Mr. EB saved me! He came in less than 15 minutes, told me he could see the issue. He towed my car and even picked up the part at the parts store. I cannot thank him enough. Mr. EB had me back on the road before I could even panic. Very reasonable! If you need a tow , he’s your guy.
I communicated my need for a tow to the mechanic shop four hours in advance. One hour before the tow was scheduled, I confirmed with the gentleman that he had my address. However, 15 minutes past the scheduled time, no one arrived. When I called the operator, I was informed that the driver was on another tow and had forgotten to contact me. Due to this negligence, I missed my appointment and had to reschedule for a later date. I would not recommend using this service because of their lack of professionalism. Although there was an attempt to find an alternative tow service, the contact I was given was unavailable as they were getting a haircut.
All I did was call to inquire about if someone was available. Very rude, very short coming with info. I ultimately hung up on the service because I’m not gonna pay you to be rude or short.
Lee was very kind and helpful! He got to me very quickly and helped me feel calm in a scary situation! He even took a look at my car to see what was wrong with it, and told me the best option for where to take my car to get looked at. I really appreciated all of his help, professionalism, and kindness! Plus everything was very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend!
He was so nice he took the time to help me and my husband we got broke down on the highway and he did everything he could to get us where we needed to be! I will always use this service

I was super impressed with their service. The agent was friendly and helpful. He communicated extremely well and was respectful of my concerns. Their towing response time was quick and after having researched other tow companies I consider the pricing as fair with no hidden fees. All in all they made what was already a stressful day much better. I recommend their services 100 times over!
I used EB's towing this morning.
When he took over getting my vehicle ready for the tow truck. I reminded him beofore he started doing anything not to move it, he said "oh he wasn't going to" he started it, I assumed to put it in neutral. He then started to move it. I said "don't move it" he continued moving it, but then stopped. He said I have to move it. I reminnded him of our conversation this morning before I hired him. He seemed to get upset. This was not what I wanted. He told me he knew what he was doing. This is beside the point, I had set up the towing service based on he not needing to move my vehicle.
He was disrespectful of my concerns, and gave me an altimatum of hiring someone else. Believe me I wanted to, I had paid him, and even though he said he would refund my money. (I know how that goes)
Customer service was disregarded. I didn't catch his name. I've called the phone number a couple of times to get it
with no one answering my calls. He's the one that proclaims, his illterate when it comes to being Tech savvy, and that "he's not as old as he looks" Thin man, bushy eyebrows, with graying hair.
***Also when he pulled up to my home, I waited for him to get out of the truck, but didn't. Instead he hollered at me, that I would need to come to the truck to do the paperwork. I did so, because it was cold. But the manner in which he hollered, instead of getting out of the tow truck and professionally addressing me. He continued taking calls, and texts. I asked him if he would be able to tow my vehicle soon; he did stop taking calls, texts and started the payment pocess.
(I had ask him when I had called, if he could hook up my vehicle without moving it. I was concerned because of the seriousness of the problem with my vehicle, he assured me he could take care of it without moving it)
I encourage you to try EK towing, I called this company afer EB left. His starting price was quite a bit lower, and seemed professial.
I have been having my vehicles serviced by EB's Tow and Auto Sales, LLC for over 10+ years. I SE to go anywhere else for service. He's Fair and Honest you can't say that for most mechanics.
Would recommend this tow service to anyone needing a tow or to het rid of a junk vehicle. Had a real nice talk with the guy who came and picked up my car and he offered the most that I could get for a beat up camry. Glad they were recommended to me and and will be using them next time I need a tow! Thanks again
I didn't use their service. The man who I spoke to was extremely rude. I gave him as much details as I could. I know this know it all knows everything but nobody else had a problem with the information I gave them. I need up using Kidd's Towing. They were extremely helpful and not to mention kind.
EB's tow & auto! EB is so nice! He was prompt. Even had an auto shop and had our car fixed the very next day by noon! I tell family & friends about him. I even tell ppl on other social apps. He's our "go to" now.
The owner of this company is impressive and humble. My vehicle died all of sudden after taking my kids to school. I love my truck with everything in me. I went home to finish working. And I found this company, and he went to where I had to leave it. He got it and brought my lovely truck home. He also gave me knowledge on my truck to fix. Tire blew out, needed a tow. Did not expect to have a deep ethical conversation about growing up in vastly different parts of the country. I may just call in for therapy. Professional, timely, it was the best part of my day. Life is weird. Would absolutely recommend, honest.
Excellent service! What a great guy! We had a breakdown. He was there quickly and towed our car home. He knew what he was doing and got our car loaded and secured in no time. I highly recommend this service and would use him again if I ever need it.
My alternator went out in my truck and I was stranded at work. EB showed up the same day I called him and took my truck right back to his shop to ensure it was the alternator. It was and he did not charge me an arm and a leg for the new part. It was done before I even got off work. Running beautifully. Thank you EB!
Super thankful I stumbled upon calling EB. My battery died & he towed me to his place & got it replaced. Was super informative & helpful thru the whole process. He only had my car for a few hours. Even my boyfriend said he was so kind and explained everything he was doing while I was at work to help figure out why my car wouldn't start.
