use this place and they’d’ pick up an abandoned RV on with a SPD Incident number. NO HELP. Dennis checked with his boss who said NO and wouldn’t even talk to me when I asked to explain directly. I volunteer for a non-profit acquiring tax liens in blighted areas as investment and to help Springfield. I'm really disappointed in the uncaring service and refusal to help a nonprofit who invests in the city. My next call was to Big Boy's Towing where things went very smoothly from initial call to pickup. Now that's a company that cares.
I recently had an issue with my car while on the road 20 miles away from Springfield, and I am incredibly grateful for the prompt and professional assistance provided by Henry’s Towing Company. From the moment I called, their team was courteous and reassuring, making a stressful situation much more manageable. The tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver John was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the problem and I was able to drive home by myself.
