So I call multiple salvage businesses to sell a car. One didn't show up and one showed up and tried to offer 100 dollars less than he quoted over the phone. Finally I call Ace auto salvage and within an hour they showed up and gave me what they quoted. I highly recommend these guys. A person's word means something.

I just wanted thank Chase for all of his help. I was stressing about some vehicles I needed removed from my property. Chase was quick to respond and he had no problem answering any questions I had. There were no issues at pickup, the driver Mike was professional and nice. He was very busy but he took the time to help me with a concern I had. I'm so glad I found Ace auto salvage. I'll definitely use them in the future if needed.

Ace Auto was wonderful to work with and I so appreciate how our "delicate" situation was handled. My elderly father's final vehicle was on its last leg - having been scammed by a local shop who declared another $3K to pass inspection (the same issues gone bad in only 59 miles driven that they fixed two years prior). The choice was pay them or declare the end of the van. It was more than 30+ years old - and we knew other problems were just around the corner. And its hard to sell a vehicle that now has $3K worth of repairs on file with an inspection. The offer from Ace fair and the paperwork was easy - all by text. The pickup was handled with kindness and professionalism at such an emotional time for my father who looked at the van and saw nothing but the wonderful times of fishing trips, family gatherings and just getting away from the grind. I got one last picture as he said good-bye - all with Ace working quietly in the background and allowing his final pat on the fender as his past rolled onto the tow truck. Thank you, Ace, for making this transaction so easy on me and being so kind to my parents. I highly recommend this group to anyone like me - scared of being scammed, scared of who might come to the house ...they are legit!

Daughters car was flagged as unsafe to drive in Kansas city while I live in Indian. Found Ace on Google with good reviews and they lived up to them Their offer was on the high end of quotes we received from others, and the came and got the car so she did not have to drive it.
