Trash place! Make an appointment at 2pm but their loader on the lunch for at least one hour and nobody knows when he’ll be back! What’s to point of making appointments??? Don’t come here if you don’t want to waste your time!!! No place to turn around on the tractor trailer!!! Awuful!
What’s the point of making appointments when they won’t honor them? As a transporter we are obligated to make appointments to show up and load vehicles. Sat there for an hour being the only truck to get a car and the front office with attitude told me they’ll get me when they can. Terrible customer service and no respect at all
Had to leave a car overnight to come back the next day with a trailer. (Car needed starter and we were not properly prepared) The staff was more than accommodating, friendly and all around awesome. We will definitely try to buy from this location again. I cannot say enough good things about this location. Keep it up, staff!
This place has become a total crap show. They downsized the lot by half so it’s packed with semis and you can barely drive in the place, secondly they hired maybe the slowest fork lift driver on planet earth so everytime you come here expect to wait 2 to 3 hours to get 1 car out.
Cali and Sydney were super difficult to work with. They handed my title off to someone and then pretend that they gave it to us when they don’t keep record of who they gave it to and we never even entered the office, now I have to pay for them to get a duplicate made and wait 2 months

I just got worst Copart experience ever.
I purchased a car called Onside sale.
Advertised as Rubs and Drives ,previously salvage but fixed and clean title, minor dent and scratches.
I'm here to get my car
It's not drivable, radiator doesn't hold water, stealing wheel is as hard as a rock. This car is not in any kind of drivable condition.
Front glass cracked, interior is completely damaged, odometer 800 miles above Advertised.

If you are paying for a car here make sure you have a cashier check from your bank for the amount you owe on it because then you won't have to pay $90 extra.
Set up date to have car towed through insurance. Today rolls around and they call don’t leave a message! Then say that they can’t pick it up for two days. Also lied to my insurance company said that they left a voicemail!! I’m not the one paying them StateFarm is so they felt no reason not be rude!!
Raised from one star to three because after I had StateFarm call they got to it in one day instead of two.
Horrible! My insurance had my truck towed to the columbia location only to do an estimate after i hit a deer and I was to pick my truck back up. When i picked up my truck, everything I had in my truck had been stolen and discarded without my consent
Rude to me when i came to pick my car up after they offered me 3900 below bluebook. Don't go here theres another place. Down the road. Then they tried to charge me extra money
Extremely disorganized & rude. They have a different story every time you call to try to resolve an issue. The manager is very rude, so I’m not surprised the rest of the staff has the same attitude
Disorganized! Called ahead, then after driving 2 hours to pickup at noon on Tuesday they say they've closed heavy vehicles for pickup, but didn't mention it when I called! BTW, they call a little van (E150) heavy vehicles! Wasting my time and money, they're thieves!
I called to get one simple question answered. The man on the phone was rude from the first minute, told me he could not tell me a single thing over the phone and that I HAD to come in (as if I would have purchased it without looking at it....) and made me not want to even bother looking at this company any more. "Does this item run?" is not too much to ask. But 60 seconds was enough to make me not want to do business here, and that should say a lot. If they won't answer a question over the phone, why pay for one?
They DO NOT SELL PARTS or insurance, although they work with both insurance companies and salvage yards, they do not provide the same service that either industry provides. They auction the entire vehicle off on the internet, you can sign up for free to buy. It is a GREAT place to SELL or BUY an entire vehicle. Dealers can buy clean or salvage titled items, public can buy clean titled items in the state of MO.
