Logan’s shop was such an amazing experience. They were unbelievably patient with me and got everything I needed done in such a timely manor just in time for my road trip to Louisiana! Everyone was so friendly and the prices were reasonable.

The best mechanic in the greater Kansas City area. I've been coming to this mechanic since 2023. I was new to the area and was looking for trustworthy mechanics. I took a Gamble and came to this shop. At the time this was owned by Jeff. Now it is owned by Logan. Logan has kept the shop as if Jeff never left but made it his own at the same time. He is extremely knowledgeable in what he does. He is passionate about it and he is quick. Pricing is extremely reasonable. You will never find a better mechanic in the area. I currently drive 30 minutes to get my services done by Logan because I know he does a great job . He cuts the bullshit and is real. So please give Logan your business. You would not be disappointed and become a loyal customer and you will have a loyal shop owner.
Logan is a badass dude that helped me tons when I dropped my truck off. He did exactly what I asked and did it for a great price. Will be coming here again.
Excellent service. Put a clutch in my accord and let me tell you, they went above and beyond with communication and making sure I couldn’t even tell my vehicle had been worked on. I would 100% recommend everytime!

Had my car from 9-5 with no intention of fixing it. Informally diagnosed my car needing a brake booster. Refused to fix it because they “couldn’t get parts” and would not give me any paperwork because Logan knows that it happened directly after I got wheels from discount tires. I thought I was able to trust him, but I guess not.
Edit to add- my last 5 reviews are not me blaming other shops, the shop I took it to yesterday (which wouldn’t have been necessary if you were willing to fix it) drove it and had it for 6 hours and it’s now pulling to the right after they drove it and “didn’t hear anything” after I just got an alignment at discount tire and the other review was discount tire which is when the issue started happening the moment I got it back. You did have my car 8 hours, you did refuse to order parts and fix it even from your own distributor saying they were “unavailable” which is unlikely and you did not give me an estimate for a brake booster. It’s accurate. Now almost two weeks later, I’ll be going to my regular shop.
Harassing me on my cell phone over this review was unnecessary.

Logan ruined my 2014 focus made me replace parts that ford dealers said were fine and even after all that ny car wouldnt be okay to drive home logan sent me home with all 4 tires hand tightened or less broken tcm connectors bad fuse and almost no coolant 4k later ive decided to trade the car in because of the damage hes done
Logan is always able to answer my questions and they get the job done for a reasonable price! I am thankful I know what number to call when I have any issues with my car.
I chose this shop based on reviews and it was more than I expected. I had a couple issues going on with my vehicle and they were very honest with me and done the work in a timely manner at a reasonable price. They are a class act when it comes to taking care of the customer and they gained a new customer today with my experience. Logan was great and it was so refreshing that a business looks out for their customers more than themselves. Great place to get work done and I will be back with all of mine no doubt. This place is fair and trustworthy. I have taken my car there a lot (no more Hyundais for me), and they are always kind and upfront about costs. I hope my next vehicle won’t need much, but if it does I am glad I have a great place to go.
Although our first and thus far only visit was in September of 2015, Gladstone was about the only place we could find within 100 miles of our home that was willing to tackle replacing the convertible (soft) top on our 2004 Toyota Solara. The manager/owner was very accomodating with our situation as we had to catch a flight from MCI the same day we drove up from Emporia. Rather than us calling for an Uber or Lyft, upon learning of our travel plans, he insisted on driving us to the airport in his own car! When we returned to KC several weeks later, it was after business hours, so he left the keys in the car and trusted us to pay the invoice through the mail. Last October, we experienced another issue with the convertible roof and are hoping to take our car back in the near future.
Excellent service, and affordable. I would highly recommend. They were able to diagnose and replace my radiator very quickly. I was able with confidence to take my vehicle on a long road trip afterwards.
Logan and the other staff were very professional. Explained every step to me and was able to get my vehicle back on the road again. Would definitely recommend. Very fair pricing as well. Just an excellent place to go if your car needs anything!

Great service here! I had my whole engine replaced for a fair price in one week. When one of my coolant lines disconnected a week later due to a faulty clamp, they fixed the issue in a day and even did an oil change and engine inspection, all for no cost. Friendly, open, honest, and very helpful. Logan is a great guy, I highly recommend him.
So I brought my car in last week due to grinding popping sou d when first driving and got to continue grind noise as I drive. First mechanic couldn't find issue so I brought here on a recommendation from years ago. Noise was from front right tire so I knew it was something regarding that. But they tried to tell me it was transmission and needs to be replaced. 5 to 8k is the quote. I knew it couldn't be that. So I called around and ended up towing car to toyota dealership to which they told me Trans was totally fine it was a wheel bearing. So this place tried to scam me out of thousands for a simple fix thing. Only reason I have given 2 stars is they were super nice and took me in same day to look at. Also didn't charge me for diagnostic which even if they had I would of demanded back due to they didn't even find correct issue. I am definitely not happy with this place trying to scam me probably because I'm a woman definitely glad I got 3rd opinion. 700 vs thousands.
UPDATE: they did call me and apologize for the misdiagnostic and stated that they put car on lift and the sound appeared to come from transmission.
Logan and his crew are amazing! Customer service was out of this world, and they all treated me with such respect! Most shops just want to make as much money as they can off of you. But these guys are so honest and genuine! They got me in and fixed up without the extra hassle! They are amazing! On the way to the shop our car died and they came to jump it for us in the middle of traffic. When pulling up to the shops parking lot it died again they got it put into neutral and pushed into the lot. I know Logan by name but he had a coworker with him as well whose name I didn’t get, but they are both sweethearts!! 10/10 recommend going here and will recommend them to others I know in need of car services.
This place has done great work on my Nissan juke! & Logan went above & beyond every single time! I’m moving south but will be making the trip here for my other vehicle if needed!
I was not very pleased with this place. I wanted to replace my whole steering column for $2,000 when a cheaper better solution was available to just install a starter switch instead. I paid their price for the assessment and did the work myself and now my truck is running great
