Good prices and have just about anything you need. They can also get items in same day or next day if you need to special order something. The staff is always helpful.

Acted like they didn’t know what they where doing the guy before me went out mad because the price they charged him was more then what it mark. I wouldn’t go there again.
My friend and I were on the highway and the trailer tire blew. We stopped off at the nearest town and pulled into a body shop parking lot that happened to be closed for vacation. Two lug nuts would not come off. Thank God that Tanner saw us as he was walking back to work from lunch and offered to help. He said if we would go park in O’Reilly’s parking lot he could help us get those lug nuts off put the spare on. We were back on the road in less than 30 min. Tanner is a great employee and great person. Thank you, Tanner!
Well definitely not going well can't get an awnser called three times an got put on hold for over five minutes can't even get an order for the right parts before I take back the wrong parts I recieved.
Thanks Oreilleys for having such a convenient location in Fair Grove. Super handy, and the guys in there were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I got a couple qts of oil for my mower service and a can of spray bedliner to seal up an outdoor chicken house lid.
The O'Reilly in Fair Grove, MO is the most horrible store. The employees are very rude. One of the employees would not sell a part to us. We end up going back to them twice. The manager on duty named Michael was very rude. The whole store in Fair Grove, MO needs customer service 101. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
Also everything we went to this store they would always have their friends hanging around in the store.
Always been very nice BUT CHECK YOUR PARTS BEFORE LEAVING. I just bought a window regulator and got out side noticed the box was dirty and the regulator was broke worse than mine. someone clearly switched it and then returned the old one then they tried to sell it to me. Never leave without checking.
Kids working in here are to busy playing Clash of Clans on their phones to get you the right parts. If you don’t mind making multiple trips back and forth for wrong parts or parts with missing pieces then this is the store for you.
Did not have the correct PCV valve for my truck. Also gave me the wrong size replacement hose even though I brought the old one in. Not worth the trip back to deal with. Truck was an 89 Ford which should be pretty common.
I had a great experience today. After spending almost an hour trying to replace my own special fuse and a 2005 Chevy Aveo. I was a bit miffed. DJ the gentleman working the counter today, was able to come outside and help her move a very difficult to use mechanism, in about 15 minutes. $4 later I was going with a working fuse! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They've never let me down here in Fair Grove!
Now this OReillys treats people right.
Always trying to help you and you won't find friendlier bunch of guys.
If they ever change the crew here I'll go back to Auto Zone
