Terrible customer service. Gave us a quote then title wasn't correct then attitude changed to being extremely rude and hung up.on me. Businesses should realize their customer base starts.with 1 person and every person. So with all the competition I would definitely go with any other company than this one.
This particular I don't think the people that work there knows anything about cars and when you come in and they search your bag make sure they searching good because they always want to accuse some people of stealing
This is pick n pull not u pick.
My experience with pick n pull. They over charge for used parts.
If their staff does not know the part you worked hard to pull. They make up a part and it is ALWAYS over priced.
I needed sway bar linkage for my vehicle. The lady/ Manager didn't know the part and call the linkage a tie rod end and wanted to charge me $38.00. I found 4 sway bar linkage band new in a box for $25.00.
So, I won't tell you not to go. I'll tell you watch your back and know your stuff.
This applies to all 3 pick n pulls in Kansas City.
It's really getting annoying getting in and out of this place. I really, REALLY wish corporate would publicize the website and Row52 app more. That way check in wouldn't be clogged up with people asking a ton of stupid questions about whether or not they have a specific part in a specific color and trim or whatever.
It's a SELF SERVE junkyard. Look the car up on the web or app, pay the $2, walk out there, and LOOK.
It's partially I closed building for half the yard it's not handicap friendly it's got vending for beverages and snacks the staff is friendly and they have cats for sale they take salvaged cars there is a loading spot for big stuff and plenty of parking
Good organization, great helpful staff and was an overall pretty easy experience.
FYI they don't allow any saws, welding/cutting torches or jacks, but nearly all of the cars are lifted off the ground.
Love it, although I'm a tinker-er, as well have a grasp knowledge of fixing things, and not mention that this organization fulfills the need of recycle before waste.
Overall I'm satisfied
Their website said they had a truck with parts for me. Drove 45 mins, and the guy at the front, printed me a ticket, saying the truck was there, and the truck was NOT there.
All the manager could say, was, sorry hun,I dont know what to say?
It was a good experience with u pick it they are polite very helpful they're prices are very reasonable it's a good place to buy reasonable priced used parts I would give them a five star rating without hesitation
I was only going in to look at tires on this particular day. Even so the customer service at the counter was great. Nothing to complain about oh, nice and friendly, just as it should be. Definitely look forward to going back.
Is always a good experience and usually always have the right part that I need and the 6:00 close time sucks when you have to work all day and rush out there to get the parts you need but still a lot cheaper than the parts store
