Came in to pick up a part from Arkansas due to needing it right away. The estimated time for pickup was 1:10 pm. The first time I came in at 12:56 pm to see if it might be already due to the urgency the part I need the associate named Chloe seem bothered I was talking to her to look it up and told me it was here. I sat in the parking lot till 2 pm to cuz I couldn’t go anywhere without the part . I still have not got a notification at this point in time. I went in to ask where my part was and was speaking to another associate named Austin and Chloe was behind him playing on her phone. The associate Austin pulled up my order and it was sitting there in the store this whole time and for how long ? I could not tell but I was clearly sitting in the parking lot in their field of view waiting for it. If I could give zero stars I would.
Website claims they install battery with purchase of new battery. However, guy behind counter states, “yeah, we can as soon as it stops raining” okay good deal ( light sprinkle btw) then proceeds to say “can’t install unless my manager is here” So….yes but no?! On to next part store.
Employees very helpful. They knew what I needed when I didn't. My description of what I needed sounded like I was totally clueless, and I was! I've never had to know anything about automotive anything because my ex husband took care of most things. Recently divorced at 40yrs old, I am learning how to figure stuff out on my own and sometimes hate asking for help because I feel like I should know the things I'm asking about and feel like I look silly. Even if they wanted to laugh at my description of what I needed, they didn't. They listened attentively and told me exactly what I needed and why then helped me find the best option. Thanks guys!
They tend to have a decent stock and I can usually get the parts I need, however, it usually takes two or three trips to get the correct part. Its more worth the 1 drive to Ozark than the 2 or 3 I'll have to make to this store.....
O'Reilly must train all employees the same. I have never met a rude one. Some might be new and learning, but before long they will be very knowledgeable.
