My son’s car broke down late last night, and Floyd’s Wrecker Service was amazing! James, the tow truck driver, was professional, kind, and really went above and beyond to help us. The lady in the office who took our call was also wonderful—she was calm, patient, and made sure everything went smoothly. It’s never fun to deal with a breakdown, but their great service made a stressful situation so much easier. Highly recommend Floyd’s!
James moved my project car tonight and I honestly can’t say enough about the care and consideration that was put into the move. I was so thankful for the extra effort that was made to make sure my car was loaded safely and unloaded safely. My wire and I were coming we're coming home from Marshfield MO when her Mercedez Benz ml320 lost power and started running very rough. We called our auto club service number and they called Floyd's. Our driver, Junior, arrived quickly. He was quick getting our disabled cars off the road. He was friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure we got our car to the repair shop as quickly as possible with as little worry as possible. If you need a tow and are in a position to choose your in provider, My wife and I recommend Floyd's.

Had to wait about three hours for someone to come due to only one person working. Then the driver got my number and texted my phone number saying “Hi miss samyia this is James with Floyd’s wrecker service your 2003 chevy has been delivered and I am sorry for getting frustrated when picking up the vehicle I should not have acted that way, especially in front of a beautiful girl like yourself” which I thought that was unprofessional.

Great service! Memphis, the driver, was friendly, courteous, and a real pro. If you are in need of a tow and are 500 miles away from home, you are having a rough day. The attention and concern for my family that he provided really took the edge off of the situation. If you have gave your car break down, do so in Springfield , call Floyd's, and hopefully they send Memphis.

I was on Springfield and needed a vehicle towed. I was fortunate to call Floyd’s Tow & Wrecker Service. Thanks to the driver, Memphis, he had my truck loaded in no time. I am from out of state, so I did not know who to call! I called the right place!
Truck had an injector fail so I was stranded on the off ramp. Dispatch was quick to answer and polite. Memphis was our driver and he was very kind, courteous, and did a great job. Had us back home in no time so we could start the repairs. Definitely will use again.

This towing service is the basket is so consumer-friendly and the least expensive one ever. I called another towing company last month and I was charged $329 for less miles than this one went the next time and they only charge me $95. So please use this company when you need a tow.
I called AAA at 530 in the morning and never heard anything back so I called back to AAA at 615. They advised that Floyds wrecker service had my call and would be there in 45 minutes. I waited 30 minutes to hear a update from my driver with a ETA and never got one so I called Floyds and was advised the driver was currently waiting to tow a car to Strafford then I'd be next. I called back at 7am for a update and got no where so I gave up told them to cancel my tow I'll pay someone else out of my pocket to get my service taken care of faster. 30 minutes after I canceled a driver named Memphis called me and said he was 15 minutes away! I advised him that I had canceled my request earlier and his response was it would have been nice to know. Like it was a inconvenience to him that nobody gave him a heads up before he got to me. I don't understand how people can work for a company have zero communication or care about a customer who is waiting when it's 18 degrees outside. AAA should really find better providers.
I was driving home after a long night shift, when I blew the tires to my jeep!! Floyd’s towing was quick, easy reliable and GREAT PRICING!! Had my jeep in the shop in no time! All of there employees are so kind as well!!!

We broke down on vacation and it was 96 miles to home. Called Floyds and Jerry came out , hooked us up and got us home safely. The price was very reasonable. Jerry was a very good driver , we felt safe on our travels. He made us feel very comfortable . We had great conversation which made the trip seem to go much faster and a long trip it was. Unfortunately did not get the individuals name but he was an amazing help! My car over heated in the middle of the wild life safari in Strafford and he got there quick and helped tow my car home. He had a positive attitude and was super nice. Definitely recommend.
