Always great service at premier automotive! They always do a preventative maintenance check after every repair and I like that. Keeps me aware of any maintenance issues.

This is a family operated business and is trustworthy and fair. They always do a great job and they are eager to help. Now, about my next job discount....They worked on bros Corvette for us, no mo v4 or v6 confusion, it's always v8 now!

I was driving from KC to eastern Missouri for a float trip and stopped in Fair Grove for gas. After fueling up my truck wouldn’t start. After some troubleshooting in the parking lot I was pretty sure I needed a new starter. I was travelling with friends and could squeeze in with them but has no idea what to do with my broken down truck two hours from home. I explained the situation to the folks at Premier, and they went above and beyond — not only did they make time to come tow my truck, but they also had it repaired and ready for pickup by the time I was heading back through Fair Grove after my trip. Price was very reasonable. They were clearly busy but still managed to squeeze me in and I’m extremely thankful. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without their help. I highly recommend Premier — excellent service and genuinely good people.

I went to this shop with a blow out. The salesman tried to tell me I HAD to get 4 tires. I drive a 4x4 Chevrolet. Anyone with a brain knows you have put a mismatched sized tire on the front and have 0 issues as long as you don’t use 4-wheel drive. After I told him that he tried to tell me I was wrong (9 years in the tire business with an actually reputable company). Only go here if you have absolutely no other choice!!

Scheduled an appointment for 8am this morning. Arrived at 5min til, my truck needed 4 tires replaced. Truck was immediately pulled in and worked on. Took 1hr. These guys were great. Professional, courteous, respectful, and quick. The mechanic pointed out that a wheel bearing wasn't in the best of shape, further advising that it wasn't so bad that it needed to be immediately replaced, but that I should pay attention should it worsen. Thank you Premier Automotive for a job well done.

I went to them for a couple of small things on my car-knowing there’s more that needs to be done. They got me in, took care of what I asked for (quoted first) and dint hassle me to fix the rest. Just let me know they’re there when needed! Will definitely refer everyone to them!

These guys do quality work at fair prices in a timely manner. They are all so friendly and informative, and I can't imagine why you'd want to take your business anywhere but Premier.

They are busy, which is a good sign! Not too busy to talk to you. Have taken our vehicles to them for over 20 years. They do good work.

I’ve been a long time customer of Ricky’s and his crew. Won’t take my vehicles anywhere else, he honest as the day is long and the knowledge of his staff leave me comforted and safe on the roads. Hands down the best in the area, i highly would recommend!!

Have had the worst time with Premier. There's nothing "Premier" about them, aside from their overpriced services. I have had my vehicle back to them several times over the past year, and I am over it. They can't seem get it right for simple work. I will not be bringing anything to them again.

Had to make a quick stop to get our tire fixed because we ran over a screw on our way to get family pictures taken and they were able to get us in right away. Thank you to their wonderful staff and crew we were promptly on our way.

My car had to be towed for collision repairs and they were so friendly and caring from the start. Took wonderful care of my vehicle and cared about making sure it got to where it was going safely. My car is a rare vehicle and I would 100% call Brian if it needed to be towed again. Rare vehicle or not, they will take care of you and your car. You can trust that your car will be loaded and taken safely to its destination.

My husband has all our automotive work done at Premier Automotive. They do great work at competitive prices, and Ricky always follows up by text to make sure everything is ok.

Ricky always does a amazing job. I got a vehicle for my daughter and was having them check everything that could go wrong and get it ready for her. Even called to check on it after 8 got it back from them.

Had alot of front end work done, set of tires and alignment. They kept me updated of progress with no hidden costs. Friendly service. It is nice to have a local shop you can trust.

Not trustworthy. I bought Cooper tires from them and Brian filled out the $70 rebate, sealed it and said that he took care of it for me. Well, ten months later and still no rebate had been received. Makes me think that he wrote it out to himself. I have tried calling, but their phone just hangs up on me. I won't be returning and hope they think my $70 rebate was worth it as I won't be saying anything good about this shop again.

I have been buying tires for more than a year at Premier. They are a very professional company and do most every kind of auto work. I got started by checking prices on tires they were considerably less than anyone else i checked with. I dont plan on going anywhere else and recomend them to my friends

I Love Premier. They're honest and fair. Ricky and the boys give you detailed info and options for repair so you can make the most informed decision possible. Their tire prices are awesome too and they do more than just sell you what they want to sell. They discuss with you how the vehicle is used and what you expect from the tires you choose. Truly a SERVICE center! They also understand rural living and rural folks in addition to city people. Point being, they know what they're talking about, care about you and your vehicles. I used to take my old farm truck to town for service, but they'd just try and sell me a new one piece by piece. Premier doesn't do that... Premier gets me fixed up and back on the road for a reasonable price and a job done right.

We are new to Fair Grove and wanted to have the brakes inspected and fixed on my Chevrolet Malibu by a local shop. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The owner Ricky even gave me a ride home. When they provided the estimate, they explained everything fully. I'm generally apprehensive about the cost of car repairs but their costs were reasonable. Thanks!

Having car trouble is never fun, but I felt like I was treated fairly at Premier. Ricky and Brian were great to deal with. My car had to be towed in from Highway 65 and Brian worked quickly and safely to get me off the side of the road. The shop was busy but very clean and orderly which tells me the people working there take pride in their work. Customer service hasn't gone out of style at Premier.
