Dylan is a fantastic counter person. When I needed a part for my Isuzu he got it taken care of immediately. I've had trouble in the past with getting the wrong part, but he was able to find it no problem. I felt like my business was appreciated.

Liz Brown at Rush 2508 is amazing. She will jump through hoops to get what you need, when you need it. Charley B. in parts is spot on for accurate information. Dylan B. and Jahvi at the counter are quick, friendly and dependable. Tony L. has personally delivered parts after hours on a hot job. Tyler and Damon are on time and never complain, no matter how many returns I have. Love this Rush team!

I've been ordering from Rush for over a year and a half, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent. Liz B. has been a fantastic point of contact, always responsive and helpful with orders and any issues that arise. Both she and the team at Rush have shown great flexibility in accommodating parts availability and pricing, making the process smooth and stress-free. Their delivery service is fast and dependable, and every interaction I've had with their team has been pleasant. I highly recommend them!

I was told by a technician at this dealership that the EGR port needed to be cleaned for $987 but after leaving the dealership the checklight was on again, took it to a different dealership and was told that it had nothing to do with the EGR port. I think I was duped. According to cummins the engine manufacturers, I'm told I need new injectors.

Very happy with my service. My truck was there for a water in fuel light and the issue was only a water filled sensor. They also found that my truck had some not sensor code coming up. The work for that was under warranty. I give them 5 stars and will return again if I'm in the area.

Slower than snail shit most of the time, always have to order 80% of what I need, pay Fast Freight overnight and it's going on 4 days and no parts still, and they'll NEVER call you to let you know parts have arrived, Be a great place for a truck shop & parts department, some day. Good aee Brad at the Joplin store, he's got it going on!

This past week was one of the most challenging I’ve experienced as an owner-operator. My International truck had repeated derating issues and was in and out of the shop. Initially, I had it towed to an International dealer in Evansville, IN, but unfortunately, their repair only lasted 24 hours. When I reached Springfield, MO, I had to arrange another semi tow to bring the truck to Rush Truck Centers. From the moment I arrived, the team at Rush was professional and efficient. They diagnosed the issue and had it completely resolved the same day. Unlike my previous experience, the fix was thorough, and my truck was back on the road without any further issues. While I’m still waiting on my invoice and health report via email (which I can follow up on), their service was excellent overall. I greatly appreciate the team’s ability to get me back on the road quickly and handle a frustrating situation with professionalism. Highly recommend Rush Truck Centers in Springfield, MO, for reliable and speedy service!

Update: they got us a new turbo at a discounted lanor rate. But, it took longer than expected and we were down a business truck for 3 weeks. We were sold a faulty part (a turbo) with a 1 year warranty (installed by a different company). It failed at 11 months, so within the warranty. We got the replacement in May and it just failed also. We were told that the replacement rides under the old warranty, the new part did not get its own warranty. So, now the second turbo has failed and we will be out the money to replace it. There are better ways of making money than to take advantage of the working man.

They did a great job, just bought a box truck, and needed the engine parameters changed. They got me in and out within an hour. Very friendly people and a great waiting area for drivers.

They are really great with talking to us drivers.. and the are very animal friendly here. Did a great job with getting my truck in and fixing it too. This one of the shop I would come again.. thank you from doing a great job...

Be prepared to take things to get worked on multiple multiple times. Also they are only open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. which is super inconvenient. That is pretty much bankers hours. In result it takes them forever to fix anything and they are very expensive on their parts and shop rate.

they do good work here but i have to mention what they charge is outrageous , a simple radiator was 3900 i order one for 700 with warranty. We all like getting paid but with this kind of prices i better off buying a new truck .

We were updated every step of the way. it is frustrating to have DEF issues, but these guys took the time to actually correct the issues instead of regening him and sending him on his way. Karen was so polite and patient each time i called. The service guys who i spoke with were very understanding and patient with me as well. BUYERS BEWARE! I had my own financing, flew out to Missouri, and picked up my 2018 International LT625 from Rush Truck Center in Springfield, MO on Nov 4, 2022 (Friday). Monday morning on Nov 7, 2022, my driver went to pick up a load and the fifth wheel and the 7 way connector was not working properly, so unfortunately, I had to cancel and I lost the dedicated lane that I was just approved for. I immediately texted my salesperson and I told him about the issues that was currently going on with the truck. He told me these are the things that happens when you purchase a used truck, plus, you purchased a warranty you can call them it should be covered. I did not like his response, so I contacted his Mgr and he told me the same thing contact my warranty company. FYI: I just purchased and picked up my Semi Truck on Friday (Nov 4, 2022) and was told to contact my warranty company on Monday (Nov 7, 2022. I contacted the warranty company and the warranty for these Semi Trucks covers: ENGINE, DEF ISSUES AND TRANSMISSION not any of the issues I brought forward to my salesperson and his Mgr. I then contacted the Rush Truck Center Corporate Office and, after my conversation with the Corporate Office, my salesperson contacted me and told me to send him a list of things that were wrong with the truck. I sent a list with 6 issues that was wrong with the truck and I was told to take my truck to Rush Truck Center in Kansas City MO and the service Mgr there will take care of it. The next morning my driver took the truck to the Kansas City MO location and sat in the driver lounge for a several hours and was told out of the 6 issues listed they were only going to fix 2 of the issues; the water in the fuel (from dashboard indicator light) and the fifth wheel. Another important component that needed to be fixed was the 7 way connector. Due to the fact, the 7 way connector tested positive for electricity the 7 way connector was not fixed/replaced. The water in the fuel and the fifth wheel was fixed. The truck is still not in an operable status because I cannot connect the 7 way connector to a trailer. I have to take my used truck to another place to fix/replace the 7 way connector in order to have a functional Semi Truck. When the 7 way connector is attached to a trailer there are NO LIGHTS on the trailer AT ALL. I will not risk my driver receiving a ticket for not having lights on the trailer. This was my first Semi Truck purchase and I was really excited about it but dealing with Rush Truck Center in Springfield MO, my excitement went downhill.

My truck put up a fight but Rush won in the end. The repairs were done right and the text message communications was appreciated by me. I knew when the parts were ordered and when they came in and when they were bringing my truck into the shop and when they were done working on it all through a text. If I had any questions I just texted back and they responded in a timely manner. I'm glad my truck broke down here because they definitely know how to fix the problems.......and my truck had many. Highly recommend!!

You'll sit and wait for 8 plus hours just to get an oil change and service completed. They don't communicate with you about the status of your semi. You have to keep calling in to find out anything. They will find something wrong with your truck and put it back outside until you calm in to find out what's going on. Then you get put back in line again. Why don't they call you when they find something and get approval to fix it then and there while it's in the work bay? They also only work on what they can duplicate themselves no matter what you tell them tbout the problem you have when under a load. If they can't duplicate the issue it, like a brake issue, then they don't even try to fix it or investigate the issue. Also you have to keep paying them to reinvestgate the same unfixed issues. If you don't like their service you're just told to go somewhere else.

Man.i got financed quick. It was a blessing. Matt was good. Took care of my need for a New truck. Cause my old truck was. Well getting tired. Dead ... tired lol now i have a 2022 Lonestar Beautiful truck. Set up for my needs Thank you for all that was involved with this process. I am impressed with the performance right from the start.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They worked hard to get me repaired and back on the road. Update: the longer I use this place the worse it gets. Most recently I had my truck there for shocks, airbag, and an alignment. Almost 2 weeks later it is still not ready for me. No communication as to any problem with the repair. I called multiple times today to verify that my truck would be ready and when. Now, I am being told I won't be able to get my truck until Monday morning. Another 2 days of no pay. When I asked what the f was the problem, I was told I'm only one truck and they didn't have time for me this afternoon to get my truck. They were able to get my truck to another place for an alignment but couldn't find the time to pick it up, even with my calls to them confirming my pick up of the finished truck. This is unacceptable. They could have told me, and I could have picked it up at the alignment shop.

Awesome group of folks at this location. We have been purchasing equipment through this location and each time its been a great experience. Devon McCoy has went above and beyond each time we have worked with him. He is very honest and straightforward. We will continue to work with him in the future.

I dread going to Dealerships. However there are a few that have done very well. JJ in service was exceptional from the 1st time I called. They have a really good "accelerated process. The tech on my AC job was very knowledgeable and he even came to me and explained things verbally at the truck. JJ asked me for information related to what had been addressed prior to coming into their shop. Im very pleased.

Typical of any dealership/shop it took awhile before getting into the shop. Once in the shop my truck was out in under an hour. I went to the shop for a few simple electrical issues and new steer tires. The guys at summit really did a great job getting me in an out. They seem to be the only shop that is aware that a driver like myself time is money.
