My insurance recommended that I take my car in for repairs after an accident. I appreciate their professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency. They keep me regularly updated on the status of my car, the repairs, and how close they are to finishing -- I never have to wonder. I would definitely recommend them.
The team was very professional. I had one little hiccups when I picked up my car, but the team went over and above to fix the problem. They even let me go back to work, brought me my car, and took care of the rental. Great work and my car looks great!
Stacy John and Josh they always kept me updated on my kia and they will tell me if I have any other problems with my car they did an awesome job of replacing my front end bumper it was damaged to where I had to zip tied the bumper and the quarter panel I had to take a trip so the bumper wouldn't fly off they took really good care of me thank you Caliber Collision keep up the awesome work they're very respectful considerate and understanding and very compassionate I will recommend them to anyone.

I just can't have nice things apparently This was my second vehicle brought to Caliber Collision but they make the experience as smooth as possible (3 claims in 1 repair wasn't fun - don't ask ) Laurie and Lupita were fantastic throughout the whole process! Laurie always has a smiling face when you walk in. My new Tundra looks as good as the day I bought it 6 months ago.
First walking in I was nicely greeted by Stacy & Laurie. They listened to my situation and were so helpful, kind, paitent and, understanding. They were able to get me a quick accurate estimate. They also were half the cost of some other places I got quotes on in town. They Followed up with me after to keep me updated on the status of things. My repair was quoted a time fix of 30 Minutes and was done in 20. Great people and great service all around. Highly suggest getting your auto repairs here.

These are trustworthy people to talk to and handle matters. I’ve had my car in the shop for a month and has been finished and complete for over a week. My insurance, State Farm, was holding off for some reason that didn’t make sense. Overall, the Caliber Collision was keeping me updated about everything going on. I thought I could trust them more with my car than my own insurance!! If you need body work done, I would recommend these folks because they will fight for you, if your insurance isn’t willing to hold up their end of the deal.

I brought my Explorer in for some front fender damage done in the recent snow storm. And I got it back within 2 weeks like the accident never happened. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was finished. I was highly satisfied with the customer service that Dustin gave me on the updates when I called for them. Killer service when things go horribly wrong. Everyone was so friendly when my car was nearly stolen. Dustin and the entire team at Caliber made the entire process of getting me back in the drivers seat after them dirty thieves tried to steal my beloved 2011 Kia.

When I brought my van to caliber collision... Lori in customer service was pleasant and helpful i enjoyed talking with her. Lupita then took me outside and we walked around the car and she showed me what they were going to do. Iam very pleased with how everything was handled and the work on my van looked exceptional. I just got my car back after having it repaired after being rear-ended. Caliber was such a great great place to send my car! They did an amazing job and even cleaned out my car for me when I left it in pretty rough shape! Laurie was the customer service representative worked with and she was extremely helpful and friendly and very knowledgeable when I had questions. Lupita was my estimator and she was phenomenal. She answered all my questions and always kept me up to date and was so friendly and helpful. I would 100% recommend this shop for anybody that needs body work and repairs. We really enjoyed Caliber Collision’s Service. Lupita was the employee that checked us in and helped us get our vehicle repaired. We were unfortunately hit in a parking lot and needed repairs and not only did they fix our cosmetically challenged vehicle, they also cleaned the inside and out! We also had a surface scrap from a previous incident, and they got it out for free while it was in. I can’t recommend them enough! Truly their service was above and beyond!
The team at Caliber are top notch. They got my wife's car in, all parts ordered and arrived on time, and took less time than what was quoted. We also had a PDR on a body line and once done, can't even tell it was there or fixed. Highly recommend this place. From start to finish, the communication from Dustin was excellent. They will be my go-to body shop. You will not be disappointed.
Caliber collision did a great job! Talking with Josh ledbetter about what paint color I was looking for and Josh knew exactly the color I was wanting for my Harley motorcycle.
