We hit a deer early morning and they arrived soon that I expected. Made a horrible day a little better! The driver, Mike, was professional and courteous. I had never had to have a tow before and he explained everything and went above and beyond! Thank you!
Unfortunately did not get the individuals name but he was an amazing help! My car over heated in the middle of the wild life safari in Strafford and he got there quick and helped tow my car home. He had a positive attitude and was super nice. Definitely recommend.
My family was headed to Branson, MO on the 4th of July weekend when our car broke down in Springfield, MO (300 miles from home). Mike was dispatched via AAA to tow it to the dealership for repairs. He was extremely considerate, thoughtful and polite. He knew it was a stressful situation for us, and he did his best to make it as easy and stress free as possible.
