I needed a driver side mirror replacement on an 08’ Camry. I was calling all around KC and no one could help. The one quote I got with install was $350+ for a couple days in advance. Bought one at Rich’s for $55 with tax. Employee working the counter was kind enough to even install it. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking parts.
Absolutely terrible customer service told me they had my part had me waiting in lobby for almost an hour got tired and asked where my part is and they say they don’t have it while I called prior and they said they do had me waste half an hour getting there and an hour in the lobby and never once bothered to say they didn’t have it in stock complete trash service they lied alot about products and just completely rude service I’d give 0 stars if I could
I found them on car-part when I needed a throttle body. they responded to my emails, were reasonably priced, and sent my item the same day I paid for it. For a junkyard/salvage type purchase, you could not ask for more. The part was dirty but it was complete, and worked.
I’ve used them twice now, long drive from my city but they’ve always had what I needed and have it ready for me before I get there and they’re always the cheapest as well!

I have purchased several parts from Rich Ind., and their prices are fair and their service is excellent. They are generous with their advice as well. In one instance they helped me out of a paperwork problem with a used part. I recommend Joe and Rich Ind. highly.
They had a windshield for my 40 year old Toyota and it was very reasonably priced. Next time I need something, I’ll check them first. If you need something, check them out!
I own an auto repair shop in southern Minnesota and needless to say I've dealt with a lot of salvage yards locally and all over the United States over the years. I came across this establishment while searching for what I would consider a rare wiring harness, mainly due to the fact most yards just cut everything and damage it to the point it's unusable. I dealt with Joe And he was willing to exchange pictures back and forth via text message in order to provide me with exactly what I needed at what I would consider a fair price. Many yards won't even call you back for 2-3 days on smaller item, if at all. I appreciate your business and hope to do more in the future, thanks.

I told them the wrong year when I ordered headlight and they exchanged them for the right ones without any trouble. Definitely went out if there way to make me a return customer
Poor customer service...went to get a part, asked a few questions and the person that helped me didn't pay any attention, he was more eager to charge me for the part than to help me out.
The phone rang a few times and instead of having those customers hold he started helping them while helping me.
I had to buy the used part for my bwm because nobody had in stuck and I didn't want to wait for it. 2 months later part broke again (not their fault) and had to order it from the dealer. Need to work on customer service!

Non-existent. Even talking on the phone, the guy was unwilling to talk to me because my parts didn't have enough value for his time and he had 3 other calls.
He literally hung up on me while I was still asking a question.
Sounds like they don't need my business.
Best place I've found yet!! These guys totally helped me find what I was looking for, and for about 18% less than the other guys (who shall remain nameless). Highly recommended!!!
