I feel they need to be a lil bit more helpful, and they don’t have prices on nothing, depending on the car that’s they price they put , they don’t have a set price for nothing, and when you ask for a price they said that they gonna ask and especially if is Sunday that person don’t answer and they sell the part at the price they want , I ask for a trailer that was on top of bunch of junk outside to see if it was available and the person told me to go and check it out and I told her I was 2 hours away and for her it was only 10 or 20 steps to see if it was there and she said she understood that but that I have to go my self , that’s sucks they don’t want to help a bit …
He was very helpful and everything had reasonable prices! My dad got a couple of parts from a 2020 ford scape and he was very reasonable with pricing thank you again!
I drove across town to Frank's because they said they had my part. I walked in the 25 degree weather to the furthest point where they said the two were. There wasn't even a truck let alone one that matched what I have to get the part off of. Perhaps the problem got lost in translation.
Sold me a bad motor. Wouldn’t take it back. Then tried to return the core and they wouldn’t take it. Don’t ever buy parts from here. They take your money and refuse to give it back when they sell you crap parts.

worst experience ever. dealing with them has been a nightmare. customer service is unhelpful, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. will never use this company again
I have to give Franks 2 stars because the girls who work the counter are very rude and will play games in your face like you can not count days when it comes to returning cores I seen someone else complain about this as well so I can confirm it is true keep your receipts. on a positive note I have bought 2 motors from them both where good.
This place is a joke. Cars are precariously teetering on spare tires, there's no path to get around many of the vehicles. They have no idea what's actually in their inventory. They present themselves as a recycler, this is just a trash pile that you can go dig through if you want to spend recycler level prices for pull it yourself parts.
pure scam, the parts they sell don't work, I bought a transmission and it didn't work, they changed it for me and it also didn't work, in the end I asked them to return my money, they returned my money, but I lost 1000 dollars that I had to pay to the mechanic for the times he installs and uninstalls the transmission, the parts they sell are not tested so most of the time they are junk.
