Your company needs to re-evaluate your pricing. Junkyards are supposed to be cheap parts to keep your old car running. If I wanted to pay new prices I'd go to the dealer. Then you pass "environmental fees" onto the end user. What should have cost $10 bucks cost $35. Get it together.

Dude, it was nice to see automobiles with parts still on them!! Really cool layout, and staff was awesome so helpful. I had never been to this location before. Highly recommend!

Please becareful of your vehicles in the parking lot my truck was stolen from there parking lot they are no help at all they do not know who stole it they don't have any cameras pointing in that direction where I was park but they found my truck on front street with all of my tools and valuables stolen

I won't be back bunch of high-priced. Used parts that I could have bought new for the same price that they're asking

Over priced. This location now charges $3 just to look at the racked tires. I just left KCK and Truman location and they both let me look at the racked tires for free like they have since they opened.

$3 to get in is too high. Pricing is high, you're honestly better off getting them new since they price parts pretty close to that, which is ironic. Save your time and money, shop new.

I visited Pick and Pull recently to find wheels for my truck. The employee at the front told me they had several makes and models available, so I paid the $3 fee to enter the yard. When I got to the back, there were no wheels or tires at all, everything had been stripped off the vehicles. When I returned to the front, I noticed an “employees only” area full of wheels and tires—some of which I could have used—but was told I couldn’t look through them. When I asked why they charged me knowing there were no wheels in the yard, the employee said, “Yeah, we kind of knew there wasn’t any.” They refused to refund my $3. I felt completely misled and taken advantage of. It’s poor business practice to knowingly charge customers for something that doesn’t exist. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff is getting better. The price of items is getting outrageous. Great selection of vehicles. It's convenient that you can check their inventory on-line. Towards closing time it takes a long time to checkout If your going to try to pull a ignition with a matching key, good luck Someone steals all the keys.

Honestly, not a bad place to pick up parts, but you do kind of have to haggle. Or you WILL get charged out the ass. Social skills are preferred. Also if someone asks to use your tools 40 minutes before they close just say no. It's not worth helping especially if they are using hose clamp pliers to take a bolt off a coil pack. Red flag.

Good junkyard now open 7 days a week and there's multiple of them around the city. Been going since childhood with my grandpa so they have a special place in my heart. They even sell cars but they are "As is" so be warned and bring someone moderately knowledgeable about vehicles if your aren't. They buy cars too.

All Pick and pools are a waste of time and money. You can find brand new parts on rock auto for half to 3rd the price this place is a joke don’t go through them.

DO NOT COME HERE. TOTAL RIP OFF. $50 for a passenger mirror on a 2006 vehicle. I mean, these prices are getting out of hand. There used to be a time where junk was priced accordingly. I go somewhere else

Normally I have a decent experience but yall put me on hold for 40mins and then come to find out yall crushed the car I need parts off of before I got there. Kinda disappointing

Not the best yard. Pic n pull is honestly very overpriced. The employees do a decent job. If you want better prices and more professional staff go to all-n-1

Good selection of vehicles, most are pretty well picked over. Employees were very helpful.

Used to come here a lot, but never again, takes forever for them to get you checked in and they wanted a fortune for a stupid little trim piece I needed. Just buy new parts, this place is trash.

How are you gonna charge brand new prices for used parts that you pull your self! Late model pulls them for you and there cheaper on some stuff. Don't waste your time here All n 1 junkyard on Blue ridge is better and a lot cheaper prices are cut in half. And they don't charge you every little cent.

Decent prices and selection. Entrance fee $2 per person. Each person has to sign a waiver to enter. Courtesy wheelbarrows for parts.

truman rd going down hill.... need nicer people... prices a lot cheaper at all competitors and no fighting at counter. go try to price match something and see how that works...why would anyone ask their employees to run off customers?? They need to be nice and welcome people...either price match or don't. winner rd store is improving daily. They actually care.

Just called this place to check and see if the part I needed was there because I am 3 hours away and wasn't ready to make the drive on a hunch. This lady named Tina gladly went out and not only checked if it was there, but called me with her personal phone so we could facetime and look at the damage that other customers have made. This allowed me to see if the part was usable or not. Sadly it wasn't, but no matter what I am grateful for her thoughtfulness and saving me a 6-7 hour round trip.

They are changing their system for grouping vehicles...I didn't like it because there were no row markers! But they are in midst of the update so I guess it wasn't bad. Staff was helpful and not rude to a dude that should have been put in his place so kiddos for that! They have a self waiver station that would be amazing if they integrated vehicle interchange self lookup but it was seamless. It was organized and fairly clean...I've seen way worse! The only complaint is the Jonny on the spots were so gross I waited another couple hrs to pee elsewhere. Otherwise pick n pull is amazing!

My 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 truck was stolen here today. The store clerk's only response was, "We don't have cameras," so I went back outside and took a picture of their camera. The police dispatcher who took the call said, "I get these reports from there a lot." Community + officer = heads up at this location. Suspect vehicle green Dodge that looked a lot like my blue one was involved.

When we got there I knew you had to go in on your own and get what you wanted out of the vehicles they have...but, that being said, it's walk in ONLY! HOW do I, a person in A wheelchair, come out with a transmission??? I can wheel in and pull it out sure but getting it out? Come on guys?? Lets have some compassion for a change!! I also needed seats...couldn't carry them out either. I guess thinking I would be able to go in and load my things with help. Guess I will shop closer to home...

Ridiculously short-staffed. If you call them and they ask you to hold, just drop the call cause they are never picking the phone back up. After confronting the person on the phone that I had called over 6 times in 3 days and was asked to hold everytime, he told me that he was really busy and didn't have time to answer me. When asked how long I should hold, he said as long as I want cause I wasn't a priority. He didn't want to frustrate the customers at the store yet would rather argue and frustrate me over the phone (also a paying customer btw). All I needed to know was whether they had a size 35 battery in stock, I requested the man to just let me know but he would not budge. I live over 30 miles from the yard and I'm not going to drive up there just to check the stock when someone should be able to give me this info over the phone. I'm a toolkit member that regularly visits the yard and you just lost me as a customer.

Why buy new? If you can manage getting the car part off then you can put it back on. And of it doesn't work or fit. Take it back for the correct one. They mark the parts purchased there. And, considering the nature of the business, the return policy is very admirable and fair. I urge you to give the place a try before you go spending your paycheck on parts and car labor. It could save you hundreds. Even thousands!

I've never had a bad time here. It's nice to have a place to go if I just need a random part and don't want to pay for the whole component. I needed the ring that hold the headlight bulb in place today. You can buy just the ring at a parts store, you have to buy the whole light, and it's about $100. I went and pulled the ring off an old car here and paid less than $4 for it. If you're comfortable pulling and replacing your own parts, this is a good go to place.

Pick n pull offers great friendly customer service and they usually what you need for used parts! The only issue i had was their NO CASH REFUND POLICY. That i totally disagree with! If i work hard for my money and buy something i should be able to return the part and receive a full cash refund with the correct return procedures applied properly!
