The best service i have received during a tow he went out of his way to diagnose the problem and efficiently and quickly got my car where it needed to be!
When my car broke down, Josh happened to be near me and helped as much as he could and brought me to the side of the road. When I needed a tow a couple of days later, I made a call to Big Boy’s, and he happened to be the one to come and help again. Definitely will be using Big Boy’s Towing if I ever need a tow again in the future, everyone from the dispatchers to the drivers have been nothing but helpful and have gone above and beyond.

My car broke down and the company was very punctual. Josh called me almost immediately after I placed the call for a tow and provided me with an eta. While waiting I realized I was accross the street from an auto zone so I went and purchased a battery. I was getting ready to install it when Josh arrived and offered to help in any way he could. Offering tools, and extra pair of hands, or whatever i needed. After the installation of the battery my car started and he cheered that I got it working. He wasn't upset that I no longer needed the tow and gave me a Keychain for future reference. People like Josh is what brings people back to businesses. If I need a tow in the future I'll be sure to call this company.
1st review: Josh called me when he was on the way. Picked up the car with no issues. Took it where I was needing and made the drop off all to request. Super wonderful people to call and do business with. Will always recommend these professionals.
2nd review: Even when my car stopped working, these guys keep working! I have now employed their service twice. Tyler has brought me to my destination safely, quickly, and considerately. I was less than fortunate on a trip I was taking to Texas because my dad was having triple by pass surgery. My car broke down, I had to get a tow and find a rental car on a Sunday. Josh was my tow truck driver and he was so kind and helpful to me. I can not appreciate him enough. Thank you so much.
I had family coming to visit, and they lost a wheel off of their jet ski trailer. The receptionist and driver did a fantastic job. Josh (driver) was professional and kept safety at the forefront of everything. Ensured we were satisfied with his service. I will continue to use them and ask for Josh!
Drivers answered questions, trucks were very nice. They worked together communicated with each other. The driver transporting my truck spoke to the dealership service technician. My truck was seen immediately and repaired immediately. His knowledge and rapport with the dealership made a difference. Thanks

Fast friendly and professional service. Which in this day and age is hard to come by. The driver called me right after I called there office to let me know when he would be at my location. And arrived on time was dressed very professional and was friendly. Took car of my vehicle not to damage it. Office staff was very friendly and helpful and assuring. In all fantastic service.
WOW! Very impressed with this towing service. Matt, their driver was very professional & polite. Our jeep had slid off of our icy driveway & was wedged into some trees. Makayla quoted me on a towing price & told me that I could decide if I wanted to get a tow through them after I called a few places. I decided to go with a cheaper company but Big Boys showed up first, without calling in advance, and it had been about an hour since I called originally. She told me she could have them drop my car back off and I could recall the other company. Terrible customer service and attitude from Makayla after she made the mistake. The man who towed my car was very kind and I’m thankful the company worked with me on price, but the lack of communication and Makayla are the reasons I won’t use this company again.
Justin from Big Boys Towing arrived within 45 minutes of calling. I was so thankful, as other companies estimated they would arrive in 2-3 hours.
Justin knew exactly what he was doing! He explained how he would get the vehicle back to safety and he did just that. Exactly how he explained. Super duper professional job. I was so impressed!
So thankful to Nicole, who answered the phone and Cole the Springfield manager. Cole knew he was providing great service by accepting the abandoned RV with SPD Incident Number and I appreciate he and this company beyond words. I volunteer for a non-profit that acquired a Tax Lien Investment Property in hopes of helping clean up blighted locations in Springfield, but it turned out to be a hoarder money pit so I was desperate for help. Cole was so gracious and knowledgeable. I’m so impressed with him and his knowledge about the companies other service offerings such as dumpster rental and repair work.
Cole and Big Boys are a vast difference to the call I made to Henry’s Towing who gave the RV job a fast brush off and rejected pickup; not listening to my problem, nor allowing me to speak to a manager. I certainly hope the powers that be in Springfield Government offer Cole and Big Boys Towing more city work in the near future.

Van died in the middle of an intersection. Nice person helped push me out of the way of traffic. Called the first towing company I could think of. After being on hold for over 5 minutes, I noticed across the street a Big Boy’s truck. Hadn’t ever heard of them, but ran over anyways to ask them for help. Got a card to call it in, and was answered immediately. Super polite, and extremely professional. Got me home safely! And was cheaper than the company I was on hold with earlier. Thanks again!
Although you did not get me back up and running, the service was EXCELLENT. The driver was thorough and knowledgeable and so so nice. My husband was able to replace both the starter battery and the main battery and we were back up and running. Thank you for trying as hard as you did. I really appreciated your work.
I had a great experience with Big Boy's. My car broke down at a red light in a city I was visiting for family Christmas. They had their driver come by immediately and he was very helpful and had us towed to the closest Chrysler dealership super fast. I appreciate all the driver dis and how quickly he arrived. They are a wonderful company I would highly recommend.
My driver’s name was Adam and he was perfect. He showed up as quickly as he could even tho there were tons of people calling about dead batteries (took maybe 40/50 minutes where other services told me 80-90 min). Very personable and efficient. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
