After damaging my 20-year-old Porsche's rear bumper at the track, when a loading ramp jumped the rail and fell away, the local dealership suggested that "Dusty can make it look like it never happened." I never imagined that their recommendation could actually be true. Without replacing the part, the bumper is now better than before. Got in an accident and took our truck to Cox Collision to get the damage fixed and get our camper shell painted to match the truck. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is outstanding. Concerned years ago with the change of ownership that the service wouldn’t be the same, but it has been! Great service and they get you taken care of.
First time accident after 65 years of driving was a traumatic experience. But Dusty at Dents Unlimited was amazing. From first estimate to giving me a ride to pick up my car, the process was flawless. The repairs were perfect and car was so clean inside and out that it looked as good as when I drove it from the showroom 9 years ago! I would recommend this place without any qualifying remarks.
I would not recommend this company at all for a small repair. I could see how they would do a good job if they have a larger job but he does not seem interested at all in small jobs and wanted to repaint my entire quarter panel due to a clearcoat scratch. I had to scratch repaired it looks fantastic without having to repaint the whole entire quarter panel for $70 at another place. Do not waste your time if it’s a small repair like I did.

The best that I’ve ever had to deal with in any auto repair situation! I took our 2012 Camry to Cox. The upholstery, carpet and mats were very soiled. After their detail specialist had cleaned them, they looked NEW! I'm very pleased with the outcome and affordable pricing. All in all a pleasant experience.
They were awesome! A part came in damaged and they ordered one and it came the next day. Super accommodating and super nice. If any car problems arise in the future, I will definitely be going back.
Not too long ago I got hit by another vehicle while mine was stationary in its parking spot. There was a minor dent and paint damage on the back end. I took my car in, and Dents Unlimited treated me so well. I'm not super knowledgeable about cars, but the workers explained everything patiently. I had my car back in a couple of days, and it looks great! Staff are genuine and helpful.
From start to finish my experience was seamless. I received a personal call from the owner to update me on backorder parts and the timeline to completion. The work was great and looked flawless when I picked it up. They handled all of the insurance issues and I didn’t have to worry about anything. Everyone I came into contact with was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend Cox to my friends and family.
I had always had a positive experience until this week. Brought truck in to repair hail dent that had to be painted. Found out before i was to pick it up that they broke the windshield. They blamed it on Carsten Auto Glass who replaced my windshield in March of this year. I was then doing all the work to try and get them to resolve it and they just ended up blaming each other. Now driving a truck with a 2 foot crack in my windshield as Dusty the owner doesn't want to take responsibility. They did not offer customer service as they should have. As a business owner and I own 3, you have to take care of things when they go wrong and not rely on your customer to do it. Extremely disappointed in them. He said I insulted him. I tried to offer good advice. Learn how to run your business or it will end up costing you customers.
I referred yet another friend to Cox Collision and Dents Unlimited, and again, they had nothing but amazing things to say about the whole process of getting their truck fixed with Dusty and his people! They helped with the insurance company, had great communication throughout the repair, and they said the final product looked "better than new". I have used Cox Collison at least 3 times in the last few years. My son's truck was supposed to take a week to fix some major hail damage. Ended up only taking 3 days. Was very happy with the finish product. When my wife's car got rear ended the other insurance company (Progressive) was a pain in the butt to deal with but Dusty took Care of us an made sure all the damage was pointed out. Good honest shop and they keep to their schedule unlike most shop's these days. Would highly recommend.

Cox Collision/DentsUnlimited has done excellent work for me over the past few years. Minor repairs to my Fusion front bumper when I hit a small animal, major repairs when my Fusion was in not one but two collisions three weeks apart. More recent was windshield replacement on my CRV. I had excellent results and was very pleased. Dusty and his staff are great to work with and very knowledgeable about all aspects of the business. From beginning to end, my experience with Cox Collision was top notch! I had damage done to the front end of my 2006 Toyota Tundra which required a new bumper and paint matching. They were able to acquire OEM parts at aftermarket prices. Most importantly, their craftsmanship was meticulous. I went over the repairs with a fine tooth comb and could not find a single flaw.
Customer service was superb. Dusty did an excellent job explaining the process and keeping me updated. They even touched up and buffed spots on my front and rear flares that weren't a part of the order, free of charge! It was very clear from the beginning that going above and beyond is a big part of how they do business.

I used Dents Unlimited to repair a small door ding on my 2015 Ford Focus and was very pleased with the outcome. The gentleman that did the estimate said that I would never know it was there when they were through, and he was right. It was like it never happened. They were very friendly, courteous and professional and my repair was done promptly. I would use them again and would also highly recommend them to anyone. Very nice business to work with. Fixed my car quicker than expected, cost was lower than estimated, and allowed for over the phone payment so I could pick up my vehicle after hours. I was pleasantly surprised that they even cleaned up my car, as well. Would definitely go to them again if needed.
It’s never a good day when you have to get car repairs but the employees at Cox Collision made the process of working with insurance so smooth! They did a great repair but the service is what sets them apart from any other repair shop.
I took an older truck here to get detailed. When I left it there it was in tough shape. I am thoroughly amazed and impressed. The estimator, Jason was very thoughtful and knowledgeable. I did not meet the person who did the detailing but whoever did it was an expert and got it looking far better than I thought possible. I would recommend them to anybody.
We had the best experience with this business. It's never fun to have to get things on your car fixed but they made it so easy. They figured everything out with our insurance and made sure to keep us updated each step of the way. The owner also fixed a dent for us at no charge. They definitely take it above and beyond with customer service!
I've had my car at this location several times and was always treated fairly and honestly. ALL the staff are great -- professional and friendly. The only time I've had a time problem was lately because of parts unavailability due to supply chain. They have previously been either right on time or early. Would never take my car any place else. The work is so good you would never know the car had been damaged and I have used them for both large and small problems. My rental coverage expired and they gave me a loaner to use!
