Grandson accidentally locked the car doors. Blue Monkey arrived quickly to unlock the doors and won’t except payment. Very professional and caring man I would highly recommend them
My 2 year old had locked the doors(with it running thankfully) and this gentleman showed up to our house in Ozark very quickly after being called and popped our door. He was speedy, very very nice, and did not charge us. I couldn’t be more thankful.
Totaling amazing!!! Thanks for helping me get back into my rented vehicle!! I called another towing service and they said it would be a while before they could get to me. Then, I called Blue Monkey and Kevin came out within 10-15 minutes, and unlocked my vehicle!!! Great job!!!
Kevin came promptly to open the vehicle. He was courteous, friendly, kind, and quick. He knew exactly what to do and knowledgeable. Mr. Kevin also let my kids watch.

Amazing service!! We broke down on our way through just before dark. Every local that passed offered a hand, one of them called Kevin who came out in no time got us loaded and let us ride with him to a local shop. If you have to break down somewhere, this is where you want to do it and Blue Monkey is who you call!! ?
Kevin provided fast, efficient and friendly service at a fair price. My bike broke down in the middle of nowhere; and Kevin showed up quickly, with all the right equipment, and got me to the garage before they closed. He was very careful with my bike and provided stimulating conversation during our trip.
I always call Blue monkey before I call anyone else! Kevin has always made sure me and my family are taken care of. I’ve used him from the very first time I need to get towed out of a ditch when I was 16 to now. He’s gotten my car unlocked and jumped for me in -15 weather and towed my husband’s truck on a holiday weekend when his family was in town. He goes above and beyond to help people to make sure his customers are happy. His prices are reasonable too! Thank you Kevin!
My car broke down on highway 65 North of Ozark. The car dealership said to call blue monkey. Good choice. They were prompt and friendly. Got my car to the dealership. Don't remember his name but the tow truck driver was a real gem. Great guy
I was stranded in the middle of the day and the blue Monkey was the ones who came to the rescue. He told me 45 minutes away and he was there in 30. He was friendly and professional and I felt very comfortable riding home with him.
He knows what he is doing and does it fast.

Blue monkey would not come pick up my tow. Not only are they the least expensive in town, they were also recommended by other towing companies. The only issue I had with them is that they wouldn't pick the car up but that was because there is a correct way of handling my situation which would be the first call the police and put the sticker on the car and then in a couple days they could come get it. They are some rule followers, and that speaks on their integrity, so I feel they are an honest fair company and would recommend them to others.
10 out of 10 recommend. Had a family emergency after hours and Kevin put aside his personal family plans to come and take care of my family. Fast professional and will be using his services again.
Blue Monkey services are outstanding. Professional, knowledgeable and amazingly helpful. Had a recent third experience with Blue Monkey needing a tire changed late at night and I was extremely thankful for a prompt and dependable response. We always use Blue Monkey and DEFINITELY recommend.
I got into a wreck and blue monkey is the 1st thing I saw when looking up towing companies and they didn't Answer so I called again cuz it say that they're 24 hours which is a bold face lie. Then, when the guy did Answer he said I called too many times and he wasn't gonna help me because of that and that I should have left a voicemail and that hes alllll boooked up for the day?♀️?♀️ive never heard of anything in my life. 0/10.
Used this place twice now and they have been great! Really friendly both on the phone and in person. Very reasonably priced as well. I don't want to have to use a Towing service, but if I do I don't want to use anyone else.
Bought a non running truck and needed it hauled about 20 minutes away back to my house. Made a quick phone call and Kevin was on the way. Got the truck loaded up and dropped it exactly where I wanted it to be. Good company, good service at a more than fair price. Will use again next time.
The owner was very respectful but firm in what he will do and won't do. He gets calls to impound and if you don't or can't get your car he will have no option but to salvage it and sell it. He is keeping safe for the storage time. The officers put my belongings back into the car arrested me and impounded the car. The owner of the tow yard was gratious enough to get my wallet from the car however. For that sir thank you

Super shady business, you’re better off leaving your car on the side of the road and letting the police impound it. Blue Monkey Towing is really out here charging twice the going rate of other tow company’s. Steer clear of this company and it’s messy owner Kevin.
$400 tow charge is completely and totally unreasonable. This company is taking advantage of innocent and helpless people. Along with that the communication with the driver was completely unprofessional. If you’re gonna “break down the math” for me atleast make your numbers add up. A lawsuit against your company will be coming soon. And to anybody standing on the side of the road wondering what company to tow there car with DO NOT CHOOSE BLUE MONKEY.
I'd highly recommend using blue monkey towing if ever in need. He was very easy to work with and a life saver. He offered to stay a little late one day until I got off work to pick up some belongings, and was nothing but pleasant when I got there. Anytime a business is kind and courteous I recommend.
This guy is a real con artist. According to rsmo.304.156 a towing company cannot charge any more for an impound scenario than they would charge for a pre-negotiated deal. This guy charged 57% over the cost of the same exact distance quoted under normal conditions. He was exceptionally rude when his disregsrd for law was brought to his attention. Avoid at all costs.
Kevin is always great to work with, have used them for years! Prices are right on, always timely and have never had any problems with them. If you ever need anything towed, call BLUE MONKEY!
