  Had to leave a car overnight to come back the next day with a trailer. (Car needed starter and we were not properly prepared) The staff was more than accommodating, friendly and all around awesome.   If you are paying for a car here make sure you have a cashier check from your bank for the amount you owe on it because then you won't have to pay $90 extra.
