Terrible time, guy said they can't take cash the last 10 minutes their open and all I needed was a headlight bulb, had to spend the rest of my digital savings and he diddint even ask me about an account so I diddint get the rewards points!

Helpful. I had to return a part because my vin number and that door ... Two different deals, it was easy to return and get my refund. Each time I've gone in they are helpful and friendly

Couldn't find time last week to leave this review but I gotta say I'm pretty lucky to have the same kid every time, guy named Josh with a nose piercing. He was so friendly and patient and knew more than me about some parts I needed try to always go to him when he's there. 5 stars for Josh 3 stars for location lacking good people

I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he was short, sorry, & hopped up on my truck to change my windshield wiper blades without me even asking. Super nice guy!!

Went in to have my car scanned and the long haired guy that waited on us was the most unfriendly, grubby sarcastic customer service Representative of a company I have ever experienced, couldn't tell us anything about the code# ! Never will do business with this location again!

Nice and knowledgeable folks who are quick to help me find what I need. Good selection of products though prices in a few things can be a bit higher than ordering somewhere online like amazon or Walmart but it's a small town so it's nice to have something quickly accessible even if it's a bit more. Kudos to the two employees who helped me with a fuse with my mower, suggesting I get a slightly higher amp fuse after seeing the one I had had fried pretty badly. It was a good idea that hadn't come to my mind. Worked just fine 👍

I don't buy a lot of parts here, but will stop in to have vehicles checked out. I'll pick up fluids and wipers when needed. Staff is hit and miss, seems about the time someone is knowledgeable and all they are gone. Prices are hit and miss depending if you want to shop around. Still glad to have it when needed.

If you are in Pleasant Hill go see Aidan! We broke down in Lousiburg and needed a new starter we knew it was from O’rileys but not sure which one or where. We called Lousiburg and they didn’t have the part and couldn’t look us up. So we called our Pleasant Hill store. I was transferred to Aidan. He was so friendly and kind, he took the time to ask the questions and look up our part to tell us when it was purchased and where and that it was under warranty along with the part number and invoice number. I ended up having to drive to Paola to get the part and had it put on in the parking lot. I took the part back to Aidan the next day for the warranty. He was so helpful and such a great person I will be looking for him to help me next time I’m in there! Aidan I hope you see this! Thank you for being so helpful and going above and beyond in a world where customer service is failing. You are a great asset, I hope your company sees that : )
