If you need help call them!! We had a trailer tire blowout on a cross country trip. 5 star service, Wayne was friendly and made it out to us very fast and helped us find a shop for a quick repair. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Fair prices and great communication. Even when we made mistakes (gave incorrect address then didn't pick up calls) and made their life difficult. Highly recommend

We have taken all the vehicles in our household to Interstate Auto for many years. Randy, Angie and their team are who we rely on to keep our vehicles in good working order. They are honest and reliable.

Randy and his staff are incredible! Nice clean facilities, friendly and accommodating staff in the office and they have always been 100% honest with me. They are generally swamped due to the amount of clients they have so you need to schedule your work ahead of time but in my opinion that’s a really good sign of their competence and the quality of their work.

Do you understand the concept “good people”? I can assure you they sound tough because they work a lot. I had a problem that was complexed but I couldn’t do it. The vehicle owner is responsible for checking their vehicle before getting on the road. That is the law. Check MoDOT. I know my vehicle is safe because Randy did a fantastic job on my vehicle. The $ was worth paying. This is my personal experience with interstate auto and towing.

My car's brakes were squeaking and creaking so I asked them to check my brakes and rotate my tires while they were at it. Told me my brakes were fine and tried to charge me $330 the clean my rear brake drums because it required "a special kit," the special kit being a 30mm wrench which you can buy for $20 on Amazon. To sum it up, I was charged $170 to check my brakes, which is their hourly rate. This should've taken 20 minutes tops. They also failed to rotate my tires. Don't do business here, they scam you out of your money and have awful attitudes when their errors are brought to their attention.

This family owned business is great to work with! Always easy to get your vehicle repaired with simple and honest pricing!

Basic inspection but on my way to the shop I remembered I needed to replace a headlight. I picked up the light on the way and when I got there I asked if they could replace it for me. They replaced the light at no charge. Little things like this go a long way. Hard to find shops with good customer service these days. Front desk associates are always friendly as well. Thank you!

Randy is a veteran mechanic and knows his cars. New and old. His shop is top of the line. He worked on my 40 yr old car and shot straight with me. They're busy cause they're good.

We have used Interstate Auto for almost 9 years now. They came to my rescue when I had gotten new tire from a different auto shop that messed up the job and broke off the tire studs. That shop would not even come out to get the van & fix what they broke. I found Interstate Auto, called them, & despite their busy schedule, came & got my van, fixed the brakes, tire studs, & got me back on the road. Since then, they have worked on all of our vehicles. Honest, integrity, Low prices. Just now Randy came & got my van as it was broken down. I so appreciate Interstate Auto and all they have done to help us.

I have had work done on all my cars at Interstate Auto and Randy and his staff have always done an excellent job. Fair price and fast service and they explain things in layman's terms so you know what they are fixing. I recommend Interstate Auto anyone in need of a great shop!

The operator was very kind and helpful even on a holiday weekend morning. He even took me back to the accident site to help recover tools on his off time. Very reasonable.

When my normal shop would not help my fix my tire interstate auto told me they could fix it. They didn't try to sell me a new tire. I have found my new regular shop as I will be coming back for all my future needs.

I have always heard good things about this place, unfortunately, my experience was less than okay. Someone, whom I suspected to be the owner, basically told me he didn't know what he was doing. He didn't inspire confidence at all and certainly charged me a ton for not fixing anything. He obviously didn't look at what I asked him to look at because that was the issue. I give 2 stars because the lady at the front counter is awesome!

No customer should be made to feel like a burden, and that is how I was made to feel at Interstate Auto. I had heard such good things about them, but I won’t be back.

I was traveling out of town to Texas from Iowa & we got in an accident due to horrible weather conditions I was stranded here by enterprise for most of the day however after much work from the Front Desk Lady she was able to get me in contact with a Supervisor of the local Enterprise who ended up sending us a new car on a tow truck to pick up the old one & the Owner stayed with us until the ride arrived they went approve & beyond I can’t thank you guys enough for allowing my Family to stay there in our time of need & the help you provided was the best service I have got in many year.

If I could give less than one star, I would. My sister took her car there for her power steering to be worked on. The quote was outrageous so she said no, I'll come pick my car up and they said a bunch of other stuff was wrong with it, it was NOT. They said they had to jumpstart her car... which they didnt because it started fine to get it there and it started fine to leave there. They charged her $100 because they had to "jump start" the car. I'd love to see that video because the way she was jerked around by them was ridiculous. My dad finally said "just pay the man and tell everyone you know never to go back." Go anywhere else! They're crooked!

We have been customers of Interstate Auto for several years and have trusted them from the basic oil change to an engine replace. Won't go anywhere else. Randy and his staff are fantastic in explaining what is wrong and how much it is going to cost me. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I have been coming to Interstate for many, many years. They are honest and hard working. They answer all questions in terms anyone can understand. You want great service and a fair price Interstate is the place.

I was referred to them. I needed a tow as the driveshaft on my truck had come off. When the tow truck operator got there he said he didn't have a ratchet to remove the driveshaft. I let him use one I had in the truck, but he said the bolts were too tight and he could not get it off. Then he got out plastic zip tie straps to tie the driveshaft up.They broke one minute after we started moving. Next he tried to wire the driveshaft up. That lasted about 3 minutes, but by then we were going across a bridge on I 35 and could not stop. Then with driveshaft beating the pavement and the bottom of the truck it bent the carrier bearing ahead and the back half of the driveshaft fell out and started beating the bottom of the truck and knocked off the muffler and the shield covering the fuel tank and ripped wires. When he told me they wanted $1000 to rebuild my driveshaft, I told him I would get a used one for $440 and ship it to him. After all that I still had to pay them $839.29.

We had several negative experiences with service stations being greedy and untrustworthy so when we found Interstate we were thrilled. We were hestitant but were convinced Randy and his crew were 'good people' after several issues with our vehicles, and those of our friends and family, all received the best care and fantastic communication. I don't feel judges when I am unable to explain things in the correct terms. I feel listened to and never disrespected when I ask questions. I know they have my best interests in mind and that is a huge comfort. As long as we live in the area - Interstate Auto is the only placed we will go for our car needs- everything from oil changes, inspections, New tires, transmissions, and Even a MOTOR. Seriously. Thank YOU Interstate Auto!

It's always hard to tell when businesses are being honest with you about things you don't fully understand. Auto mechanics have a reputation for overcharging and under performing so I've always gotten multiple quotes for any auto repair. Interstate has always been in line or below other quotes and I have never had any issues with their service or end result. They are always straightforward about what needs to be done and what can wait as well as why. I don't say this lightly: I trust Interstate Auto for all of our vehicles.
