Ryan made finding my needs parts a breeze 10/10 on the customer service and being on it !! Windshield came in quickly shipped good and was a great fit!!

I was in the market to purchase a rebuilt engine for an ha7. When I first called Derrick said 2-3 months which was fine so I gave him my contact and vehicle info.Every few weeks after the 3 month mark I would call for an update and he kept saying just a few more weeks. So after 3 more months Derrick says we started on the engine and it will be done in less than 2 weeks. At the 2 week mark I called Derrick and he says to call Steve the shop manager for an update and Steve says we just painted it and it’s ready. Derrick calls back the same day and says that the engine they just finished isn’t correct for 2001, it’s for an earlier ha7. At this point they haven’t even started on the engine so I decided to go with a different company. So just a heads up if you are needing an engine, very poor communication with customers and also within the company. Update: Included photo of the calls I have made to G&R to clarify my complaint is valid on the times given. No call was even made April 7th like G&R stated. With the vin# being given in the beginning you would think the correct engine would have been done in the first place, fact is that it was poor communication within G&R.

Very polite and helpful. There was a mistake on our order, but they fixed it, and we will be ordering more parts for the Japanese mini trucks in the future from G and R

I Highly recommend giving these guys a try !!!! Their prices are fair and everyone I have dealt with so far is very professional. I have not dealt with them a lot but I can tell you they will be my first choice when needing parts for our Daihatsu Hi Jet !!

Travis Clifton and the folks at G&R are first class all the way. They were able to find and import exactly what I was looking for at a price that was literally thousands less than anyone else. The entire process was completely seamless and we always were kept updated on the progress from Japan to my driveway. If you're looking for a kei truck, this is the place you need to be getting one from.

Wow! Andrew in parts is top notch. He is quick, knowledgeable, kind and good at his job. I haven't dealt with anyone else here, but if their service and sales departments are anything like parts, they are top notch. I just wish they were in Tennessee..

I have ordered so many parts and windshields for KEI trucks from G&R. They always have the parts in stock and ship so quickly. My favorite part is they are incredibly knowledgeable on KEI truck service and very friendly. If you are looking for KEI Truck parts, you need to order from G&R.

Fantastic place for Kei trucks. They have all EPA certs allowing them to import and sell a huge array of Japanese vehicles. Daihatsu, Suzuki, Mitsubishi, Acty, etc. Super helpful and friendly staff offering a huge parts Dept and salvage yard dedicated to Japanese Kei type (JDM) vehicles.

When I arrived to get a engine from them, they was quick and efficient. Everything was done within 30 mins. That was checking my core to make sure it was OK, getting another part for a Mitsubishi mini cab, loading up my new 3g83 engine and paying.

They answer their phone. They ship promptly. I have owned 5 mini trucks. I bought struts from them on one - no problem. I bought two sets of others; my error. I returned the extra set minus shipping and a restocking fee. (Yes, it was my error.) I bought upper strut bushings for another mini truck which arrived not being the correct ones. Many other things that I have needed I have not found there. Update: I returned some parts after confirming that they would refund minus a restocking fee. They received the parts, we agreed that they would send a 2 inch lift kit of equal value, I called after not receiving it. They now want proof that I sent them the parts.... They have enough info to sound legit but you will need to babysit any transaction. I gave up after 5 phone calls. Not worth my time.

Got my Sambar back a couple of days ago after Steve and his crew replaced the motor. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I swear it has twice the power. Great job guys.

I don't know what the negative reviews were about 3-4yrs ago but if you have a Kei truck and need ANYTHING, Andrew Pritchard at G&R Imports is THE man to talk to! I made several orders over the course of 4-6 weeks. Everything from fuel pump to brakes and blinker assemblies, filters, timing belts & tensioner, alternator, starter, tires and wheels (milled aluminum aftermarket) and EVERY SINGLE PART was correct for my Suzuki DD51T and present upon arrival. I had some boxes with two pages of assorted parts, components and gaskets and every single thing was correct and present the first time! A truly rare occurrence in today's world. When I need ANYTHING, G&R Imports is the ONLY call I have to make. I have literally rebuilt my entire truck in Florida with a few calls to Andrew several states away at G&R Imports!!! Thank you Andrew! You're greatly appreciated!

I am amazed at how outstanding the customer service is. Shortly after sending an email asking if they have specific parts not listed on the website, they directed me to Andrew Pritchard who answered all of my questions in a timely manner. No matter how many questions I asked, I always received a detailed response with the upmost professionalism. 10/10 I would recommend G&R imports to anyone looking for minitrucks, parts, and assistance.

I ordered a set of Toyo Open Country tires for my 91 Suzuki Carry. The staff I spoke with on the phone were excellent and friendly. Two days later my tires were delivered via UPS. I'll definitely be ordering more parts from G&R.

Nothing but good things to say about G&R Import regarding the Parts department. I own a mini truck (out of state) and they answer the phone quickly, are knowledgeable, and if there is an issue - they resolve. Over a month ago, I ordered several items to include a timing belt - this week I took to a local mechanic to install and when he took the timing belt out of the box it was the incorrect one. Called G&R - explained - they overnighted the correct belt to the out of state mechanic - no charge! Now that is customer service.

The customer service of this place is incredible. The staff are very knowledgeable and try their best to get you what you need and very quickly. Even when mistakes are made and the wrong part is sent, they make up for it! 10/10 would recommend this place to anybody with a kei truck or van. Thank you Amanda and Joe! Great experience working with Derek at G&R. Simply put, he knows his stuff. Ordered timing components and filters for my Suzuki Carry on late Friday afternoon and the parts arrived on Monday. These guys are the real deal and I will be dealing exclusively with them from now on.

Sent a carburetor to be rebuilt. After waiting 2 months without hearing anything. I called and was told that I was at the top of the list and I would be hearing from them in a couple of days. A month later they are sending my carburetor back with nothing done to it. I feel like I was lied to on multiple occasions. I would not waste my time doing business with these guys.

Very poor communication. Requested parts in March, Parts ordered in April, after numerous emails I finally called to check on the whereabouts of my items. Derek the parts guy informs me "some parts arrived from China hopefully we'll call you tomorrow if your parts came". This is customer service very freaking poor. I'll be ordering my parts from China myself or better yet sell the truck so I won't have to deal with people like Derek.
