Told them what I needed & got the right parts. I've received incorrect parts before, but they can only be determined by what's in the computer, so someone isn't doing their job.
Friendly staff and service that's always willing to help me with getting parts that I needed for my car. Spark plugs coil pack transmission fluid and pan and shift sensor and seninoid. Very reasonable price and no other parts store had them on hand which the other stores stated it would take up to 2 weeks to get them in quiet and friendly. Would recommend anyone to else to go there or call them. My car is 23 years old and they had the parts on hand
Bad customer service. I walked in about 45 minutes after they opened. No one said hello or even looked my way. There was one guy on the phone in a white shirt and two guys at two different computers. I walked up to one (manager Blake) I asked if HE could help me. Blake seemed like he was irritated I needed help. He told me where to go and the part I needed. I walked over there and grabbed what I was looking for. I walked up to the other guy on the computer and asked him to make sure I had the right stuff. Gus helped me check out he also acted like he didn’t want to help me.
Just went to the store to see about a part. Andre behind the counter was snacking on some food and didn’t seem interested in helping me. I asked what isle the part I was looking for might be on and he ignored me. I asked if they had this item and he stated that he thinks he sold them to a few people before but didn’t know if he had any. He didn’t offer to look and didn’t even take the time to look on the computer. Absolutely frustrating to need something and the so called parts expert doesn’t want to do the one thing he was hired to do. Andre was worthless and Denny was so excited to be at work that he couldn’t even look up from his phone. Two terrible hires Oreilly Auto Parts.
This store has exceptional customer service, and I would definitely go to this location if you needed any auto parts! I know the Store manager Anthony really cares about his customers and his stores performance! Highly recommended!
The service was good. Not exceptional, but the reps give you time to look around and see if you can find what you looking for, before they give in and offer assistance. But, the store was organized and clean.
Always incredibly knowledgeable and help put so much. Great place and always clean and well displayed store and has as always some of the top of the line products as well as parts.
Lo at the Chestnut store went way over the top to help me out last Saturday with my VW ignition. I would have never got it running without His help and advice. He talked me off the ledge on this project. Can't find employees like him anymore.
I traveled over two hours from the Kansas City area to Springfield and started having some engine trouble on the way down. I stopped by the store and the gentleman checked the engine light and changed the part in the parking lot! Thank you guys for keeping me safe traveling back home. You are the absolute best!
Love oriellys it's my second home .I go to the one on west chestnut the guys there are always really helpful and they take the time needed to assist you no matter how many people are in line and that's nice
Got a new headlight replacement kit for my car but was having trouble getting the bulbs changed. Went in there and Spoon helped me out in no time. Got the bulb replaced so I was able to put in the housing unit back in my car and have it fixed with his assistance. Definitely came through for me and helped me out huge. Thank you Spoon!!!!
I have been using a Riley's for over 30 years. Never had a problem with them. Some of their stuff yeah be a little pricey but in general you always get what you need and if you have to take something back to replace it they don't give me any trouble.
Spoon helped me out not only specifically finding the best deal in the store but i ended putting a spill of oil in my powersteering Spoon then came out and assisted with the idea of a solution using what resources i had just bought from the store(straw funnel). All i can say is he's a amazing guy very helpful and deserves a raise!!! Thank you!
Always a great place to get your automotive parts. I can usually find what I need but the gentleman behind the counter got what i couldn't so I would say a win win.
I went in to the store thinking I needed a new alternator on my 72 Chevy. The guys were able to test the one off my truck and it ended up being ok. The gentleman at the counter did some looking and found my alternator was for a 1980 model. With this information I was able to source a wiring diagram and repair the vehicle without buying any parts. I appreciated their willingness to help, especially after my part tested good and they knew I wasn't going to be making a purchase. I will be a return customer.
I don't really care for O'Reilly's. They normally have the needed parts in stock. If the counter people actually get the correct part. I do not really care for the " we are doing you a favor " attitudes. Put me in mind of the elitist mentality of snap on tool truck operator's. 2 months ago. Driving from Oklahoma to Arizona. I had need of front end steering parts for my dually truck. 2 states. 3 stores. Everytime the wrong part. The last one. In tucumcari n.m. I pitched the wrong part into an adjacent field. Put my old parts back on. And swore off of O'Reilly auto parts.. again. If I have any other options. I will not return.
I bought a brand "new" impactgun from these guys. Spent 120$ and tried to return it unused becuse of wrong tool supplies. They said it's use and I couldn't return it. I had the reciept an everything. Everything was in plastic as was and wrapped up. Been going here for years and now ill drive the extra mile for autozone. Wont get a dollar out of me. Managers a total dipshit.
I actually like the guys there and it is a lot of pressure working on car parts. Sometimes they have a little attitude and sometimes I try to change it. I am a regular working on my El Camino, Cuda ,Cavalier, Dodge Conversion Van and the Malibu. They have been able to get most everything or, offer to order it. Some guys are 5 stars and some are 3's but is that not the case everywhere? Also, We may have a little attitude because, it is no fun having to fix some cars. Walking in with a smile helps in all business's! Eric
