I was less than fortunate on a trip I was taking to Texas because my dad was having triple by pass surgery. My car broke down, I had to get a tow and find a rental car on a Sunday. Josh was my tow truck driver and he was so kind and helpful to me. I can not appreciate him enough. Thank you so much.

So thankful to Nicole, who answered the phone and Cole the Springfield manager. Cole knew he was providing great service by accepting the abandoned RV with SPD Incident Number and I appreciate he and this company beyond words. I volunteer for a non-profit that acquired a Tax Lien Investment Property in hopes of helping clean up blighted locations in Springfield, but it turned out to be a hoarder money pit so I was desperate for help. Cole was so gracious and knowledgeable. I’m so impressed with him and his knowledge about the companies other service offerings such as dumpster rental and repair work.
Cole and Big Boys are a vast difference to the call I made to Henry’s Towing who gave the RV job a fast brush off and rejected pickup; not listening to my problem, nor allowing me to speak to a manager. I certainly hope the powers that be in Springfield Government offer Cole and Big Boys Towing more city work in the near future.

I had family coming to visit, and they lost a wheel off of their jet ski trailer. The receptionist and driver did a fantastic job. Josh (driver) was professional and kept safety at the forefront of everything. Ensured we were satisfied with his service. I will continue to use them and ask for Josh!

Fast friendly and professional service. Which in this day and age is hard to come by. The driver called me right after I called there office to let me know when he would be at my location. And arrived on time was dressed very professional and was friendly. Took car of my vehicle not to damage it. Office staff was very friendly and helpful and assuring. In all fantastic service.

Van died in the middle of an intersection. Nice person helped push me out of the way of traffic. Called the first towing company I could think of. After being on hold for over 5 minutes, I noticed across the street a Big Boy’s truck. Hadn’t ever heard of them, but ran over anyways to ask them for help. Got a card to call it in, and was answered immediately. Super polite, and extremely professional. Got me home safely! And was cheaper than the company I was on hold with earlier. Thanks again!
Although you did not get me back up and running, the service was EXCELLENT. The driver was thorough and knowledgeable and so so nice. WOW! Very impressed with this towing service. Matt, their driver was very professional & polite. Our jeep had slid off of our icy driveway & was wedged into some trees. Matt was here the next morning & did an awesome job getting our jeep out back onto our lane. Very happy with their service & would call on them again. Thank you Big Boy Towing & Matt.
Makayla quoted me on a towing price & told me that I could decide if I wanted to get a tow through them after I called a few places. I decided to go with a cheaper company but Big Boys showed up first, without calling in advance, and it had been about an hour since I called originally. She told me she could have them drop my car back off and I could recall the other company. Terrible customer service and attitude from Makayla after she made the mistake. The man who towed my car was very kind and I’m thankful the company worked with me on price, but the lack of communication and Makayla are the reasons I won’t use this company again.
Big boys roll off dumpsters called late on Friday 3:00 pm deliver by 5:30 pm & pickup only Monday & deliver another dumpster waited picked up on Monday 12:00 Pm Big Boys get 5 star i recommend BIG BOYS.

Well, they made a killing off a crap situation. We finally got someone's car out of impound who wasn't able to do it themselves, which took several calls, runaround, and so forth while the car racked up $900 in fees... most of which could have been avoided if we didn't have to follow up multiple times after being told we had to pick up the form, but later it could be emailed, then multiple calls to get the form, or any of the other steps. And once that was all finally figured out from out of state, the guy said "we only take exact cash, so I'll just keep the extra $10." Uh, no? The one star is for taking off a few days of fees from over the holidays when it wouldn't have been able to get picked up anyway, so it didn't top $1k... thanks?

This is my second time using Big Boy's Towing, and it only further cemented my decision to only ever use this company. Every person there is courteous, respectful, and professional. Tyler, one of their technicians, was able to tow my car backwards perfectly into a parking space like it was nothing. There is no company I would recommend more.
Fast & Friendly service:
I used Big Boy's twice in a weekend. Once to get my 3500HD running after a mysterious failure. I went to a local repair shop for diagnosis. If course nothing found. A day later I was in worse shape and called back for a tow.
Big Boys company is the real big boy. They did a great job with my truck with this location. Got it there safely with no damages. So professional and know what they are doing. Dispatcher Montana was the best and has helped a lot.
