I usually get the EconoPower batteries for a fraction of new cost and have had good experiences with them. The employees have good working knowledge of their products and demonstrate true customer care.
I strongly recommend this place for all battery related needs.

I was in from out of town visiting a relative with a busy weekend ahead that required a reliable vehicle. My car battery died on me late on a Friday afternoon. I walked into this establishment, in a panic, at 4:40pm, 20 minutes before they would be closed for the weekend. Scott went over and above to help me out, even staying late to make sure I was taken care of. He treated me with incredible kindness and compassion and made a difficult situation better. Because of his actions, I had a reliable vehicle and was able to do the things I needed to do and enjoy my weekend without worrying about whether or not my car would start. I highly recommend this business and Scott in particular. He is a rare customer service gem and I appreciate him more than I could ever convey in this review.
We had a flat and pulled into the the parking lot to call roadside assistance. Not once but twice employees came to check on us and offered us help and water. Just wanted to make sure we were ok. Did i mention we are seniors...What a good business with WONDERFUL EMPLOYEES. THANK YOU!

My 1st 5 star review! I rolled in this afternoon and was immediately pulled into the shop. Work was done fast and right. I think his name was Bob. I'll be back for several more batteries next spring.
I will never buy another interstate battery again!. I had a very frustrating battery issue. It was under warranty. I had to drop off the battery and wait over a week for a replacement battery to arrive. That battery never even showed up. Horrible communications with customers. This was a very expensive premium battery and yet they were dragging their feet on getting it replaced. They tried to weasel their way out of replacing it. Eventually, I had to call customer service and complain. In the end, I did get a prorated refund. It just was not worth , the extra expense of dealing with interstate batteries. I would not recommend buying an overpriced, and under performing, interstate battery.
I have been coming here for over 10 years and will NOT go anywhere else for batteries. The service is awesome, the prices are amazing and they are so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and honest. You can't beat them on their service, price and products anywhere. I will be a life long customer and now half my family and friends are as well. I won't go anywhere else for batteries. And haven't for over ten years. I must've been rewarded unexpectedly for that today by this Christian company when my daughter was in need. Highly recommend both the quality/price of their products and their service.
My battery in my Harley died and I was stranded in Springfield. After calling 8-10 different places for help I called this Interstate Battery Location and talked to Jennifer. She was extremely helpful! They had the correct battery but I couldn't find anybody to install. They loaned me the tools to install the battery and were extremely helpful. I can't say enough about the customer service Jennifer gave. Daniel and Jerry were also extremely helpful with figuring out what I needed to remove the batter and working with me. IT was a 4 hour process and I am extremely thankful for these 3. You have 3 dedicated employees that are assets to your business. Thank you!
I drove 2100 miles and my battery light came on. And I went in and saw these guys. Bob was so friendly and so helpful. He explained everything that needed to be done so I understood it and wasn't confused at all and never got once frustrated with me. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone. They did a wonderful job and surprisingly it didn't cost me an arm and a leg to get it all done. If you need work done go and see Bob. He is the best.

The products I got were good quality and I'm happy with them. I am not happy with the random $15 "miscellaneous" fee. There was no explanation to the fee, which is upsetting.

Came in today after being referred here by my friend and Bob hooked me up. All of my battery cables I thought needed replaced but instead of selling me something I didn’t need, Bob took his time to look over everything and just replaced the bolts, nuts, and washers. Customer service is doing the right thing and showing the customer they don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars on new cables when the company could fix the issue in 10 minutes for pennies to the dime. Great place, highly recommend!
The people were very customer oriented, and the prices are reasonable. I checked several other places and even a new battery installed was less than all the others! Great service!
Awesome place with awesome service. Bob was able to get us in (even a few min before the place opened) and knew exactly what we needed and gave the details how how to go about doing everything. Cool place with cool staff! I will be returning :)
Well I will say they have really good batteries however I did not have the greatest experience because I bought one that had a 6-year warranty on it and it has a couple months left at this point and it has went bad and instead of replacing the battery they want to prorate it I kind of feel like they should have explained when I purchased the battery that they do not cover a whole 6 years and they should not print it on the battery that it is covered for 6 years if it is going to only be prorated other than that I do like the quality of battery
Called this morning about a hard to find 12volt golf cart battery. Jennifer was the best at getting me fixed up. The best experience I have ever had on helping over the phone Great attitude!!!!!! And battery in stock.
Had some issues and batteries didn't fit, and had to return them. Bob H. did an amazing job making everything right and apologized for the inconvenience. He got me taken care of and back on the road. Great customer service!!

My interstate car battery purchased from this dealer was only halfway through its warranty and failed. Upon trying to return it, Tyler stated that I would need to take my car somewhere and have my complete charging system analyzed. I chose US Automotive, and they determined that the battery was indeed bad. I returned and presented Tyler with all the results, but he stated that I would need to leave the battery for a few days to be checked out. A few days later, I returned, butTyler stated that I must leave it a few more days. Tired of waiting I asked to be given the faulty battery back. I still have it. My advice to everyone is to buy your Interstate batteries at Costco where you will be given great service and not just the runaround.
