Had to get one of my bulbs replaced in my headlights and I think her name was Anna but she had red streaks in her hair, was great!!! As a younger woman it’s very intimidating having to go anywhere for automotive issues, so having her to go to was very comforting. Plus she was super knowledgeable about the parts I needed and what to do, was very nice, and was very quick! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I will definitely be coming back!!

I came to this location after Autozone had told me I had a "good battery with decent charge left," even though I went there to get a new battery as mine was corroded and leaking! So at O'Reilly's, I told them the story and they checked my battery... they showed it to me and it said "bad battery, unsafe to operate!" So they were able to get me a new battery installed and a new terminal, as the current one was stuck on. They worked super hard to get the right parts for me and make sure my new battery was locked in good, and didn't even charge me when they had rang me up for a part that didn't fit! Amazing service and I feel safe in my own car now! Thank you!!!!

Best store in town, best crew in town. Michael made sure I got what I needed, he went the extra mile. He helped me get my trucks radiator fixed and back on the road, thanks again Michael you're awesome! You deserve a big raise!

I have been going here for years. Most the time I can find the parts I need. If not they can order it in. The guys that work here are very friendly and helpful.

They had what I needed, they were pretty nice but the part I was needing was 2 times more expensive than a couple other stores of the same exact brand. Unfortunately the other stores didn't have the part on hand and I couldn't wait for it, so I had to buy it from here. All in all, will get my issue fixed but I just don't like doubled prices.

Guys were great and very helpful. I drove an hour to get a part that was in stock online. When I got there the part wasn't at that store, (drove to wrong store when I checked) that was all on me. The guy was very helpful and double checked his stock. He located the part closer to my house at another store and called to verify it was there,and in stock .! It was confirmed and I went straight to other store ,guy there had it waiting on me at the counter. Overall a great experience and some witty thinking to make things happen! Highly recommend and I will be back..even if I have to drive an hour Go ask for help they got your back! Happy googling googlers and googletts

I would not recommend making a purchase for a "Special Order" which requires shipping, if you are on a deadline to get your part(s). I have ordered a set of drum brakes for my jeep, which were supposed to have arrived two days ago. I have been up to the store twice to check on the status. Both times I have been there, the staff seems confused as to what was ordered, even when pulling up my profile. They search around the store for a shipment from UPS only to determine that they have not received the part yet. This afternoon, they asked me to call back after 2:00, as that is when UPS dropoff usually occurs. As instructed I called back at 2:30 and spoke with a staff member. He did not know if the part had arrived, and did not know if UPS had dropped off yet. I mentioned that I'm concerned as I need to have the part by this weekend. He then got impatient with me, saying they had been very busy, and "he did not know, DUDE" and he does not "have a crystal ball" as to when the part would arrive. A customer does not want to be in the dark, and understands that O'Reilly's staff may also be in the dark on when a part may arrive. But certainly there exists some way of checking if UPS had already dropped off parts at the scheduled time? Is that not a data point in store records? And if not, then empathizing with a customer would be better than addressing them with a negative attitude.

This review goes out to the gentlemen in the paint department. I havent been able to do auto body repair for years; these men took their time with me to find the best fit for the angle of approach i chose to take. They gave suggestions and feedback, as well as pointers on the finishing of a product. For this DIY guy- am i grateful. The car didnt turn out terrible either. :)

Stopped by as the plastic deflector had broken off and was dragging the ground on my Ford. I had no tools on me so I stopped by and Brian lent me his set of torx wrenches so I could remove the broken piece. Thank you guys so much for helping someone that honestly was not even a customer. I’ll make dang sure to stop in here going forward whenever I need to actually purchase automotive supplies. Good karma to you all!

This young man greeted me at the door as soon as i pulled in the parking lot he said his Dad owned Corys Automotive and he was raised around the Garage and he seemed to really know alot about automobiles. He was soo helpful . This kid needs a raise !

Was fine once I got down there and could explain to them in person what I needed at Chestnut and Glenstone. Seemed to not be able to understand me over the phone. They gave me three different prices ranging from $17 to $48 at 2 different stores. The one at Kansas and Hovey told me that I had my choice between one that was $28 and one that was $48 and he did have the part name right,,, maybe looked up different car than I told him... . Lol. The part I needed was actually less than $7.

Cole was very helpful over the phone and in person... hard to find those qualities. O'Reilly's you should give Cole a raise, bonus and/or a promotion. Had a pretty concerning mixup with a battery last week. However, when we came back in this week, Benjamin, was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous to us. He provided great customer service and sent us away in a timely manner. We were thankful to have someone so helpful.

The only problem I see with the North Glenstone location is that the workers are not happy. They don't smile nor do they even seem to show a slight interest into helping you find anything. I understand a full day's work is tiring and possibly annoying but the amount of effort it takes to find something is worth the happy customer

We had Glen help us tonight and he was outstanding. He knows what he is doing and knows vehicles. He was quick and friendly and made it a good. He also checked to make sure our alternator and starter were in good shape and working correctly. Thank you O'Reilly for having an employee like Glen and thank you Glen for being so good at your job and a great person.

This location seems to have an excellent team. I don't recall the name of the man who was helpful when I called in advance to help diagnose the problem with my care and check to see if they had the necessary part(s) in stock, but my call was answered quickly and he was able to efficiently research what I needed. When I arrived, I was helped right away by Glen. He was a great help and went out of his way to look beyond the most superficial problem to find the underlying cause. He then advised me what part I needed for a complete resolution of the problem instead of a partial one and helped so that the problem with my car could be fully resolved.

Good inventory and great service!! The staff is super helpful and friendly, they helped me find a bulb for my bikes tail light and then they installed it for me. In addition to autoparts, they also have lots of useful tools and other gadgets that make working on your car/bike easier.
