The process with Henry’s was great. Elise, the call taker, was incredibly nice, helpful, and informative. Logan (#91) was kind and knowledgeable as well. I appreciated that he loaded up my vehicle without making me stand in the freezing cold. Great customer service all around!

Got my car stuck in a plow push off pile and needed to be winched out. Driver #75 called me right away to verify my location and give an ETA. He arrived quickly and was friendly.

BBB will be contacted and already started a formal inquiry with Greene County Sheriff as Henry's supports illegal business practices such mismanagement of individuals property and damage both to property and individuals rights. This business is everything but what stands for the Constitution. Just another government aided and contracted LLC. They treat their customers as feral animals. Without any reason or sense of compassion. From being refused to even get the bare minimum of which was my house keys out of the car. I get I cannot pick my car up til "open" hours, but i was assured and even google said this is not a 24 hour service. Yet...... They just snatch your car and that's it....no if's, and's, or but's. Rather me sleep in 16 degree weather til they actually "open". Just rude through and through. Had infinitely better hospitality down in Alabama over matters like this. Just never had talked to such rude and heartless individuals like Tina and Henry. All I wanted was to check on my dog, take care of him, put the food I was cooking away and tuck in a warm bed. What should have been a quick walmart run, turned into my car getting towed and no one gives me my keys??? How to am I supposed to get home and inside? So imma contact who I must whether its BBB for poor business conduct and unconstitutional businesspractices, Google should also know this is not a 24 hour service. Plus I will sue for the torment I was put through cause of y'all. For not even a conversation or any sensibility. But lastly for now I will also pursue what I can legal to impede the business of this shady establishment
Jesse changed a tire and was awesome! He was personable and non condescending. He walked me through every step and he took great care of my vehicle. If and when this happens in the future I feel confident I could figure it out myself, and that’s kind of priceless.
I was helped by John operator 88, he got there 25 minutes before they told me so that was excellent. My starter had died and for a while it would start if I jump started it but that had stopped working for me, He asked me if I wanted to try letting him use his mega battery pack to jumpstart my car, It works and I didn't need a tow I was very grateful and saved me like a hundred bucks. I was able to go and get my car repaired in my starter replaced that night
Definitely a great experience! Jesse (Operator #83) was fast, professional and very kind! Because of the spectacular service, I was able to get my tire repaired and safely travel to visit my family for Christmas. 1000% recommend Henry’s if you need a tow!
When i got on the phone the nightshift dispatcher women had a terrible attitude and very unpleasant to deal with but when the actual towing truck came the guy was very friendly (shoutout to jake #47) and got everything done very smoothly.
Its very cheap price which is amazing.

Called last night thinking I was going to have to have my sons car towed from Braums on Chestnut and Glenstone. The driver asked what was going on and we found out it was just a dead battery. He checked everything out, got it started for me. He was super kind and I appreciate the hell outta him helping me out and not just loading it up. I didn't catch his name which is why I put the location. Thank you so so much sir!!!!
I am leaving this not because of the drivers, they are all so nice. It is one lady in the front office whose name I did not catch, she is not in charge of the titles. I’ve never been treated so rudely in my entire life and I have been a lot of places and worked a lot of jobs. I believe she was upset because someone else had just had a tiff with her, but the way I was spoke to is unacceptable when I was ASKED to come there to fix an error. I live a good ways away from there, So I wouldn’t have minded waiting for whoever needed to come in So I could fix the error on the title. But this lady came at me in such a rude, uncalled for way I was shaking because I didn’t do anything, but show up when asked to. If there’s an HR For this company, I highly recommend she gets retrained on how to treat customers. Because for a lot of us, it’s one of the worst days of our lives… And we don’t need that attitude on top of it.
John (operator #88) made it to my house so fast, that I hadn't even had a chance to let my assistant know he would be coming so she could move her car. He then subsequently made the drop off at Tesla in KC incredibly fast. Great service, and I have never been so impressed by a tow company!
Excellent service! Joe provided quick, friendly service and met our needs in a kind, courteous, and empathetic way. We had an excruciatingly painful evening getting grief from roadside assistance and insurance and he got us home safely!! He was welcoming and kind to my service animal and did exactly what was needed in a godly, professional manner.
Zach driver number 51. Did an outstanding job on delivering a truck for me. I was out of town and had to let him through the gate explained where I needed it and he placed it within an inch of exactly where I asked him to place the truck. He was super nice and respectful and I wish I could request him for all of my future tows. Made working with the company super easy!

Dude is just - a good dude. Felt like he truly cared and that’s just hard to come by these days! He also helped jump a lady’s car near by and like, he didn’t have to help her out at all he just did! Super nice guy 10/10 recommend Jake if you need a towing!

I got a flat tire and tow truck driver Michael, Operator #75, arrived fast. He was very friendly and towed my car to my destination choice to get a new tire. That store didn't have the tire. Luckily Mike hadn't taken my car off the truck yet. I started to call around looking for another store with the tires I needed and then he even helped me call around too. So helpful. When the only store who had my size of tire was just 2 miles away, he didn't even charge me for that milage. Great professional service. I have used, and was satisfied, with Henry's Towing Service before but Mike went above and beyond to help me out. If it were possible I would request him in the future.
Want to leave a huge thanks to Robert (driver #41) for rescuing my car in the middle of the night, after it broke down on a particularly dangerous stretch of I-44. He was kind, professional, and made sure everyone was safe during the pickup. He also took great care while loading and unloading my car, and even pushed it into my parking spot for me when he dropped it off. Thank you so much for your help!
If there was an option to give zero stars, I would. DO NOT Use this place. I was told that I would be able to get my things out when I went to get them out. They Then told me that I could only get medical stuff, As I had to wait on insurance to pay them. They gave me very little of the items they were supposed to claiming that they could not find things. My wallet which was in the center console, They refused to give back including the cash that was in there. They refuse to give me any of the paperwork, including the title and also refused to talk to insurance. They claim there’s a 45 day hold. And absolutely Refuse to talk to you until right about the 40 day. I had everything that I owned in my car. This business is about scamming people. When I asked if I could sign the title over to them, they originally said yes lied for a week saying that they never said that I then went in person to try and figure it out. They said that I could sign the title over to them. Then refuse to give me the title out of The car.
Not only are they just outrageous, unprofessional and disrespectful. Their thieves, Every interaction with them was horrible. I asked if I could just get my clothes And a bear that I was given by my dad before he passed away. And they also refused that. They also refused to give me my mail key, So that I could try and get a new ID or any of it.
I sincerely hope that others will be made aware of what this company does before. They’re in a similar situation. And listen to the police who choose the fastest option. I wish I would’ve advocated for any other company. I have never met such disgraceful unhonest people.

Ed Henry's to have my car toad because I had a flat tire and could not get the tire off.Because the luggage nuts were stripped on the outside. They were there in less than thirty minutes, and Mike was the driver. He took a look at my tire and was able to get the tire off and change the tire for me and save me a quite a bit of money. Mike was a real nice guy and had a real good sense of humor I would highly recommend using Henry's in the future. Thank you Mike!
Ricky was an absolute saint! He exhausted every single option to help me be able to drive my car out of the tow yard. He helped move all the tires around, find tires that could fit. It really feels like he saved my life today.

Getting my car out of the garage was no easy feat since the shifter cable broke, but Joe and Jesse made it smooth and easy. They're both super nice and took great care of my car plus their competence eased my anxiety about getting it pulled out the door without damage.
Mike and his truck Blackjack rescued me from a nasty trail after my work GPS led me and poor Corolla to our dooms. He was personable and helped me feel better when I was overwhelmed and stuck by myself in the country. Blackjack did her duty and then some like the Clydesdale she is. Service was quick (as it could be) and worth every penny to get me unstuck. Take a look at that downhill view-- pictures don't do it justice.

Driver 99 was prompt, he arrived ahead of the estimated arrival. He made me feel comfortable and told me he would take care of everything.
