I do not advise dealing with them. Not an honest and irresponsible seller. I bought the product from them on Ebay (order number 14-13130-52032). The next day they canceled the order, citing the fact that I asked to cancel the order, although I did not do so.At the same time, they sent me a letter explaining that they could not find the product in their warehouse. The worst thing is that at the same time they had two lots with a similar product on Ebay, one of which they offered me to purchase at a discount.
Drove down from St Louis to pick up a part they had in stock. So glad I did. Nicest salvage yard I've ever seen,

Allstate brought the estimate for my vehicle damage and all they seem to think I needed was a mirror! When the whole passenger side of my vehicle was hit from someone changing lanes without looking! If this is the kind of business this company is doing, count me out!!

This company is not very professional I ordered a window switch from them and it did not work at all I reached out for either a replacement part or a refund it has been like pulling teeth to get any response going on a week now just trying to get feedback about the return they clearly do not care about customer service my advise would be to spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Very unprofessional if I could give negative stars I would do so!!!!! They do not stand behind their products!!!!
Great! So nice and helpful! We came all the way from Tennessee and he took us around and gave us a tour! I've been to many junkyards with my husband. Never one so personal and helpful!
I wasted over three hours driving to pick up my part, only to discover that it was cracked and completely useless for my needs. It's ridiculous that they can't even fix the issue and started arguing instead. Overall, extremely disappointed with the incompetence and lack of attention to detail.

I bought transmission. They said, transmission in perfect condition. I installed transmission, and transmission is broken. I asked for my money back, they said, goodbye. Horrible service.
Sent the wrong spare part 6 weeks after ordering. and to all calls they answered that they had already sent it. And they refused to take it back and return the money. The managers are rude all the time. I don't recommend this company to anyone
He goes above and beyond for his customers. Highly recommended if I ever need parts he’s one of the first people I usually call. He has also exchanged a part because it didn’t work. My family and I have been going to him since I was a kid. That’s who all my family goes to.
One of the best salvage yards I have been to. Real friendly and helpful. No B.S. they let you know all the details on what they have and how they will accommodate you. I highly recommend them.
I drove six and a half hours over 400 miles to pick up a fairly hard to find body part. Their price was outstanding. I'd drive down again, if they had the running boards I'm looking for!. Nice friendly people. Worked with me on loading and getting me back on the road home with the part.

Will not come off price any. Most everything sits outside in the rain and weather. Lot of times they can't find it or you have to wait for someone to take it off possible destroying it in the process. If you are going to charge lkq and B auto parts in Madison il prices than at least be as organized, clean, efficient, quality, and warranty like a Premium Auto Recycler not a junkyard. Very well organized great customer service. They stand behind their warrenty on parts (bought an alternator from them with a 6 month warranty had problems out of it a couple months later called them and was told to bring the old one back and pick up another one through the warranty no problems at all no cash just the gas it took to take the one back.) Great company great people I highly recommend this salvage yard
They were very pleasant to deal with. I wanted to salvage my car and they took it with no issue. The exchange was very easy and I left happy. They even provided the towing. The only reason they lost a star is because the price they offered me was a very low ball offer. They said it was due to them having plenty of inventory of the car I was salvaging but it still wasn't fun to salvage my car for so little. But they made up for it with kind and courteous service. Other places I called either were not returning calls or downright rude. I believe this is the best place to go if you want to salvage a vehicle and want to be treated right.
