Guys (Andrew & Scott) were super helpful in getting me back on the road on Sunday when repair shops were closed and my vehicle was 1/2 mile away from the store. (Was having starter related problems) I have been a loyal O'Reilly customer for 30 years and they keep rewarding and earning my loyalty. I can't say thank you enough to the entire organization that hires and trains their people to serve so well.
Went to the store to buy some parts and there was an unruly customer. He was rude to the staff and a female customer. Andrew the store manager handled him with the utmost professionalism while up holding the store policy and defusing the situation. Truly an asset to the O'reilly's brand.
Thank you Nick, for doing everything you could to help us out 650miles from home. That's what an auto parts store & employee should strive to be like. I hope if you ever need it you get treated the same way in East Tennessee!
These guys are wonderful. I have had a couple of issues that they helped me with and I was on my way. They are so courteous and willing to help. I highly recommend this store.
I just came in to ask for a code read on my car. The young fella who helped me was positive and outgoing, even though I didn't need to buy anything that day.
Don't expect them to be certified expert mechanics or anything, you need to know your own vehicle (some reviewers/customers expect way too much). That kind of service is expensive.
I've always liked O'Reilly's, and from experience, they're generally better than other auto parts stores. Plus they're headquartered here in Springfield. I do think they should try to pay the store employees a little more, but I only know about their starting pay, and maybe they give decent raises. Anyway, thanks for your services. I support this company and reccomend them!
Oh oh oh OREILYYYYS
With any of my emergency auto part needs, I always go to O'Reilly Auto Parts. With my recent testing, sourcing, and purchase; the entire process from diagnostics all the way to having the parts installed was less than 24 hours including labor.
The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Even willing to test the recently installed parts to make sure that they were working correctly.
If you're in a pinch and need parts fast, I would highly recommend O'Reillys.

I was at this store on the26th between 2:30 and 3:00 to get a phone holder. The two male employees I approached for help did nothing but tell me that anything on the rack "should work." The first one I picked had a magnetic attachment and I asked if if would work with my phone case. "It should." I bought it and went to my car. It didn't. I took it back in and told them it didn't, showing them my phone fell right off it, and they took it from me to somehow prove I didn't know how to work a magnet, finally agreeing. I said I'd like to exchange it if someone would help me find one that would work, but they just did the return. I found another one that fastened to the dashboard with suction. I told them my dashboard was textured and slanted, and asked if this one would stick to it. "It should." It didn't. I returned it, still seeing no interest from the employees in helping me. I went to O'Reilly's because I'd never used a phone holder before and recognized my car's dashboard might present problems. I thought I could get help with it. I was wrong. I came home and ordered from Amazon.
Service is great, nice when you need something right away. I have just gotten too many things that have been on the shelf for who knows how long. I installed a new out of the box master cylinder and it leaked worse than the one I replaced that was 25 years old. I also had a steering rack that didn't work 3 times until I got the right part. They sold me the wrong size idler pulley, and I brought it back. They said it was the right one, so I ordered an idler pulley from a different vehicle that I knew was the same size as the OEM one I removed. It works great now. O'Reilly knows how to turn a one day job into a week long process. Their inventory management is just whack. I drive 3 old cars, and work on cars almost every day. I generally try to avoid O'Reilly's if I can help it. It's sad because I really like that they are headquartered here, and I can always get the parts fast and easy, but they are pricey and the wrong thing sometimes. I would guess they get it right about 75% of the time when it comes to car parts. They do have a great paint and body selection on Glenstone and Chestnut. I have bought quite a bit of POR 15, and zinc primer for my welding projects.
I always shop at O'Reilly's for all of the auto parts that I need. On my last visit Anna helped me out. She was able to find the part I needed for my truck.(Fuse for my Battery Term). It wasn't listed in their system for my truck even though it is a factory part. She came out to my truck and looked and she was able to find the part. They didn't have it in stock but she found it for me at the E Kearney Location. As you can see in my photos.. Before and After. Thanks Anna
I'd like to give a shout out to Adam!! This young man saved me today. My wipers weren't wipin' Not only did he recommend a great set of wipers, probably the best ones I've ever had, but not the most expensive... he also put them on my car IN THE RAIN! He was so sweet even tho I felt so bad for asking him to do it. I know it's a "FREE" service, but I'd be a little grouchy if I had to do what he did, but he wasn't. He was just kind. I wanted to tip him, but of course I didn't have any cash and thought it might be strange to ask for his venmo or cash app... the least I can do is give him a shout out on the internet and remind everyone to try to be as kind as Adam! Thank you Adam.
Went to Napa, the no nothing people. Terrible place. Went for a custom size belt for mechman alternator. They said he would have to measure 6000 belts to get mine. It's printed on the box. You don't have to measure them. Went to O'Reilly's. Guy named Jeff got me the right belt in less than 30 seconds. O'Reilly's is not perfect they have made some mistakes on parts I've had before. The difference is they make it right. Everytime. Thanks Jeff.
I needed my high beam lights and reverse light fixed and I went across the street first to jcb tire, who tried to charge me $143... Then I came over to O'Riley's and bought both parts for $30 and John helped me install the lights free of labor charge! So grateful for the customer service and most definitely going to come back more often!
The guys at the counter were very nice my husband wasn't able to come and help me. So they come out and check my engine for me!! Turns out I didn't need anything. But they were super friendly and helpful.
I stopped in when somebody told me my break lights were out. McKenna (hope that's spelled right) was very helpful to me and other customers while I was there. She's by far the most enthusiastic employee I've come across in some time.
Well where do I start. The exceptional customer service or the exceptional customer service. Either way the Oreilly on Sunshine and 65 is where it is at for me. These guys are personable, they're friendly, and they really know their stuff.
We had car trouble and parked at the store while we waited on AAA. Juan, the manager, checked out our car and, then, provided us chairs while we waited on our tow. He went above and beyond with customer service.
They are priced higher then the rest but they have built up many years to do so. The staff is always helpful and it's fast and easy to get the parts you need
Staff helped me with getting the right parts and even lending me tools at the store. When they didn't have a part at this location, they called the other location to verify and hold the part for me.
There is a poster advertising $10 off windshield wiper blades prominently displayed. I was handed a mail in rebate slip in order to receive my ten bucks. When I got home and started to fill it out I realized it had expired on December 31st. Frustrating.
The kids are nice enough but for the third time stopping in to get simple stuff for services I have had to drive back to swap out wrong parts and we're talkin spark plugs and oil filters. Last time I will visit this store
Exceptional service
My alternator went out but was under warranty . I got there half hour before closing time and two sales man came out with tools and helped me take the old one out and put new one in. Highly recommend !!
If you want AMAZING customer service please come and see Connor at this location. As a women I didn't feel like this O'rielly store was trying to sell me something I didn't need, and everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you Connor for all of your help!
