I generally have a really good experience with the staff at this location. I have been going here for over a decade and the employees are usually very knowledgeable and eager to help. Only reason I give a 4 instead of a 5 is because the service is not the fastest, but they are usually good about being thorough for me.

I have used O'Reilly Auto for years. I started out using them because an old friend ran the local one in town. After he retired, I just kept coming back. They always have or can get what I need to keep my cars and trucks going.

If you have a 2014 ford escape, don’t take it here. They wouldn’t put a battery in for me. I had called yesterday morning and was told they would.

Aways seem have what I want, even if they have to get it from somewhere ? Thanks for all the hard work and stupid questions answered with a Smile ? Super helpful techs convinced me to buy $6 post vs new Battery ? No idea how that gets Stripped, but it Was! ?

On 01/11/2025 I went to O’Reilly’s with a headlight out. I went inside and Loren came out looked at the headlight, got me the right bulbs for my vehicle, and even put them in for me! It definitely was not an easy task. Loren was patient and got the job done. I know he did not have to do that for me. I appreciate his service! Thank you Loren!

Great experience and service with Christina. I was over a hour away from home and needed a new battery. Christina was fast and efficient! She replaced my battery within minutes and I was back on the road. 10/10 service!

The staff is pretty good but you cannot take oil there their oil tank has been full for months. You would think they would resolve this I've asked everything they always say next week

Ive been coming in here for almost a year fixing up my tahoe bit by bit, they always have what i need, and if they dont they have it within the day!! I went in for a battery and tag lights recently, the woman behind the counter with Red hair was so nice! She even put in my battery and lights for me and showed me how to do it!! Everyone is always nice and everything is stocked.

I don’t typically leave reviews but i came in on 6/11 trying to figure out how to fix some things myself. i went inside asking a question and was told by an older gentleman to “have my boyfriend or dad help me” insinuating that as a woman , i can’t do this myself. i told him how i didn’t respect that response & of course left. the next day i went to walmart, grabbing the same thing i was looking to get at o’reilly. surprise, i fixed my ac MYSELF as a 19 year old FEMALE. they seem very mysoginistic and i don’t think ill be going back there even though they’re in my home town. i hope no other women have to experience that feeling from here as well

It’s the only auto parts store in Kearney, MO. They usually have you need or they can get it in for you. The location is right off of 92 highway by one of the busiest areas so just be careful leaving or going into the parking lots.

I've had a commercial account for about 10 years with oreilly. And this particular store is Just terrible. Wrong parts several times. Usaully because they sold me the correct one but pulled the wrong one. And today was the rudest experience I've ever had with a person there. I'll be driving to smithville from now on

The two gentleman working at Oriellys went above and beyond this evening in the frigid cold. They help diagnose my trucks issues and replaced both batteries. Very helpful, although I’m sure they wish they were doing other things they really came through and helped me out a lot. 2-22-2022

Was on the phone with a manager named Jacob well Jacob put me on hold which I'm perfectly fine with I was on my way driving there anyways. end up getting there still on hold fine, being in the store for about 3 minutes takes me off hold and I walk up to the counter and talk with him and insteaf of dealing with the customer at the counter he he decides to pick up a different phone call instead and talk with them instead of putting them on hold like I was I guess the guy doesn't know about priorities or 1st come 1st serve. Guy definitely doesn't act or look like management material.

POSITIVES: They had the Oxygen Sensor in-stock, it was a little pricy in my opinion. Subtracted a ? for that reason. NEGATIVES: I decided to use there "Code Scanner" to confirm the failed part before purchasing. Even though they were nice to let me use it & I gave them my Drivers License like usual. I must also note I was given no rundown on rules of using & etc. Anyways I am "sitting" in my vehicle in there parking lot while going through the process of scanning for codes as well as looking at live data for approximately 10 minutes. That's when a Fire Truck, Ambulance & 2 Squad Cars pulled up & went inside with a stretcher. I figured the common sense thing to do was to wait outside & let them do what they needed to do to help the person inside that they were called there to do. After patiently waiting & going back into the store, the initial employee that gave me the scanner was busy helping someone else so I went to another employee for help, meanwhile looking for my Oxygen Sensor & my License. The initial employee chimed in & made a rude comment with a bad time saying " YOUR NOT SUPPOSED TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY WITH THAT" & I replied with "I didn't", then he went ahead and asked me where I was parked & etc. So that's why I deducted another 2 ?'s for how I was treated & accused for something I did not do. No one even came out to the paying lot to look for me either so that was hurtful & annoying. Especially with everything going on currently in the ? it was really sad to see an employee treat a customer like that.

Very slow service. Had the manager working the register while 3 other employees sat in the back. Sold me a defective filter which they agreed to replace after accusing me of installing it wrong then charged me for the oil that spilled all over my garage. Funny how when I put the replacement filter on I had no problem. All I’m asking for is my $27.11 and $10 more dollars for the clean up of my garage and I will never ever bother with O’Reilly again. They even made me call customer service myself.

Not much to pick from around this area so I’m a LOT STUCK!!!! I always get someone(everyone there)Who knows ever little.I always have to return because the part I was given is wrong and as you know living in the country it’s a drive, especially if you have to drive back and forth in the same day ....also as a female I really look to them to help,never seems to amaze me I’m always caring in and out my own battery *thanks a lot guys*

Went here to warranty a lifetime covered socket. Told me I had to have a receipt because they couldn't find it under my phone number. Found it 4 years back under a different number. Stood here for an hour waiting to warranty a socket. I got the socket. Only reason I give the place 2 stars. Or it would be 1! I go to Napa now. It's worth the drive, because they just replace the tools, no questions asked.
