My overall experience has been nothing but excellent with each and every staff member I have been in contact with. My company is there 6 days a week and not 1 complaint has been brought to my attention. There prices is very competitive as well.

Pretty interesting place to find, only because we are in a sleeper truck so it was a little tight but overall, super nice people, fast and friendly loaders, overall about 40 minutes from arrival to departure. Scale in stop and wait for the young lady to come to you for your pickup number, then she will tell you to proceed thru the building to the dock. Loading was quick, didn't even have time to make me a coffee lol. Exit around the building and reenter the scale. Green light pull up to the building and go inside for bills. Young lady (i apologize i did not get her name) will come out and seal your doors. Then you roll thru the building and exit back out to the street.
I'm dont know about their payouts, I sure would have liked to find out but I showed up at 4:22 with two air compressor tanks. Not much to weigh, not much to count, should be a quick stop. Well it was but not for acceptable reasons. They turned me away 8 minutes before close, when their website clearly states they weigh till 4:30. So I dunno in my opinion it was unacceptable customer service.
Since I start bringing my scrap here 2 years ago. I've never had a bad experience. .when I was new to scaping they happily answered all the ?s I had....A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO BERRY. An unknown hero who happily helps unload my trailer time to time with his huge magnet..because of his kindness 30 mins of work is reduced to only a few seconds..both me and my sore back thanks u for how awesome u are!!!!
Not very easy to deal with. Guys at gate acted like we should know where to go. Got to where we were supposed to be and it took them almost an hour to get us unloaded. Then they filled out info and said they'd sent us a check but never asked fir our address. Then we tried to call them operator was very rude and kept transferring me to a line no one would answer.
These crooks purchase stolen vehicles and don't release the necessary information to prosecute the party that sold the vehicle to them. They are running a chop shop in the open.
Conducting a remote project and trying to line up roll off service for my crew. The lady who called me back was short in conversation, not pleasant and never introduced herself. I had no desire to stay on the phone with her. When she gave me some absurd weight requirement to drop a container at the facility, I was very glad for the exit to end the call. I am sure this company is good for someone out there, it was not a fit for us.
Top notch! Always pay me in a timely manner and very respectful on the phone. Love these guys! I work with scrap yards all over the country to help move product and they always work with me to ensure the freight is ready to go so my drivers can get on the road.
Have tried to call them for days and days and days but always just prompted to leave message. Closed around Thanksgiving understandable but called well around those days. All locations have one number, funneling to an answering machine tells me how my metals rank. Gladly going elsewhere.
They buy older cars without titles,so if you have a car missing check early every morning out front me and another guy that had his stolen is working on this problem,I used to do business with them.No more.
Every time we come here, they are extremely rude. To me, customer service is very important. I'm not the least bit impressed. Seriously, if you don't like your job, change it. Don't take it out on the customers. They are the reason you get a pay check.
I understand from Stolen KC they will crush any car, with/without title. There have been many stolen vehicles crushed at this place by someone who tows them there. They are taking cars that belonged to innocent hardworking people. One young man had all his belongings in the vehicle and they crushed his vehicle without checking to see if it was stolen!! Bad business!!
