I went to look at and test drive a car but the sales manager (Michael) refused to assist. He said the guy that helps with that sort of thing wasn’t working. Yes you read that right, the sales manager stated he couldn’t help with sales. Business must be booming here the way you turn away potential loyal customers.
They are always changing their rules I came in to pull parts from a Hyundai accent. Guy asked for my Id and my mom for her id my mom did not have her id she only had a photo and he was really rude about it better off going to pick and pull a lot better service . I understand rules are rules but you shouldn’t be rude about it -
Send me literally to the other end of the lot with only 2 cars on my list.Both of which were completely stripped of everything. Walked all the way back to the office carrying a bunch of heavy tools, only to be toldd there are in fact several cars that interchange, but of course, all on the opposite side of the lot.Where I just came back from two hundred rows away. .
I enjoyed my experience. I often work on my own vehicles an occasionally need some parts. I like this part pull lot alot. It's well organized and has friendly staff. Definitely will be pulling parts here in the future.
For many many years I have went to Buddy's and for many many years that place has been good but recently they won't sell you anything that pertains to the inside of the engine or timing covers or anything I think the owner should really rethink what he's doing but until that happens I won't come back
I have called multiple times about getting selling my car to them. They recommend me to a person that works with them but at home, and I've been trying to contact them but he never has responded or answered my calls. I keep trying to call Buddy's and they picked up and hung up on me. It's been weeks, and I still don't have any answers. I feel like I've wasted my time and I'm very shocked by these results because everywhere else recommended me here. Very disappointed.
Called them multiple times to have a receipt sent to our assessors office for property tax waivers and they never sent it! So we just got stuck paying late fees for 3 years we were unaware property had been in our name for! Seriously shouldn’t have to call nearly 5 times for a receipt on a junked vehicle unless something shady is going on and even our assessor said that is highly unusual and they failed to give us a receipt when they bout the car from us and said it would be sent in the mail! Love them for parts but never gonna sell or buy a vehicle from them again.

These people are a joke lol. They change their rules of what’s OK and what’s not OK.. Some days you don’t have to have a drivers license to get in and then some days you do. My son is 17 and now he’s out there by himself.. The customer service is extremely rude.. Remind you, this is the same guy that let me in three weeks ago with picture of my id on my phone..Also says it’s for insurance purposes that I can’t get in but they just did it 3 weeks ago. Lol…the fact they can’t use a picture is a lie.. they would have my number with the picture.. sad sad sad .. I honestly feel like he even enjoyed telling me no lol .
I'll never buy from Buddys again. Bought a lower mileage motor for my truck. The motor sounded fine, but when I got it home and went to put new oil pump, timing kit, water pump and gaskets, I found the overhead cam bearing lobes and cam towers on the heads severely scratched. I contacted buddys 3 days after I bought the motor about the issues. Not only do they say it's not under warranty, but they refuse to do anything to make it right. They tried saying I probably switched out parts from my old motor, which my old motor is in way worse shape.
Always friendly and happy to give you an idea of where to look for your parts. Just good helpful people. I'm really glad it's available to find parts that I'm looking for. Thanks guys, your needed.
Parts are plentiful and the prices are competitive. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Tried calling for a week and even put in requests for a vehicle, NO answer at all.. when I went in multiple days, there was never a salesman. The information given to me was almost always wrong and it is impossible to buy a vehicle from them.. 2 weeks later still waiting to buy.
I found customer service skills lacking. I understand at the end of the day everyone just wants to finish the workday and go home. The last person that walks through the door did not cause the problems of the day, they deserve respect. I will use the other similar businesses. When customers are not respected they won't be back.
Blake did a great job! We recently bought a car and Blake was the one taking care of us! Since it was our first car we had many questions and he did a great job at explaining the process, what we were signing on and if there was any confusion he cleared it up and did it with a smile on his face! Great service, environment and I felt very confident walking out the door with the keys to a new vehicle for us! He was very patient with us, even went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. We felt bad because we arrived close to them closing, with calling ahead to make sure it would be alright if we arrived a little close to their closing time. Blake was more than happy to let us come in! He was happy to see us and help! We walked out of there very happy with our purchase and even more so to have had someone take care of us so well! Will definitely return!! Great job sir!
sold my car for salvage after having it totaled. they were fantastic with talking me through the process of having my car towed there, offered a fair price, and were incredibly patient when the post office had lost my car title for nearly a month. came in upon finally receiving the title and was able to sell it quickly with no issues at all. thanks to the patient staff at buddy’s!
Came in on 09/17/2022. Sells agent Blake was extremely rude. I was left at the car lot over 1 1/2 hours , to even be able to test drive a car. Blake lied to me directly about the price told me that the Chevy cobalt had a motor replacement at 160k miles but motor reader read 260k miles( no way someone drove 100k miles in test drives for it to read 260k …. Than Blake also lied to me about price he said 3k out the door , I was than informed that the price was over what he told me. Than he said I can have it for 3 grand I said 2800 he refused it. The car steering was kinda iffy, and it also screeched as soon as you start to go again from a complete stop.. Blake was super rude than told me to leave because I requested to speak with buddy that drives the red Taho suv.since Blake had lied to me about mileage and price both on the car. I was gonna buy in cash right than…. I highly recommend not buying from buddy’s unless you want to waste over 2 hours for absolutely nothing at all.
We bought a car for my husband from here and they were wonderful! We even had a minor code come up after purchasing and they fixed it for free. Reasonable prices and great to work with!
Buddy's has taken care of many issues for our vehicles over the years. Most recently a windshield replacement. Great service and reasonable prices. Thanks for going the extra mile and good customer service!!
I just bought a car from Buddy’s and I’m very happy with the overall experience! Blake was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He answered all my questions and made doing all the paperwork painless. When the car needs maintenance done in the future I will definitely bring it to Buddy’s because of the wonderful attitudes I experienced from everyone there.
Window cracked after having the windshield replaced, left it dirty. Called 3 times for appt to have windshield replaced, inspection and oil change.. they forgot the trim for the job, and it only took 4hrs!!!! Apparently the left hand doesn't know what the right hand was doing.
None of it their fault. I didn't have an appt for the oil change when we spoke about it the 3 times I called and 5 days ahead of time. They didn't forget the trim it was the shops fault they ordered from. Smh
Very good parts out their but bad customer treatment. Needed to have someone come pick up a car so me and my dad could pull a receiver off and they were very rude about it. I didn't know my row number but i told em if you can get someone to follow me i can show you car wasn't deep either it was right outside of the row. They told me when i find it call them. They never picked up. If you have low tolerance for blatant disrespect don't go here.
They have thousands of cars it seems. If you can't find your part here then it's off a rare car. They have good location on the vehicles so u aren't searching all day. Prices are very reasonably low and they are not insane about prices of items you may find inside one of the vehicles. Like if you find a 4 way tire tool in one and bring it up to counter to buy it they are mostly just pennies on the dollar. Great place to find upgrades for your car to as most of the cars are actually in good shape and not a bunch of totalled out wrecks that have been pick over.
Great u-pull it place. Well organized and map showing exactly where your vehicle is going to be. You can check online to see cars/trucks and info about them. The parts I needed were reasonably priced and exactly what the online quote was. They have water for purchase which was great because it was a hot day lol
My Father bought a hood yesterday in advance and paid extra to have it pulled, was to come back next dad to load it up, not even 24hrs amd they sold it to someone else, and said oh we thought it was you guys sold it out fromvunder us, got the other hood (worse condition) they didnt discount, or waive no fee, no apology, not sincere, nothing when my father has spent tons of money in there. Even a sorry would've went along way but nothing. So Over All: They have everything you need, which is great. Customer Service: Terrible and high price, I do give 2nd chances tho so I hope next time I can come back and fix this review...
