I’m a single mother and I Waited over 2 hours and AAA didn’t show up. I called EW frantically hoping they could help and they were able to get someone to me In 20 minutes. I wish I would have started with them in the first place. Worth every penny for me and my son to not be stranded any longer. Thank you so much EW and the friendly tow man that showed up to save the day.

My Jeep overheated and stranded my son on the side of the highway. I paid this company $144.85 for my vehicle to be towed to my home. The driver tore my entire driveshaft out of my vehicle and told me that they were not taking responsibility for the damage that they did. Terrible company and very rude.
A gentleman helped me get my car stuck out of a drive way. He came quick and did his Thang. After that I was able to make it to the hospital. I wish I got his name so I can let the world know he saved my life. God bless u bro

T came out and truly was a blessing to me this morning. I got a flat tire on the way home from work and I called E.W. for road side assistance. I’m thankful they could help because other companies wouldn’t offer me service. He even refused a tip from me. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. T was very professional and helpful. Thank you so much again T for getting me back on the road.
Only thing positive I have to say is they arrived in a somewhat timely fashion. The tow man was extremely rough with my car. I’m mad I even gave a tip. He was taking pics of my car for his protection, but jokes on me. I had a handmade gear shift dangle and it was shattered because he let my car off the chambers extremly rough without any regards to my property. Not to mention his filthy hands left dirt stains all over my new steering wheel cover. His “assistant/gf/passenger” took payment and she had a decent attitude, but never should of asked for a tip. also gave me false info that my insurance would reimburse lol. what a joke
I would definitely recommend EW Towing for anything you need towed. Chris main was the man that come got my brothers truck and made sure it got home safe when it was really late at night. He definitely knows what he is doing

Needing a tow is generally a stressful situation. I was very upset that the AAA service I pay for, said it would be over 13 hours for a tow. EW was there so quickly. Nice people on the phone. Nice driver. recommend.
Ew towing just saved my @ss, was out ubering and had gotten a flat tire going down the highway, rolled to a QT but the air pump wasn't working, at the same time EW towing pulled up to get some fuel, I asked for help and he did without question! He fixed my tire and got me back on the road! Thank you man you were awesome!!
If I could rate ZERO stars, I would. Without a doubt. Terrible experience from day 1 doing business with them. The lady working at the front was not, and probably didn't care to be, helpful when asked for information about their services. The whole place gives off "what's in it for me vibes." Definitely do NOT recommend.
Driver, RJ, has gone above and beyond. Seriously a huge blessing. After learning I was out of state and all I had was a donut to replace my blown out tire, he went to Walmart and helped me get a new tire, found a shop who would replace the tire even after hours, and stayed with me through the entire process. My family is very thankful for him!
Very nice rep. Came quick. Only thing is I was told one price and once we got to the location it changed. The miles and distance was already calculated not sure why it changed once we got to the drop location. But the driver was nice and super cool.

Set up appointment to get my car towed approximately 10 miles. Driver was great. Paid $135. Other tow services were asking for $190+. Will use again if necessary.

After my car was totaled in an accident, EW Tow Service came to my rescue. Their driver was one of the nicest humans and made an extremely stressful situation not so bad. The following day, I had to stop by their KCMO location to retrieve my items and found the entire staff to be outstanding. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their staff. Especially, their office dog Taloos. Thanks again EW!
I called them after my friend wrecked their car. They're the cheapest tow company I've ever used. The driver was awesome & friendly and he definitely knows his stuff. I was VERY impressed! He had to pull a little Cavalier off a large tree and got it on the flatbed even with a MASSIVE branch still stuck to the underside. When dropping the car off, he helped us get that branch that was still underneath. Excellent job, guys. I'll DEFINITELY be recommending you.
EW Towing really came through for me last minute! I was stuck off Jackson Ave due to a flat, and they immediately came to my rescue after I called! It look them less than 15 minutes to find me. They made sure I was safe and well assisted. I can’t thank them enough! Very kind and professional people! Also very affordable
They answered the 1times I called. They give me the price details immediately. The tow truck came within a short period. I told the driver where to take it, where to places the keys and to please lock the car. All was an awesome experience from the 1person, the process and the last person.
