We really love the box that we get from this place. It taste like great fresh food. Also, some of the boxes have steaks and pork in them. We cook them right from frozen because we get the best taste and the best juiciness out of them. Everything else pretty much needs to be defrosted but other than that, it’s an amazing box. Will definitely continue buying through you and promote your Business. You are a great awesome people to deal with and I definitely want to thank sara for her customer service today. She was amazing and everybody have yourself a great rest of your day and God bless

I went to oreilly to have my battery checked, and Zachary was incredibly kind. He tested the battery and offered to put the new one in for us. Will definitely return to this location. Thank you Zach!!

This is the only one I shop at. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I want to give the young lady who helped me change my headlight, even though it was a pain and my blinker light. Thank you so much for taking the time.. I am sorry I did not get your name. You are the first person ever to offer to help me install something.

Went in to have a code read. Explained to the older gentleman what I was told by another location closer to my home. After saying I needed to leave engine running to get the code read, he shut off the motor and proceeded to run the reader. After going back inside, he tells me that the code reader didn't find anything wrong......well duh it didn't bc you turned off the motor after saying it needed to be running to read the code. Not coming back to this location if I can't help it. The ETC light has been coming on and needed the code read so I knew what part I was going to need to buy.

It's usually a good place to go, and they usually know their stuff. It's just that one time, we parked in a spot that did not have any indication that we should not park there, but when we entered the store, we were told that we need to move our vehicle.

Ordered parts. They called on 10/18 to let me know they've arrived. I went in today 10/20. Madison the "manager" was so unhelpful and rude. Lacking professional customer service skills. Needless to say we left and chose to take our business elsewhere. This is a reminder as a consumer we have a choice.

I stopped here one evening hoping to find a part for a Halloween project. The parts I was looking for were not available, but this was no surprise. This was definitely old school technology that I was looking for. Anyway, the staff was friendly and helpful, and I would call this a good experience, overall.

I have never had a bad experience at O'Reilly's in my entire life. I've always found kindness here. Never once felt judged and the employees have always gone above and beyond to help me, a fact for which I am extremely grateful. I'm sorry I haven't taken the time to write those reviews. Today I had a terrible experience with a manager here. She was rude and callous and I left crying. My grandma died this week. I am a delivery driver and it was raining heavily tonight. I almost had a wreck earlier in the evening. On one of my deliveries I noticed my headlight was out. All of the Walmarts are out of this bulb and I am behind on my bills. I don't have anyone to rely on but myself. I need this manager to know, as a manager myself, that sometimes policies need to be broken or bent for the customer, especially ones who return often when they need a little help and, to be honest, care and kindness. I didn't get that today and I still have to work without a bulb tonight. All I wanted to do was try the new bulb out after buying it and make sure it worked before driving off but she said I couldn't because it was an electrical item, that once I plugged it in I couldn't bring it back inside for a refund. I wanted to do this because I can't afford to shell out 14 dollars for nothing right now. She was hateful as all get out. I won't be back to this location. I also need her to know that you never know who's day you might change with a little kindness and that sometimes being a rude hateful jerk can change a person's whole day, too, and not for the better. This has been a really tough year for so many people and kindness is free.

Rob, an employee at this location, was immensely helpful, he quickly diagnosed my issue and broke down not just the reasons for my issue but why it's happening as well as how to mitigate the risk of it happening again. Fantastic employee!

Took my car over here to have a brake bulb replaced on the driver’s side tail light and these guys are super professional. From the moment I walked in the door, to the point of installment, I knew from that point on, I am in the right hands. If you ever are in need of a bulb replacement, battery change, etc., I definitely recommend coming to this location. The guys here are super nice and really professional at what they do.

Use this O’reillys!! The manager stayed late to help us get our tire down, then even changed it for us. He went above and beyond to help us, and that seems to be a rare thing these days. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Thank you so much!

So when is O’Reilly going to invest in an app for customers? I know there is a website but it’s super outdated and really hideous. The fonts change with every word and looks like it was made by an 80 year old that doesn’t know how the internet works

It's ok for a parts store but they don't have near the customer service they used to. Back in the day the guys there knew their stuff, today ...not so much.

We needed a system scan and then a fuel filter amd tristan was super helpful. Loaned us tools and gave great advice on how to change it. Highly recommend this store.

As a previous employee of O'Reillys, I know that the customer should never leave the store unless you have at least ordered a part that will work for them. It doesn't matter if it's from the dealer, or a special order from LKQ or another company, you do not let the customer leave empty handed. I went to this store yesterday to get a molded coolant hose for my 2009 dodge journey. The man said that it wasn't in the system and I would have to go to the dealer myself and have them get one for me. After a little bit of back and forth, I decided that I would just call my old store in Oklahoma for them to get me the part number to purchase here. Gave them a call, they found me a fitting piece in under 5 minutes. I went back inside and ordered it, and I asked if they could check my check engine light for me. The same man told me it would be pointless to check the light until I fixed my over heating problem (which was not the case, I went to another store in town who checked my light for me, it was a light concerning my battery, and that man got my $189.00 sell, not Joel from the West Sunshine store) All in all, the customer service from Joel at this store was terrible. But I did bump the score to two stars because the store was clean and pretty well stocked and zoned while I was there.
